The WORST location in history. You are better off starving than to go here, and you will be starving if you do come here because they never give you the order you pay for. You get what their incompetent staff decides you get to have. I cannot stress this enough.. they NEVER have your order right. Paid $50 to have my order delivered tonight. The order went through 3 delivery drivers because they said the manager said they were short staffed and the wait was 30 mins. More like 50 but I digress. An HOUR after we placed our order we finally got it. We live 10 mins away...not even. If you wait for said food shouldn't the order be right? Much less warm? Food was ICE cold. We were missing fries, the extra salsa we paid for and chili that goes with the taco salad, , the extra cheese on the baked potato, the cheese and onions on the chili we paid for because, you know, it costs this company so much for cheese and onions that they charge you and don't give it to you. Planning on calling corporate since the owner clearly doesn't care that all of their staff are lazy and rude. Notice the owner never says anything in response to bad reviews? Cause they know their staff is garbage. The restaurant never answer the phones. Don't question the bad reviews on Google. They are all factual. The reviews you should bypass are the good ones. They probably have their employees writing them. This is the restaurants 3rd time messing things up. I gave them 3 times in this last month to do their jobs. First time, they closed at 10pm even though their website says 2am. We were missing the 2 frostys we ordered. 2nd time they forgot my entire meal while the other 2 family members got theirs. I was told by the manager I either need to come pick up the food at their location or in order to be refunded I needed to drive up there. on Friday night I drove to Wendy's at 10:30 PM. I pull up to the drive-through and they tell me that they're only taking DoorDash so I was a little frustrated so I gave him another shot this evening. I pulled up to Wendy's Sunday night just got off work it's 11:30 PM. It says they're open till 2 PM and I pull up to the drive-through and once again, they're only taking DoorDash orders I don't know about you but I'd prefer to drive and pick up my food. My food comes to my house hotter than DoorDash but also I don't like to wait 45 minutes an hour for DoorDash to show up .... so I choose never to trust or use Wendy's at this location anymore because you guys are pieces of shit. read more

I was door dashing with my sister and we pull up to Wendy's there is a huge line around the whole building the line has not moved in over 5mins.We tried going inside and the door is locked, which is also a fire hazard for the employees.We also called many of times and no answer. Updated Review 5/2020 t used to be fine, been going here for years since it's right by my house, but the quality this year in 2020 has dropped considerably. The fries are strange now and almost always cold and old. My son even mentioned tonight that he wasn't sure if he wanted a meal since the fries were bad the last few times, but we took a risk. They were bad again. Both our fountain sodas taste like they have a cinnamon-red hot candy test in them, it's odd! This place sadly seems to be going downhill quite a bit, and the customer service tonight was also pretty rude on top of everything else. For about 18.00 for two meals, not worth it any more. read more

Tonight was the second time 7/22/22 That I have gone to Wendy's in Mulberry Florida, and all they have to serve customers are chicken nuggets and fries... Are you serious? I work 12 hours shifts and I am to tired to cook at 11 pm. I don't under how or why this would happen twice in less then a month. Come on it's a Wendy's!!! Lol. Anyway great location, I've always had a good service even though I've never been inside. I always use the drive-through and never have I had to wait long. The employees at the window are usually pretty friendly so no complaints. I don't think my meal has ever been messed up either. So anyway being that I've never been inside I'm giving them a three which is average for most Wendy's I have experienced. If I give them more than it is usually because of a exceptional staff. read more
