I've gone to Jays main restaurant for years and never had onions and carrots on my bulgogi nor is it advertised in this manner. This place has been hit or miss for far too long to not have improved. It is very clearly the employees and especially the cooks have no care about the quality of the food. While waiting for our food we observed other patrons bowls with little meat as well. I mean not looking for heaps but feel free to increase the price to offset the 1/2 lb of rice with a reasonable amount of meat. Bulgogi should be seasoned and flavorful not just cut and cooked meat.
