This morning, 9/11/24, I ordered a "medium" Super Sausage Combo to go. When I got home I found that I had actually received a Bacon combo. The tater tots/hashbrowns were cold and stale and my fountain drink was mostly water. It was a rare, but bad Hardee's experience. After a little I finally found time to write this. Great overall service and great food , I would like to give credit to the man in the drive thru I believe his name is Jaden. He had great customer service . He had a smile on his face the whole time , actually conversed with me, and kept it professional. All while getting my food and drink out quickly. Props to him and everyone working there I will continue to come back !! One of the Managers is rude and has an attitude. I have been getting biscuits and gravy, (no drink), from this store for months for $399 + tax. She told me that my order was $6.00 plus tax. I questioned her about the cost. In a very bad attitude said, " I don't Know who the Heck! is giving it to you for that price but I 'm sure the heck not going to. I went back today to get an order of Biscuits and Gravy. Because I received a coupon with a cost of $2.99 in the mail. I was told by the same person that she couldn't give me any because: they were out of containers. I said OKAY and drove up to the window and raised my hands said, "always something." Just went through the drive-thur and got Hardee's breakfast platter that is supposed to come with hashbrowns, I got an extra bowl of gravy and an extra side of hashbrowns and I guess because I got an extra side of hashbrowns, They decided not to put any in my platter! I just got home and it's to far to be going back I tried to call them and got no answer twice! read more

I have only eaten here a couple times (ONCE inside - never again). I don't really have much to say about this place besides that it just feels dirty. The outside isn't clean and neat, neither is the inside. I do not recommend going in here to eat. If you want to roll through the drive-thru, make sure it's busy so the food is fresh. I'm giving them 3 stars because of inconsistency. When they get it right they are GREAT, they make the best breakfast biscuit in the fast food industry, but when they get it wrong it's disgusting. The past few times I've visited for breakfast I've received a cold biscuit despite it being busy. Today I went for lunch, there is no plain grilled chicken option, you can get a club (with bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo) or a grilled bbq chicken (with bbq sauce, lettuce and tomato), so I ordered the latter with no bbq... yeah, you guessed it, not only did they add the bbq sauce, but It seemed as if they added extra. It was nasty. Oh, and I paid exact change and did not get a receipt at the time, figured it would come in the bag with the sandwich. Nope. Called the manager, she said they would replace it, but I was still stuck with a gross, overly sweet sandwich for my lunch as leaving work to replace it was not an option. I still gave 3 stars because had they just given me what I ordered it would have been spot on. Their chicken doesn't have that weird rubbery texture that a lot of fast food restaurants serve. It would be nice if they also offered a basic grilled chicken on the menu instead of having to order the bbq with no bbq, it would leave less room for error. Come on Hardee's, get it together, we all know you can do better. Edited to add; On a positive note the people who work there are mostly awesome, especially Christine, she is super sweet, always smiling and aims to please. I gave one star because you have to. Or else I would given 0 stars. Got my order wrong and blamed me. I ordered a couple of burgers and 2 medium fries. I received 1 large fries. There is only a 20-cent difference. Instead of charging me for the large fries I got charged for 2 medium fries. That $2.49 that I was overcharged. I tried to talk to the manager however when she approached, she stood far away from the counter. She was very belligerent and blamed me. She stated there was a sign at the drive through order location, there was no sign I looked again. She then stated they had been doing the French fries alternates all day. Okay, I know. It's a fast food hamburger joint, what am I doing with 5 stars? Well, I happen to think Hardees has the best burger in fast food. Right up there with 5 Guys and almost as good as Fuckruckers. Since they changed their business model several years ago, I've never had a bad experience with a Hardees and this particular one over the last 2-3 years has consistently had the most pleasant staff of any fast food place I've been to. read more

Food is always typical Hardee's good. The staff is amazingly nice and helpful!! Cannot say enough nice things about their customer service.

It's refreshing to see that that the Hardee's franchise is consistently awful no matter where you go. From the shadow of Big Bear mountain in California, to my current hometown in Alabama right on through to Middleburg service and food quality has always been less than acceptable. As far as failing policies go, I have to give the company credit for either not training well enough or hiring poorly as a corporate standard for them. It must be tough to do while shipping plastic cheese and eggs that taste very little of poultry. This specific store impressed me in that they had what seemed to be a volunteer door security guard. As I pulled up, he finished putting his affliction shirt on and closely followed me in the door. It must be difficult to maintain such a dedicated policy of creeping out the customers/gauging a potential pickpocket mark while diligently prowling the parking lot. I was hungry so I opted to order the medium sausage egg and cheese meal with milk to drink. Imagine my surprise when for the same price as a 16oz soda they offered me what looked like a 6oz carton of milk with a straw. Granted, the last time I drank a carton of milk was around 1994, but I remember even the free lunches came with bigger container of bovine fluid. I told them I preferred soda, so I might have a longer drinking experience. Once I arrived home, I was confused to discover the sausage from my biscuit was absent. I immediately, concerned for its safety, returned to the store with it's diligent undercover doorman/parking lot technician to rescue the patty from its incompetent captors. After such an adventure my hunger was only getting more pronounced so I sped home to consume my sausage egg and cheese, my hash browns, and of course my accidentally complimentary egg and cheese biscuit. I was confused by their rogue experiment to make hash browns pale and soggy. While I admire a brave move forward in testing new food techniques, this was not a good idea. Combined with the disgusting quality of the rest I couldn't bring myself to swallow the Moron's Thanksgiving I had acquired in its entirety. I do, however, look forward to seeing it all over again within the hour as what little I did get down doesn't seem to approve of its intended final resting place. TL; DR: Hardee's sucks, and this place is one of the worst of the lot. Get food poisoning somewhere with flavor and awake employees. read more

Hardee's is one of the best names in fast food and when it comes to Middleburg, it probably has the best burger. I have yet to have anything other than good experiences with this particular store. read more
