warning do not go to this McDonalds. I had the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food place. The driv thru was packed , so I made the mistake of going in. No employees up front. You have to use a machine to order. You also better pay at the machine or they will not make your food. I thought you order then pay when they bring you your food. I watched as numerous people got their order. SAfter standing there for 30 minutes , an employee finally came out and I asked them where my order was. A manager came out and took my money. I then waited another 30 minutes to get my food. in the meantime several other people got mad , yelled at them and left. I will NEVER go back to that crappy place. I ordered 2 coffees thur the mobile app went to get them in the drive thur and they still had to make them, they tried to hand me a black coffee, and I told them it was supposed to have cream in it so they put a little in it, and it was so bitter I asked for some more cream and sugar they proceeded to give me packets of sugar for a iced coffee! If anyone know the coffee world that stuff doesn't dissolve in it, so I had to get home and basically remake my sisters coffee and mine! They definitely had no type of sugar or the flavors we asked for in them! This is the second time with in a week I've been there and my drink was trash, the first was a sprite that was literally just carbonated water, and I called and they did nothing to fix it! The best McD's around (includes Jax and the Burg)!! Service is great and the staff are usually friendly and happy! This is the only McD we go to now - the few times we are in the mood for fast food. Most others we have gone to the staff seems unhappy, not smiling and seem to be waiting for their shift to end. read more

We are frequents when it comes to days when we're getting the kids from school or before church today was the straw that broke the camels back. I used my mobile app to pay and order fast because my kids were falling asleep and hungry after a long day of practice i ordered the special frenchfry promo the app had going on for a large and a drink with 2 10 piece nuggets. A woman who im assuming was apart of mangement, there seemed to be 2 other leads working this shift had told me she didn't know why the app didnt work but she would fix it, proceeded to charge my card full price and shut the window on me had i not reviewed my receipt and seen the extra 2.89 plus tax i wouldn't have noticed she didn't even fix it. I asked the girl at the window, red hat underage im assuming also learning from said "management". For a refund she said hey i need you back here she said for what now? And they were both making jokes, this woman who wouldnt tell me her name told me well you wanted the fry so i gave it to you simple. Appalled and instantly furious at the fact she not only lied to me about fixing it she charged my card without my permission! She asked "what do i want" i said a refund! You charged my card without my permission and told me you fixed it she said for the whole thing instead of even trying to reason with me and understand that it wasnt the money its not the food it was simply the customer service and the fact she blatantly lied to my face that was beyond disrespectful to me! She gave me back my money for the fries i still needed the nuggets for the kids i pulled up to the second window and hear the manager from the back yelling to take the fries out because i didnt pay for them. Which was fine because i work for a living and i dont want anything i didnt pay for. So i also ask another girl with a red hat for the managers name who treated me so poorly in the back. At this time im watching them with the kids nuggets my drink and im counting 4 minutes pass as theyre discussing the situation amongst themselves and shes shrugging her shoulders and theyre laughing other crew members. Immediately im upset again i take the food to give it back to the girls and ask for a complete refund not impolitely at all. I was just ready to go somewhere else to feed my kids with better customer service than i recieved. Then the manger woman with tattoos comes and tells me she will give me the fries for free and asks me what happened i told her what i stated here that it was apparently a malfunction in the McDonald's app and a mistake and i understood but was upset she told me she had it and laughed when she charged my card "because thats what i wanted thats what i paid for" when the promo simply said 1dollar off. She told me she understood and that her big boss was there and it would be taken care of. They gave me my food back STILL DIDNT TELL ME THAT WOMANS NAME. Not only that my kids ended up eating tacobell because the food you guys gave my kids including this free fry was cold and not only that undercooked the fries were limp and the crumbs were the only thing crunchy about them i didnt even feed it to my dog. The nuggets were so cold and old the kids didnt even want them and most importantly im taking my time to write this survey because of all i went through the food was so bad. This is a true reflection on how you truly value your customers and you forver lost our family to this location. read more

The ice cream machine never works, and you'll only get the correct order 7 out of 8 times, in my personal experience. If you aren't given a receipt and your order is incorrect, you're out of luck. The food is "good" when correct, but I would recommend Sonic or Burger King when it comes to accuracy and customer service. read more
