Floors are sticky and soda tast bad and sprite came out brown color i do not recommend eating in side this place anymore

We placed the order at the menu and they(female) told us to pull up. Waited in line for 15-20 minutes got to the window a heavy set male red stripped shirt says can i help you, we said we placed an order and he stated no and walked away raised my voice and said we ordered a chicken sandwich. He came to the window and closed it and said Bye and his name was Richard. This will be the last time I go here and will tell everyone not to as the service has dropped since covid 19 started and they act like they really are being bothered. I will post this any and every where so everyone can see. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. read more

Inconsistent service and food. Literally every other Hardee's I have ever been to is at least 75% better. The biscuits are bad, often time sliced paper thin on one side. The fries are never crispy, always soggy. The burgers are bland and seem way different. The only reason I go there is because they're open 24 hours. I love Hardee's but the Mattoon spot is not very good. read more

This place has went downhill and gone to H_LL over the last cpl yrs (mainly last few mo's). Today topped it off. 1. Didn't give us what we ordered. 2. The box that was suppose to be B&G was laid on its side when placed n bag and gravy went all over other food n bag and leaked out of the thin paper bag (we ordered B&G but got hash rounds covered n cheese and gravy). 3. She dumped a bag of hash rounds n bag them claimed she didn't when she was only one to touch/fill order. AND 4. What upset me then pissed me off the most was when it was took back to restraunt and we asked for manger (she was the one that had filled the order), I asked for her to first look at receipt to c what we ordered then go thru food she automatically knew she had bagged wrong food for us and knew gravy goes n bowl with lid, then she denied dumping h-rounds, opened bag again and started to go thru food n bag she seen what a nasty mess there was n bag and said "I'm just goin to throw it all away coz I'm not sticking my hand n there" and I said "no of course u won't coz it's nasty but u expected us to and then eat it". So she asked for receipt to give us 2 free meals (what we ordered anyway) and she was pissy and with attitude filled correct order. She was totally rude to us both. Also cook was back there saying the F__K work loudly with counter area full of ppl. Counter worker was doin the best she could to keep up coz she was doin counter-drive thru- and filling orders that she had to fill, then she finally said she couldn't do it all that she was goin to quit coz she had ask manger to call n extra help and she wouldn't call/get the extra help they needed, coz manger stood at food ben and filled orders and also walked around yelling at workers and drive-thru girl just stood around doin nothing and had messed up about 10 orders whoever a filled bags for drive-thru -(manger) from 830-915am (11-2-14). Worse I've ever got treated or that bad of service there like that. I can c making mistakes but gee whiz get real workers who knows their job and how to do it or call ppl n. Here we are again. I have sent a few emails to the corporate offices about the poor management in this place and all they do is send me crap for free food which I always throw in the garbage. I am actually sitting here in the store writing this review. my order number #72. I ordered the Frisco combo to eat here and some chicken tenders for dinner at work. I asked that the bread be toasted thoroughly because normally it's still soggy from the butter/grill butter. apparently they only toast the bread dry now. my sandwich looked lime it had been in someone's back pocket for a while, it was cold enough the cheese was not melted at all and the bacon looked like it was the precooked packaged stuff warmed in a microwave. The curly fries... part cooked and microwaved as well? it certainly looked and tasted like it. I will be sending pictures of the sandwhich to cooperate tonight. one of these days...one of these days maybe the general manager will show up tired of all the crappy reviews and nasty emails he has to hear about from the corporate manager and finally crack some heads, fire ALL the current employees and start fresh with people who actually give a damn. Clean. Well run. Great manager who seems to keep the help doing a great job. I work close by and visit about 3 times a week. No issues with wrong orders or bad food. Biscuits are the best anywhere. Just like Grands, not reheated precooked garbage like McDs, DQ or Arbys. Only fastfood where the advertised picture looks like real thing. read more
