I give sonic a shot every 3-6 months, hoping that they will get better. They never do. They are super slow, always have a traffic of uniformed people going inside, and uniformed people coming out on a smoke break or a break to talk to someone in their car. Food is decent for the most part but god damn the place is run down. Half the kiosks were torn outlander half the ones they kept don't work and the employees will block some of the working ones with their own cars. BTW the "Groovy fries" are kinda trash. Never hot, sometimes barely warm which is par for the course when it comes to sonic fries but the old ones were better. I like crinkle cut fries but not "seasoned" crinkle cut fries. We have lived here nearly 2 years. We have gotten numerous orders that were not correct. Little things like wrong toppings on burger or hot dog. Stopped by one weekday morning at 10 minutes til 8:00 and they were not open. When sonic was advertising the .99 shakes their machine was down. The final straw was that I placed an order through the app, and when I went to pick it up, I was told they were out of hamburger patties until Friday!!!! And to get a refund for them I would have to go through the app. Then he seemed shocked that I didn't want the tots or shakes I ordered to go with the hamburgers. Also, it will take 7-10 business days for me to get credited on my credit card. Unbelievable. read more

So, I've been to this Sonic many, many times. I grew up with this restaurant, I've never had any issues until now. The day started off fine except for the extremely slow service. Usually when I order, the food is here within just a few minutes. But this time, I waited twenty minutes for my food to arrive and it was screwed up. My stomach felt like it was in a "Kid's Meal Mood". So, I ordered a kid's meal, when I got it, I was shocked. When I got my meal, the chicken tenders were way too crispy. My white milk was already opened and it was old and disgusting. Although, the applesauce was the best applesauce that I've ever had in my life. Later, I ordered a milkshake and payed, I then waited for twenty minutes and still never got it. So, I just decided to leave and go to the as of this time "New" location in the neighboring town of Charleston. Lastly, the kid's meal toy was the best ever. It was a corgi squishy, my neighbor's corgi had just died, I loved her so much. This was a perfect coping method! To sum it all up, I DO NOT recommend this Sonic location. read more

One star is being nice. Stopped here on a road trip... and it was a little out of the way, but that was alright. It was alright... until spending over 20 minutes waiting in line for a simple slushee and mozzarella sticks. While spending this time with nothing else to do, I noticed the outside areas were dirty and full of trash. Issues with the drive up speaker... and while it was only $1.00, I was not given back the correct change. Final blow for this location... specifically asked for ranch and was given two sides of marinara, but no ranch. read more

Cheeseburgers are usually pretty good, but last time the burger was super tough and overcooked. And every time I order a cherry lime slush, it's never the same. Sometimes it cherry slush with a lime wedge, sometimes it's a red tinted lime slush (gross). read more

Hard to get fries or tots that aren't cold. For the price of this place I expect better. Allowing your employees to smoke alongside the building reminds of the disgusting employees at the Hardees just down the road from you. read more
