Both told me that orders could only be placed through the kiosk. I was preparing to use the kiosk when the manager came over and took another customer's order herself. I explained to her that I had just been told by two employees that they didn't take orders verbally. Instead of acknowledging the conflicting information, she denied that the employees had told me that and made it seem like I was the problem. She then said she could take my order. At that point, the experience had already left a bad impression, so I decided to leave without ordering or spending any money. The issue wasn't having to use a kiosk. It was being given contradictory information and then having my concern dismissed when I brought it up. Management should make sure employees are giving customers consistent information and handle customer concerns professionally.
