Ordered burger no bun. Arrived as wanted, drove 5 minutes to eat.... It was cold. The bacon was cold, the meat like Luke warm. Fully cooked , but did they just heat this up is my question? Also they stated they done use Hardee's rewards, yet the app has it as a location? At least they did it mostly correct, although I said no lettuce and they had some on it. read more

Fries were great but burgers were terrible? Had Hardees for the first time in south carolina and it was great! So after we found this location @40min away, we decided to take a small road trip and fill our need for some Hardees. well....unfortunately it was not the same and definitely a disappointment. When we left I did order some Onion rings to go, hoping the onion rings would win over our disappointment........it just added to it! the service was fast and the counter person was talkative and nice. Maybe it was that this place, it was located in same building as a gas station and the South Carolina location was a stand alone Hardee's? unfortunately, one of the two stars was for the fun and cool baseball cap that we picked up from the gas station. read more

I don't usually write reviews but I went through the drive-thru today after work and the service from the workers was great especially to the young lady that brought my food out. Just her saying "have a nice day hon" was what I really needed today. read more

Was super excited to try some Hardee's Fries. It literally took us about 20 minutes in the drive thru just to order. They weren't super busy either. Just us and another car. The fries were delicious though! Super hot and crispy. More like homemade fries! And of course an ice cold Diet Coke! Kid at the window was super nice though. We will be back to try more! Especially the chicken sandwiches!! read more

Service was very fast, maybe 3 mins. I ordered the new philly burger combo. It was so good! The fries were extremely fresh, had a nice crisp texture to them and salted perfectly! I am tempted to drive 2 hrs there to get more. read more

Came here with a friend after him begging me to try some Hardee's. We pulled up to the machine to order I picked the number 4 meal, service was a little slow but overall my burger was the best experience here. The fries were alright, I got the straight fries and it was a mix of good fries and some odd tasting ones. Still recommend you come here burgers are worth a try. read more

As a Jersey Girl, I've never been able to experience Hardee's or Carl's Jr. before. So on a road trip, we took an hour detour to experience Hardee's for the first time. It was pretty good. I got a cheeseburger and fries. I didn't go for a soda because I wasn't thirsty, but that was before I realized they had so many options. It's like a mini Coke Freestyle machine right there. I usually jump at the chance to get a fountain diet Dr. Pepper, if only I had known! It's fast food, but if you eat there - they bring it out to you. That's rare. Good food, nothing to rave at. I wasn't super hungry when we finally got there, so it may have been a bit of a wasted detour. But now I can say I had Hardee's. read more

Rude! Would not explain why Chicken Biscuits are advertised and not sold. Advertisment did not state anything about time restriction either. Inquired about it and was ignored by cashier twice. This was my first time trying Hardee's with my boyfriend. We came in, ordered a large roast beef sandwich meal and a hot ham and cheese meal. I also ordered two apple pies. Once we got our food, we expected it to be hot and fresh. But instead it was lukewarm and there were cold spots in our food. The apple pies tasted old, and were cold too. For around 14 dollars, this was a complete waste of time and money. Arby's would have been better at this point. Now I come home and my stomach is killing me. The only thing that wasn't normal for me was eating at Hardee's- so that's the only explanation for my crippling stomach aches and pains. Never going back. read more

Don't bother what a joke. Bunch of kids playing work. We stood in a line consisting of my wife and myself for 10 minutes employees walk back and forth looking at us but nobody stopped to help take our order. Young man came walking in singing I hate my job I hate my job then proceeded to go behind the counter and log in on the register. When the young lady finally took our order requested my burger with no cheese of course when it came it had cheese. The food was cold and greasy. This place was terrible. One star is generous. We stopped here on the Megabus from Chicago to Detroit, and with limited time and many hungry people they failed to deliver. I ordered a three piece chicken tender and they didn't even start cooking any chicken until five minutes after I placed my order. I had to leave to get back on the bus with no food any no money back because of the insufferably slow and lazy service. Most of the workers were standing around looking at each other. My advice: avoid the irritating test of patience caused by slow, poorly trained, inconsiderate workers and just buy some snacks from the convenience area next door. read more

Hardee's is the east coast version of Carl's Jr of the west coast. They have the exact logo and similar menu. If you take the Megabus that runs from Detriot/Ann Arbor to Chicago or vice versa, this is the pit stop that they always stop at for you go stretch your legs and grab a bite. Service is pretty fast since they only get people who are traveling on the road since it is in the middle of nowhere. read more

Saw the El Diablo burger ad and had to try it. Never been here before and it is 45 minutes drive from my house. (Closest Hardee's to me ). EMPLOYEES: Pleasant, friendly. SERVICE: Slow doesn't come close to describing how slow this place is. FOOD: Coke = cold, carbonated. Would have been perfect had there been some Coke flavor in it. Onion Rings = not greasy, cooked well, golden brown, Again, would have been great if they had any flavor. El Diablo burger = actually very good has a different unique flavor. So all in all it was a good drive. I only went to try the burger in the first place and it was good and it was a nice day for a drive. Everything else I had would have been a wasted trip. NOTE: And yes, just in case you wondered, I did taste the Coke and onion rings before I bit into a hot pepper burger. read more

This Hardee's is located at one of the rest stops Megabus regularly uses and as a result I've eaten here maybe half a dozen times. The food is typically alright, not great, but fine slightly above average fast food. Every once in a while though they serve something pretty bad. Once it was a chicken tenders wrap that was just off. Today I got one of the worst meals I've ever had in the form of what was supposed to be the quarter pound cheeseburger combo. Old fries, old bread, and worst of all, bad meat - weird smell, gross taste. The only thing they managed not to muck up was the Coca Cola. I'm still on the bus now, hoping I can manage not to vomit. Sticking to Love's prepackaged options in the future. read more
