UNDER CONSTRUCTION! (Fall 2015) This Taco Bell location must have burned down to the ground (or, based on previous reviews, was torn down) because as of Sept 2015, it is literally only some cement blocks and a sign. read more

Taco Bell - Nice sign... No building. - Fast Food Near Me - Marshall, Michigan

One of the better taco bells in the area. They mess up once in a while, but usually pretty good. Staff is friendlier than most other places as well. read more

This was the WORST experience of my LIFE. I ordered 5 chalupas, a LARGE dr pepper, and a burger. I was told they had NO BURGERS?!?!!?! I am disgusted with this service after ordering burgers from taco bell for decades. My great great grandpa loves them so much. AND THEY ONLY GAVE ME 2 CHALUPAS. read more

Taco Bell - a Chalupa Supreme - Fast Food Near Me - Marshall, Michigan

Got a chicken quesadilla and there isn't a single piece of chicken on it, not one piece

I would recommend you never come to this taco bell unless you want horrible customer service, cold food and a waste of your money, this is your place to go!! I've gave this place chance after chance to only be dissatisfied and dis everytime! be better of to shut it down. read more

I happened in to taco bell this evening. I stool at the counter for a good minute before I saw an employee. That place was a mess. various items all over the floor. I think there is something living in the mens restroom. If the owners see this posting refer to the cameras to back me up. What A dump. I went back the today for lunch. Wanted to be sure I gave the place a fare shake. I didn't want to appear like my opinion was rash or too harsh. How r they still open? A nice new building for the same old filth. I wish I had snapped a few pics to include in this review. I feel like I need a tetanus shot. Has anyone ever called the health department? I have the feeling someone will be notifying them today. I don't know what I'm having for lunch tomorrow, but I can assure Taco Bell Admin, that It wont be there. Marshall is a nice town. This place makes us less. Quiznos would look real good in this building. read more

Aaron is very rude to every customer when we come through. He greats me with a fuck you and then his coworker threw her receipt at me and demanded that I do the survey. I suggest either taking him off drive thru so he doesn't interact with customers or firing him all together. read more

Hit it or Quit it: Hit the drive through if you must. Let me preface this review by saying that I am a huge fan of Taco Bell. Now, I just read the review from two years ago and I was sad to agree that nothing has changed. This is a dirty and grimy Taco Bell. I eat here because I work nights at the town's hospital and need to rotate where I eat dinner (first meal of my day). Normally I'd be perfectly happy eating Taco Bell every night that I'm on call. However, because of the sad state of this location I only eat here once a week if that. The food is consistently stale, it's always dirty, and place is freezing. Out of the control of the location is the frequent assault on your nostrils by the stench of cigarettes from the clientele, who all look like extras in an episode of Duck Dynasty. read more

Stopped in early Thurs afternoon because they are one of only a few Taco Bells in mid/southern central MI to have the Chili Cheese Burritos. Chip waited on us, got our drinks, took my receipt off of the machine and threw it away. When he came back I asked for it, and he didn't know what he did with it. He had the manager try to bring a new one up, she couldn't. So I asked him to give me the original one from the garbage. I just wanted to get back on the road. Once in the car I was handing my granddaughter her Nacho Fries, but there were no fries, just the cheese. So I went back into the restaurant and Chip was standing by the fryer texting on his phone. It took me 2 "excuse me's" to get his and others' attention. After explaining a couple of times their mistake, they seasoned up a batch that had been sitting in the fryer since I was originally in there. Then he told me to" be careful cause they told him that they just came out of the fryer!" They were luke warm. Once we got home, divvied up everyone's food, we had sour cream in our 4 soft shell tacos making them supreme tacos, not regular as I had ordered. My husband cannot eat dairy, so guess who didn't get dinner?! And to top it off, my son said that the Chili Cheese Burrito wasn't as good as he remembered it. I wish that I had read the previous reviews before stopping there. read more

They took forever to take out order. We ordered something we did not know wasn't on the menu anymore and they said "ok" rather than telling us they are discontinued... not to mention they forgot our pop and took forever to give us that too. 1 star rating in my eyes. read more

I was glad to see the investment in a remodel of a local fast food restaurant, unfortunately it's still not fast food. It took 12 minutes to get my order, which may not seem like a long time at rush hour, but there was only one order in front of mine. I noticed that the employees seemed to spend more time looking at the computer screen wondering what they should be doing instead of actually doing it. To be fair, the order was complete, correct, and seemed mostly fresh and hot. So, if you have a need for tacos, that exceeds your need for speed, stop in. read more

This is the worst place! Every time I go there I don't get everything I ordered! Yes I should check it every time but for crying out loud! They had no cinnamon twists and offered me cinnamon bons no thank you I didn't order them I ordered cinnamon twists that's what we want! Horrible experience! I did get the food that wasn't in the bag but I shouldn't have to drive across town and retrieve what I paid for! I'm very disappointed and won't be going for a long time! I didn't go for a long time and I made a mistake and did!!!! Very dissatisfied! read more

20 minutes in a drive thru a new record! Also food is never hot.. Perhaps a continuous reason of food related illnesses

For the second time in a row, my wife and I got sick from this place!!! Needless to say we are done with them!!

We ate inside. Service was fast and friendly, someone even can around to our table to assure our food was good and ask if the table was clean when we sat down. Food was fresh and what I would expect from Taco Bell. read more

Drive thru is always so long and takes to long to get food. They need to speed things up!

I thought I would give this place one more try before I wrote them off completely. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. I Ordered three hardshell tacos, there was hardly any meat in any of them, maybe 7 shreds of cheese and a small amount of lettuce. It was such a joke, the actual thickness of my taco was about the thickness of two nickels. Just for kicks I decided to take out and measure how much meat was inside and it didn't even fill a tablespoon. All three of the tacos I ordered put together equals about what one taco would be at the Battle Creek location. I will never give Marshall Taco Bell my business again, it has been this way for years. I was hoping when they remodeled that maybe they would change their business practices. Unfortunately they have not, The place is filthy, the "fast" food wait time is ridiculous and the food is below standard. I actually would've given this zero stars, but this app would not allow it. If you really feel a need to eat Taco Bell, do yourself a favor and drive the 12 minutes to the Battle Creek location. I have never wrote a review for a restaurant, but I was so disgusted tonight I had to. By the look of all these other reviews I'm not the only person that feels this way. read more

Yup, its a Taco Bell. The interior is grossly outdated and frankly a bit of a mess. It is clean but just worn out. The workers do seem to do a decent job. If a Qdoba or Chipotle ever makes it to Marshall this place will cease to exist. read more

This was my daughters first night of working at this taco bell. She had $200.00 stolen from her. Her purse was in a locked cabinet that only the managers have keys to. Not to mention she was not introduced to fellow employees and was treated rudely because her uniform wasn't proper. We made a police report but doubt we'll see her $. Not to mention their food sucks!! read more
