My friend who happens to be african american nonetheless wanted to celebrate his 21st birthday with a drink and was left stressed wondering if he'd get his drivers license back. Server took my friends out of state ID mistook it for a fake and refused to serve until cops came. Later said since the cops didn't come they can't hold it meaning the whole situation was for nothing. The second we left the cop immediately went to questioning my friend. Terrible service the server came back twice and that's it. Never been more uncomfortable at a restaurant and I'm a server at another establishment so I know this isn't normal. Staring at us the whole time. I never blame service workers as I am one but this is not normal as a misunderstanding ruined my friends day. Will definitely not be coming back! A lot of flies flying around our table as well. Happy birthday to my friend I guess. read more

Wonderful rainy night for dinner anywhere but home! Off to Applebee's we go! Tea, appetizers, and dinner.

Best apples I ever been to the cheeseburgers looks great. The Alfredo is great. The pizza is great.

I love Applebees. Their spinach artichoke is great, and their pretzel sticks with cheese dip are delicious. I usually get their broccoli fetticine alfredo. And I did this time. I think their alfredo is better than Olive Garden's. However, at this location, the noodles were hard, and I was a little disappointed by that because I love their alfredo. I did enjoy their perfect patron margarita though. read more

My family and I came in for dinner tonight on spur of moment. It was so busy and we debated leaving, but decided to stay. It was raining, I was grumpy, and I just wanted to eat and get home. We had the greatest waitress, the best food, and the best time. Jill was so attentive, kind to my children, and great energy. Our food was delicious and when we left I was so glad we decided to stay, she made our night. We will definitely be back. read more

Service could be better. We were seated and was told our waitress will be right over... 20 minutes later, still no waitress, no water etc. I raise my hand to get someone's attention. They came over and as I was asking for our waitress, she shows up. No apologies just went right to what are you drinking today. This is not the first time in the last couple of weeks at different restaurants this has happened to me. I am beginning to wonder if this is standard on how they treat those that have outward signs of cancer treatments... this time I had on my head cap and a purple American Cancer Relay for Life purple survivor t shirt on... things that make you go hmmmmmm... read more

Great service and great food. Friendly staff and management. Will definitely be returning to this location in the future.

Food was good. Service wasn't. I came in to pick up my order and saw a few Employees just sitting on their phones chatting and waited a while. Finally I had to go up to their table and ask where do I go for pick up. read more

This is only our second time at this location. The location was clean and quiet. We had a great server (Kasey)

If you are travelling on Interstate 69 and are hungry, avoid this place. The food was ok when it finally got there. The service was beyond horrible. The bartender didn't even make eye contact with us for over 20 minutes when we needed something while she was carrying on a personal conversation with locals. She even asked a patron to deliver the check to us because she was too wrapped up with her mobile phone. read more

Carside this evening- I arrived earlier than the suggested time and everything was cold. The cheese sauce for the nachos was like it came straight from the refrigerator. Guacamole was brown and the beef was cold as well. Last time I will do Applebee's. read more

Very good service today for a holiday. Went there for mother's day and didn't have to wait but 5 minutes for a seat. Even though the place was packed full of hungry mothers we got our food in the normal time. The staff was very friendly and kept the drinks coming. Food was prepared well and hot. We had a Yelp bonus upon checking in and received a bar snack for free for checking in. We got the fried green beans and they were excellent. When we got our bill we noticed that they charged us for the bar snack but when brought to their attention they promptly removed the charge and apologized. Great mothers day dinner and we all enjoyed ourselves. read more

Well I went into the bar and got a beer there was a local man who was 81 years old and he was wealthy cause the wait staff was talking about him. So I said hi Pauly his real name is Paul and he got real defensive called me names and I said something back and I got kicked out. If you aren't a local wealthy person you get treated like shit. read more

I went there in the begging of yesterday and it they said we were to young . And then they said they had to ask the manager and she was just so rude and just let the people in front of us go and made us wait like 30 minutes , and then they asked for my number so they can tell us when we have a seat ready it was supposed to be at 7:29 we got there at 7:29 and they said oh it's gonna be a while longer and we are not allowed to wait in the waiting area so we had to leave until we got a text message and we get a text message at 7:36 and they finally get us a table and we have an amazing waitress she's was so nice and pretty !! Gave her a 3 tip would of give her 10 but didn't have that much ! And we had amazing food ! I believe her name was Rachel - will definitely ask for her again!! read more

Great service. The second me and the guy I was with walked in we were seated despite the restaurant being pretty busy. Very kind waiters and waitresses. The waitress we had checked in regularly and made sure we had enough sauce and such. Superb manager. Im so used to not seeing a manager I forget they exist but the Applebees manager walked around and made sure everyone was doing alright. He even helped serve food. My food was great, nothing burned or distasteful and it didn't take a thousand years to arrive like other local restaurants. On the contrary, the other guy I was with ordered some steak and he complained afterwards that it was very fatty and chewy and how it was rather distasteful. I believe he ordered the steak medium so it may have been a fault on his part that it was chewy. Either way, it was admirable that everything was clean, even the bathrooms. Overall a positive review, nice job Applebees read more

Very nice place to eat. It's been a couple years since we've been to this one. It's very clean now. The manager is very nice and checks up on you. And the staff are all very friendly and polite. Ask for Amanda. I am telling you this girl has ESP. She brought me everything I wanted, before I asked her for anything. I am hoping this woman trains the rest of the staff. I will return to this location. read more

Service is good great food great menu. Good atmosphere friendly faces. Helpful staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone else around.

Slow, slow, slow, slow. Seems like they're always understaffed. I mostly do "car side to go", and it almost always takes an additional 15-20 mins to get my food AFTER THE TIME IT SAID TO ARRIVE. They do a poor job of making sure you receive everything you order and poor effort to check the quality of your food before it's pulled from the kitchen as well. I gave 2 stars because the service is the only positive. read more

A little confusion as to who our waiter was. After getting that cleared up it was worth the wait . The food was great and the service was super. Only one waiter did not know how to properly wear a mask . read more

The ribs and steak were great, but my husband ordered applesauce as a side and they gave him one of the single-serve squirt containers like you pack in your 8 year-old's lunch box. I found that odd. Seriously, you can't even squirt it into a bowl for a 50 year-old customer?? read more

I'm usually not a huge fan of large restaurant chains, however we met up at Applebee's after work for a few happy hour drinks, we ended up staying for quite a few hours, and even though we only ordered drinks and an appetizer our waiter Zach was stellar. He made sure to check on us all night, got us refills before we needed them and never made us feel rushed. Great service goes a long way! read more

Marshall Applebee's always rocks! We are a family of 8 and never have had an issue with our food or service. I'm counting calories so I got a crispy chicken salad. OMG for the price of 11.?? You would think the bowl would have more lettuce. And it only had what seemed like one cut up small piece of chicken. So it is safe to say I will not be back anything soon. I will from now on go to Capital Luey's in Battle Creek. It might be more calories because of the dressing but I know I'll leave there full. Now I can understand if I ordered a side salad. But I did not. I like that I get to be honest with you not that you will change you will not. This is how I feel. read more

I have used their curbside delivery service twice both times I waited over 20 minutes over my schedule time and had to call to inquire. The second time I asked the employee who came out it took 20 minutes. He said 'I have no idea'. Ok thanks. The croutons on the salad were very stale and the salmon was dry and way over cooked. Got right in and got seated. Took about 15 minutes for us to order, and about 20 minutes to get our water. Ordered a Margarita & a beer and after 30 minutes still haven't received our drinks. So, after 35 minutes of waiting for my beer I'm told that they don't have it so I ordered a different one from the tap. Drinks finally came after 40 minutes. So, they just brought out another beer for some reason. Totally unorganized! They are messing up orders on both sides of us, lol. Just shy of an hour all the food came at once. After they dropped off our food they left us without silver wear. Add another 10 minutes for silver wear. Food was absolutely sub-par. They screwed up out bill over charging us $3.50. In conclusion horrible food, and horrible service. Will never go back to this location!!! read more

Real slow service and the order went in wrong. The manager made it right without me asking. The shredded beef tacos are pretty good.

This is the friendliest Applebee's I've ever been in!!! Always polite, knowledgable servers. The food is awesome.

Had Applebee's for drinks and dessert on a Friday night. Great blondie and great deal on late night drinks. Service was good.

The food is not very good and expensive. I haven't eaten at an Applebee's in a long time and I won't be going back anytime soon. If you can't get lunch for less than $15, it's a problem. The staff is friendly but the menu and quality of food is just terrible. read more

Amazing! Great staff and great food. Love the hometown pictures displayed with pride on the walls highlighting the "neighborhood".

Applebees is Applebees, what set this trip apart was the incredible service by the bartender Frank. Man this guy is on it! Literally a throwback with world class service. I would drive the 45 miles just to come see Frank and pass 3-4 Applebees. Refreshing to say the least. They need to make sure this guy doesn't go anywhere but I'm going to offer him a job! read more
