The watered down cold brew coffee with next to 0 ice cubes in it, completely lukewarm.
Lindsey S.

I went to this location of Hardee's for the first time today with my friend after raving to her how good Hardee's cold brew iced coffee is, because at every other location the coffee has truly been the best I've ever had! I eat at Hardee's regularly, and today was my worst Hardee's experience ever. We waited in line at the drive thru for at least thirty minutes, and the woman who took our order was kind of rude, which could just be because it was busy and she was overwhelmed, but I still didn't appreciate it. We got our food, and the cold brew iced coffee was so terrible. They literally gave us 2 ice cubes per drink (for an "iced" coffee!!), and it tasted like it was watered down and made completely wrong. My friend's breakfast burrito was made completely wrong and uneven and was totally falling apart. I probably will not be coming back to this location. I am always very reluctant to write a place a bad review, but my experience here truly merited one.

Chicken bowl $5.39
Nicole B.

I was very hungry and picked Hardee's over Taco Bell because I thought (until tonight) tacos were better. Unfortunately, my experience was bad. First the drive Thur person was obviously paying attention to something besides our order because she kept asking us the same question or repeating the wrong item. Next, I ordered a chicken bowl that was $5.39, I usually do not pay attention to price but when I seen how small the bowl was I just had to look at the receipt. On top of that the bowl was cold. My Dr. Pepper was flat and my fries were cold and we were the only people in line at the time of order. Honestly, I will never return!

The wife…read moreand I went through the drive-thru where she ordered a build your own burger and I got a double "whammy" burger. We also got fries and an Oreo cookie shake. We both thought the food was great, no complaints. I would say probably the best burger I've had in a minute. The person on the box was very friendly and provided excellent customer service when taking our order. Then when pulling around they double checked that everything was correct and sent us on our way. I would definitely recommend. Enjoy.

I opted out of the arugula that comes on it by default. I also got their mac n' cheese, and a chocolate shake. It may be the way their brisket blend always is, but the burger patty was a bit tough or overcooked compared to what I'm used to with a standard Angus beef burger or steak burger. It also lacked seasoning, but was saved by the goat cheese and jam. The bun was ok, and it was very messy as 3 of my 4 fried green tomatoes slid out immediately along with a healthy portion of goat cheese and jam. I ate at their outdoor seating area so no biggy, but I definitely wouldn't eat this in your car. However, the fried green tomatoes were very good. The mac n cheese was mediocre and the chocolate shake was good but had an overpowering flavor of Hershey's syrup. Even though it was very busy between the cars at the drive thru and delivery drivers waiting for order pickups, my meal came out in about five minutes. The staff was super friendly and attentive. I've eaten burgers all over the world and I would recommend the visit, but it doesn't rank anywhere near my top 25. Since this was my first visit I plan on returning a couple more times soon so I can try other burger options and update my review if I experience anything different. Burger: 3.7/5 (the toppings carried it) Mac n cheese: 2.5/5 Shake: 3.5/5 Note: No indoor seating. Outside seating available.

I'd sent it to my better half and he said, "let's go." OK... it's a hole in the wall in a strip center. But you know that sometimes those places are absolutely wonderful. And this was one of those times. From the time we walked in, we were welcomed. The lady working the front went through the menu... explained the options and even told us about options that weren't listed. I decided on the Heat Combo... the hubby decided on the Regular Combo. You're going to find that everything is made to order. So nothing just sitting around. The sandwiches are what I'd call burritos in a bun. Wrapped in foil and then paper. We were warned to keep the foil on... And with good reason! These are not sit in the car and eat sandwiches. They're moist... they're juicy and DELICIOUS! Now, I got the one called the Heat. It was not overly spicy but had a good level of heat. I was told if you like it spicy, just ask for hot sauce. I'm kinda torn by that because the general flavor of the sandwich is really good and wouldn't want to cover that up. The Combo comes with thick potato wedges. They were good and neither of us were able to finish all of them. They have some side dipping sauces I want to try next time. We opted to dine in. The dining room is a bit small and standard. There are only about 4 or 5 tables. But, it's clean (spotless clean) and does the trick. I imagine if it's busy it can get quite full. Honestly... this style of food is pretty unique to the Metro. It's not quite a Philly Restaurant... it's not quite a traditional Chili Shop... It's more of what you'd see with a "loose meat" restaurant from the Midwest. But whatever you think it is, it works. And we'll be back!

Great service and great food. Highly recommend. I will be back to try additional dishes very soon.read more

Crispy, savory, and perfectly paired with the burger. Then came the garlic parm fries... listen... those alone deserve their own review. Dangerous. Everything tasted fresh and made to order, which always hits different. You can tell care went into every plate. The vibe? Perfect for any moment ; casual lunch, date night, family outing, or just treating yourself after a long day. Definitely a hidden gem, and I'll absolutely be back ASAP. Hands down one of the best burgers I've had in a while. The D-Tay Yay or Nay?! Order the bacon burger + garlic parm fries combo and thank me later. Eat it fresh while it's hot , that's when the magic happens. Approved.

I had the Cobb salad (no bacon) with green goddess dressing, which was fresh and really flavorful, plus the smoked chicken was a nice touch. My wife ordered the haddock with a Caesar salad and it was fried perfectly with a generous portion. I had to taste a piece of fish and it was really good! We also took the bread pudding to go huge slice, homemade taste, and a great way to end the meal. If we're on this side of town again, we'd definitely come back. Our waitress did a good job very helpful snd friendly!

I also ordered the sweet potato fries and a chocolate shake. The burger was good. The bun held up well, was soft, and the toppings combined well. However the patties were on the salty side. The sweet potato fries were some of the best I can remember having and the chocolate shake was pretty good. The cashier was friendly and my order came out quickly. I would recommend the visit and will be returning to try some of their other burger combinations. The location has a bar, high table seating, and is moderately noisy. My only complaint is for the price the burgers shouldn't be oversalted. Look forward to giving it another go and will update my review upon my return.

Thinking back, I believe that after an awkward silence, I just started giving my order. As I was speaking, another customer interrupted and asked for their water glasses. I can only assume because this guy forgot to give them the glasses when water was ordered. The register guy proceeded to roll his eyes in response to the question. I then resumed my order. We paid, and sat at the table. I went to the bar to order a couple of drinks. Two bartenders were present. One of the two was obviously very new to the job. She struggled to make simple drinks and moved behind the bar very slowly. The other bartender however was fast and efficient, but couldn't do the work of two people. It took 12 minutes to get 2 draft beers. The bar seats were 3/4 full. Busy, but not overwhelming if both bartenders had been working efficiently. I returned to the table, and went to the restroom to wash my hands. The sink had no hot water and no hand towels. No blower either. When I returned, our food was at the table minus the truffle fries I had ordered. At first I assumed that they would be coming with them shortly. A week later, I still haven't received them. I finally flagged down a food runner who said they would check on them. 8-10 minutes later, she returned asking if I had received them. I said no. She did offer to get them right now or remove them from my check. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to wait, so neither of those things happened. This was a disappointing experience. My burger was good, not great. If it weren't for the under trained, and what seemed to be an unhappy front of house staff, I might consider it again. I really don't see that happening any time soon.

If I was asked that question about this restaurant, I would very quickly to say: not one thing.
