They have healthy options but if you want some greasy choices, they got those too. Cashier was friendly and she did let us take our time while ordering. The store was ok but the restroom needed attention. The soda machine definitely needed some cleaning. I didn't let that bother me because I was I was in a great company. First time coming here and I had the worst experience. I came to get a 10 piece spicy combo with a craft strawberry lemonade. Everything was supposed to be fresh. When I came to the window night manager Jayden gave me my stuff and said everything was fresh. i looked at my fries and can tell that my fries was redropped back in grease. They was greasy. My nuggets was also redropped and hard. They pulled me up to wait and they was still redropped. They never gave me my drink at the window they forgot it. I want to thank Nelson at the Lithia Springs location for making sure our burgers were perfect. I like the classics with all the fixings (minus onions) add extra lettuce. I will never say " that is too much lettuce", but it was close. My husband likes the classic double with mustard, pickiest and my onions. That too was perfect. Do not go to this location at night. They never turn on the outside lights. And the drive thru is always backed up. I've been there at two different times of the day to be told to please come back they're changing shifts. I've never heard of a fast food place having a shift change. The food is always pretty good but the service and people there always seem to have this underlying hate for customers. Whenever I do stop at this location "since it's close to my house" I go in because the drive thru is at least a 30 minute wait. Even inside it can be a 15 minute wait just for a combo. Family of 6 came in for dinner. Manager i guess she was came out of the office and made food. There were about 7 employees there and 3 to 4 standing around with no care to do their job. One burger was made wrong. There was no ice in the machine and when I asked for some I was the inconvenience. Bought frosties for the family. Cashier had no change to give back for a $20 bill at 7pm, doesn't make sense. Manager and another employee having a confrontation in front of customers. No respect for their jobs at all.
