If you charged me for the seasoning and extra fries why not put it on? It's the main reason why we love zaxbys, their sauce and seasonings. But at this location Its a constant thing, sauces or seasoning always missing. If not, your order isn't complete. The disappointment when you get home and open up the bag ;( Seems as if they simply dont care about their customers. I give up on this location. AVOID THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION! read more

Really need to pay attention to what people are ordering when it is take out. It is shameful what you pay for food for it not to be the way you asked for it. Asked for nuclear traditional wings but got baked chicken. Neither order was sauced . If you did not have we should have been contacted. Do better. read more

Food was severely undercooked. I got the Zax Snack meal and the chicken was barely cooked, I thought if anything I would be safe to eat the fries. Those were barely cooked as well they were super mushy and not able to eat. I called and explained this to the manager that I left on my lunch break at work to get this I was not able to turn back around and leave work AGAIN to bring this food back to him. He would not give me a refund unless I brought the food back just for him to throw it away. Would recommend staying away from this place unless you just want to be disappointed. read more

Zaxby's impressed me with their quick and friendly service. The staff was courteous, and the place was clean. The door entrance was accessible and welcoming--overall, a great experience! read more

Anthony at the register looked like he could not be more annoyed with my order. I payed foe a drink and I did not revive it . My request to receive my drink was denied by Anthony and the cook. Went through the drive through and ordered their famous chicken sandwich that I had never tasted along with some chicken strips and fries but when I arrived at the hotel and was ready to try that sandwich there was no sandwich to be found. There is ALWAYS and issue at this location. No lie 9 times from the last 10 visits they've forgotten or been out of the Cole slaw. You'll wait in a line all the way to the street only to find out what their daily issue is. Today's issue is..cash only. If I were the manager I would put a dry erase board at the entrance so I could wrote the daily issue on it and save my customers time & aggravation. Again.... if I or anyone with half a brain were the manager. Seriously this Zaxbys is the single source of why I decided to start cooking at home. I only visit now if I failed myself & didn't lay anything out for dinner and was too lazy to drive anywhere else. read more

Zaxby's is my favorite fast food restaurant in Georgia. I normally go to the one in Marietta but this one was closer to where I'm staying. Mid Saturday, no drive thru line. What?! The lady who took our order was super sweet and helpful when I described the meal I wanted (couldn't remember the name haha). There was no wait receiving my food either. The guy at the window was fast and efficient. Smooth process. Food was amazing as usual. Love love love the Nibblerz (chicken sliders). Now if only Baltimore could get a Zaxby's. That would be amazing. read more

Considering this is a southern fast food restaurant, not much to say here. The service was decent considering they had quite a few people in the restaurant at the time. One thing is for certain, that southern sweet tea is indeed sweet tea. I can still taste the sugar in it. I'm pretty positive the sandwich I got wasn't the one I ordered. But coming in from a 2 hour flight, I wasn't really that picky at the moment I realized. Nonetheless, that's just bad service. If I order French fries, I don't want a bag full of surprise waffle fries, right? read more

Omg the attitude! The light skin and a bit chubby young lady who was working in the kitchen Monday 10/5/2019 was quite full of it. Messing up my order and looking offended that i dared complained. I wouldn't be surprised if she spat on my food. I considered leaving right then, but thinking about the overpriced amount you usually pay at Zaxby's, i decided against it. And actually because i pay quite more than any regular fast food, i expect a better service. And those serving us and taking orders seem clueless about most of the things going on regarding the menu and had to keep asking someone else who then had to ask another person, etc. Like y'all, i get ONE hour for lunch and wasted the majority of it dealing with the staff. For example, i asked for a Caesar dressing and no one seems to know what i am talking about. I ended up with a ranch dressing that they kinda threw at me on the counter. I am never coming back here. Good thing they have another Zaxby's not too far from this location. Didn't proofread because i can't waste anymore of my lunch hour on this place. read more

Worst zaxbys in Georgia. They're slow, rude, no masks or gloves, and the rude chick in the drive though snatched my card out of my hand. Avoid this place read more

None of the staff observed any type of COVID protocol. Not one person wearing a mask. Staff was extremely rude and my baskets of fries were only half full, unseasoned, and one basket didn't seem cooked properly. I tried calling and the lady hung up on me after yelling into the phone that it was a busy time of the day and to call back later. I will drive the extra distance to a different zaxbys next time. read more

Rude employees can make an experience worse than it already is. The food was terrible. My salad had 3 small strips of grilled chicken in it, not even enough to fill a small child. Our drinks were all wrong, maybe if the woman in drive through would listened to the order, rather than to interrupt asking, "anything else" before my husband could even finish talking, it would've been right. My son's meal was missing sauce. Zaxby's use to be one of our favorite places to go, but each one we visit now seems to be going down hill. With this one being the absolute worst! read more

The food was good , quick service, soda machine appeared to be broken because most beverages were flat. The cashier (Latriesa) isn't someone who should be at a cashier attending customers , it might be she was having a bad day but that isn't an excuse to loose your patience and act rude with the customers. Otherwise it's a nice clean place to get a bite to eat , would still recommend but because of service I give 1 star. read more

Covid-19 score zero here. Entire staff no mask. One person had gloves. No enforcement of Social distancing. No matter how nice the staff and delicious the food, spreading disease trumps all. Its very sad that a chain such as Zaxbys is pretending the threat is over. Completely disgusting. read more

I have been to a few of these restraunts and this is the worst so far. The chicken looks like it's been fried too long and dry. Half the time it looks like they pulled some old chicken out, nuked it and dumped some sauce on it. Service is as bland as the food. Yes, they routinely make you pull to the side to get your food. The employees kinda just glare at you like you're inconvienencing them. I understand you may not be in the best paying profession, but it's not the customer's fault. The best part is, even though this restaurant specializes in chicken wings. There are at least 3 other restraunts within a mile that are far better. read more

My fries always come raw and not cooked well. Happened again today literally an hour ago

Wowz! Thank goodness Zaxby's isn't in Illinois or else I would be morbidly obese. The food probably tasted twice as delicious since we came here after hiking at Sweetwater Creek and were ravenous. I would say Zaxby's is a better version of Chick-fil-A since they have a larger variety of options. The boyfriend and I ordered too much food for the two of us and the cashier probably was judging us.. but it was totally worth it. I ordered the cajun club basket which came with a side of crinkle cut fries. He ordered 5 wings and 5 chicken fingerz. Then we also shared the spicy fried mushrooms which were tasty but not spicy at all. My cajun club was very juicy and tender which is surprising since it was white meat. The wings were flavorful and the fingerz were nice and light. I would recommend coming here if you're ever in the Southern states! read more

After a long ride back home from Savannah Ga. I stoped by our local zackbys to grab food for the family online it said the location closes at 10pm. I went into Zaxby's on 04/13/2021. An had the worse experience every. I waited in the drive thru for 30ins. An get to window to pay. The man advised me to pull up an they will Bring my food when it is ready. I wait another 10 mins an they still never brought my food out. I went inside an ask for the manager ! The lady went to the manager an the manager stated I don't want to talk to her. I ask the lady for a refund an she said I have to ask the manager. I wait an she said we can give you a refund. The manager( Ally) is the name she gave me but I know it wasn't true ! Stated what you need. I stated I don't want to speak to you because you don't ever tell a Customer you don't want to speak to them. I advised her you need some customer service training because you setting a bad example for your employees. Then she went on to say I never said I didn't want to talk you you. I'm like ma'am we all heard you in the story. Then I ask who is over you. She stated nobody is over me ! I will never spend any money at this store ! Until the switch over employees ! If that's the type of behavior Zaxby's allowed. I'll spend my money else where. read more

Having recently moved to the Atlanta area, I've made it my goal to try all the new restaurants that were not in the Pacific Northwest. I've gotten food here twice from the drive thru, and while it deserves 5 stars for the food itself, the service is not so great. I'm specifically downgrading it on the service I received Thursday night. I ordered at 7:21 (boneless wings and tater chips) and was asked to pull forward. I understand they cook to order so I knew I was going to have to wait about 10 minutes. I don't mind because that means hot, fresh food. Except people that ordered behind me started receiving their food and leaving. At 7:40 one of the employees comes out to hand me a package of cookies and tells me my order should be out shortly. When I asked what was taking so long her reply was "We only have one cook in the back, and he is fairly new". After 10 minutes, I went inside and asked to see a manager only to be informed they were not there at the moment. I finally received my food after another five minutes of waiting and not one person apologized for the long wait. I'm sorry, but having to wait 35 minutes for food that should take 10 minutes tops to cook is unacceptable. You don't give someone cookies for that and not even offer an apology. At this point, I'm probably not going back to this location. Luckily there are others on the way home. Because their food is wonderful. read more

Went to this restaurant for lunch today. My total was $7.02 I handed the cashier my $20 I got my change and didn't look at it and went back to the office. About an hour or so later checked my change as I was going to buy a drink from the drink machine. I opened my receipt to pull my money out and that's when I noticed my change was not right. I was to have gotten back $12.98 but ask I had was the $2.98. So I called the store to see what I needed to do to get my money back. I was told they have to count the drawer and get neck with me. I never heard back so I called back and spoke with Dwight. Dwight is the assistant manager and was unable to fix the situation. He told me he would have to check with his manager. I told him I'd call him back. When I called back I was told the GM was there. Well she was unable to help either, all she would say is that the drawer can't up not over and there was nothing they can do. So I'm out $10 and Zaxbys cannot no let's just say they won't fix it. I can't believe that they except me to be OK with paying $17.02 for a side salad, 2 chicken fingers and a 22oz drink, cause there is nothing they can do. read more

I like Zaxby's. I'm disappointed that they no longer have the honey BBQ sauce but I like Zaxby's. I decided to swing by here with my friend the other day after being down at Sweetwater Creek. Ugh. There were a couple of people in front of us but things weren't super busy or anything. The food was OK but the dining room was just a mess. Most tables were dirty, one of the trash cans full to the point of overflowing. And they were out of everything. Both ice machines were out of ice, they didn't even have sweet tea in the dining room, and they were also out of ketchup. I mean, it was like no one had tended to the dining room all day. I'll try to find somewhere else to stop next time. Very disappointing experience. read more

I personally have been to this restaurant a number of times and have never experienced such awful service. Writing this kind of review Is personally distasteful to me However with that being said I have never experienced an event where I have had to wait on more than 45 minutes after being pulled to the front to wait for my order and had to go to the drive-through window to ask about my order it was placed 30 minutes almost 45 minutes before I decided to go in confront the manager about what happened with my order and after confronting the manager I still did not receive my order until 25 to 30 minutes after which is personally degrading it's demeaning to me as a customer it is not fair I deserved a free order I did not receive anything for compensation nor was I accommodated at all and I do not think that was OK there were multiple attitudes with several of the employees and the manager including. I personally feel like there needs to be some some type Of disciplinary action for the nightly employees that will work in this night because this is highly unacceptable myself and several other customers I believe it was about 6 in the line that were pulled to the front waiting and had to receive refunds this particular night. I will be contacting corporate the next morning. read more

I'm disappointed today. After ordering in drive through, we were told to pull to the side and someone would be "right out" with our order. There were 2 people waiting who subsequently had to go inside and get their food. After 15 minutes, I sent someone in to pick up our order. It took them an additional 10 minutes. Never again at that location. And I saw only one person come out while we were waiting. It wasn't even busy. read more
