The folks that cut my grass came this morning so instead of moving my car I decided to go get breakfast. I ordered the breakfast sandwich combo. The photo is of the grease from the sandwich. This was only a few of the greasy napkins I went thru during this disgusting, sad excuse of a breakfast. I asked for 2 jelly & the girl at the window said I can only give you 1 pack. I said so how much is a 2nd pack? She said she didnt know bc she couldn't give more than 1. Ok, so greasy breakfast sandwich that was so greasy my mouth had a film after taking a bite. My hands were greasy, my face was greasy, the bag was greasy...literally everything was covered in grease. The hash browns were thrown in the bag. I'm not sure why they included a little hashbrown container since it looked like they scooped the food directly into the bag. The drink was flat & possibly contaminated since the driver thru worker that touches the money also scoops the ice that goes in the drinks. Yuck! You know what I'm mad just writing the review & this happened at 10am & it's 7pm now. What a complete & total waste of almost $10! Honestly I wanted that food to exit my body so bad today. This is a prime example of why it's better to just eat at home. Food was very good, hot and tasty. The amazing thing about eating here was Latron. He wanted to make sure we had the right food, asked us if we wanted any sauces or anything else , made our visit exceptional, like it was a five star restaurant. Hardee's should be proud to have an employee like Latron. Hopefully this review gets back to Latron. The restaurant was very clean also. I went to this location of Hardee's for the first time today with my friend after raving to her how good Hardee's cold brew iced coffee is, because at every other location the coffee has truly been the best I've ever had! I eat at Hardee's regularly, and today was my worst Hardee's experience ever. We waited in line at the drive thru for at least thirty minutes, and the woman who took our order was kind of rude, which could just be because it was busy and she was overwhelmed, but I still didn't appreciate it. We got our food, and the cold brew iced coffee was so terrible. They literally gave us 2 ice cubes per drink (for an "iced" coffee!!), and it tasted like it was watered down and made completely wrong. My friend's breakfast burrito was made completely wrong and uneven and was totally falling apart. I probably will not be coming back to this location. I am always very reluctant to write a place a bad review, but my experience here truly merited one. read more

I was very hungry and picked Hardee's over Taco Bell because I thought (until tonight) tacos were better. Unfortunately, my experience was bad. First the drive Thur person was obviously paying attention to something besides our order because she kept asking us the same question or repeating the wrong item. The worst experience EVER, I went there on Saturday 9/10 and on everything, I sat at the drive thru oder station for 5 minutes no one said anything so we drove up...it then took another 3 minutes of us knocking on the window when a girl approached the window and stated that she'd heard us but they were busy. Each time I've come here I've gotten hot, fresh food. I don't like the turkey burger with mushrooms on it. It literally made me gag. The regular turkey burger is just okay, needs mustard or something but it is a healthy choice. I had their grilled cod fish sandwich when it was available and it was divine! I wish it were still available. What I thought was neat about this location was the fact that they had a credit card swiper outside of the window so the cardholder could swipe their own card without fear of someone stealing their cc number. I should have known better than to come to this ghetto establishment in the first place. First of all I sat at the drive-through for over 10 minutes and no one came to take my order. I drove around to the door to see the signs that said this place is open for 24 hours, only to see the staff standing around talking. Some guy comes to the door and says they're not taking orders because they are doing a shift change and turns around and walks back inside. My husband ordered three burgers and when he got home, he realized one of the burgers had no meat. We contacted the restaurant and requested to speak with a supervisor. M** indicated she was the supervisor and requested the burger be brought back to the store so the sandwich could be remade. He explained it would be a 40 minute drive round trip to return the burger. My husband suggested she offer a credit for a future visit. The supervisor, M**, again said "the burger" would need to be returned to the restaurant. That response was unacceptable as we do not have time to drive 40 minutes for a burger. Further, we were already inconvenienced. In addition to not having viable solutions, M** also was COMPLETELY unprofessional. She spoke so low we had to ask her to repeat information. She did not sound interested in resolving the matter, oftentimes becoming silent rather than answering questions. We also believe she put us on hold as there was awkward silences in the conversation. Additionally, she was unable to provide the name or number for the franchise owner or corporate headquarters. Leaving the meat of the sandwich was a simple error. Poor customer service by a supervisor is either a lack of training from the organization itself or simply not being interested in upholding the standards of the organization. We have left a formal complaint with headquarters. We also are working to find out who owns this franchise. The poor customer service by their supervisory staff was far more aggregious than the failure to put the meat on the sandwhich. read more

Ahhhhh my goodness I've been on a hunt for an excellently cooked and well built 100% ground beef burger. I have to say... I had given the win to Five Guys Burgers prior to this visit to Hardee's. I went around 11pm for a fresh thick burger with bacon combo. I ordered two combos. The burgers were so juicy and succulent and fresh tasting! I could tell it was actually beef this time, as I've been turned off by hamburgers that claim to be beef and taste like cardboard! The fries were fresh and were a natural potato cut and were fresh and hot as well! Fresh toppings and soft buns finish the deal in a really simplistic and nice way! We had a great experience here! There was a time lapse between ordering and having our food come out, but the manager delivered it to us so nicely. The food was good, (burger a bit salty, but it was a once in awhile thing), and the fries (which we didn't order) were perfectly cooked. The place was FREEZING, and I am NEVER cold. My son had to step outside to warm up! I guess we had a different crew than Barry W. because all of the people who helped us were happy to do so. Different shift perhaps? Stopped at Hardee's because the line at BK was wrapped around the building. Went inside instead of waiting in line in the drive through. Staff was extremely slow. No sense of urgency at all. Breakfast menu still showing at 1pm in the afternoon. Overall the place is dirty and needs a thorough cleaning. Dirt caked on the frames of the metal chairs at the top where hands have touched and crud several inches up on the legs of them from mop water. Empty cups left on tables by employees. Most tables needed wiped down. Either the air conditioning was off or not working because it was hot in there. The manager showed up while I was waiting for my food and started getting the staff moving on the orders but she was unprofessional - loudly speaking to staff. No ice in the self service soda machine and when one customer tried to get a drink they got sprayed with soda. I waited for 20 minutes for 2 burgers, onion rings and 2 drinks. All mediocre at best. Several years ago I used to go to this place often late nights then 3 different times in a row in a months or so they claimed they system or the grill is down and can't take any orders but still stay open. Smh it just seems to me the night employees do everything they can not to do any work so I stopped going for over a year and went one night same thing, so I did go here for over 2 years and figured I would give them them another shit being its been a couple years and benefit of doubt they probably had new employees and guess what they served the car in front of me and then took my order and right after I told them #8 the said the system is down it to me seemed like they just did not want to make what I ordered and did the same to the car behind me, so 5 times in a row over a several year span same thing not serving food but staying open, this place should start closing earlier if they do not want to serve people after 12 and if what they say is true and this system is down that often the cheap ass owner should have invested in a new system by now. So if you are looking for late food don't waste your time going to this place as in my last 5 experiences there is a 100% chance you will not get any food. Most ridiculous thing I have seen. I hope the owner looks at these reviews and starts closing early instead of wasting peoples time or invest in a new system. Smh read more

Good burgers and hot thin, crispy french fries. They also have Diet Dr. Pepper (my favorite.) I had the Original Thickburger. The ingredients were mostly fresh and crisp. The meat was well cooked, but the bun was a little soggy. Their rating would be higher, but the dining room needed attention. I arrived just before noon. Most of the tables needed to be wiped down, and I noticed that several of the napkin dispensers on the tables were empty. read more

I have been to this Hardee's several times. It has such a convenient location. Right off the interstate. Every time I've been here (drive thru and dine in) I have always had a great experience! The food is always hot and fresh!! Sometimes I may have to wait a min or two and they will bring the food to the table for me. Always worth the wait for quality food! The employees were very nice and even opened the door for us as we entered and exited the restaurant. Also they came around to the tables an checked to see if our meals were ok. Always feel welcomed! And to top it off they have great prices! I like the $5 deal! 2 burgers (or chili dogs/chic sandwich/ or the hot ham n cheese) and comes with fries, a drink, AND a delicious apple pie!! Mmm....
