The worst! I just ordered a Frisco burger through the drive-through. Unwrapped the burger and it was cold as cold could be. It was as if it had sat on a shelf at room temperature waiting to be ordered. The bacon was soft and greasy. The bun was firm and cold. The burger patty itself was cold. The exterior appearance itself should've been enough to tell me do not go here. Because whoever owns it obviously has no interest in providing a good experience to their customers. read more

The service is horrible. I came in with my family and the cashier in the front spoke to us with an attitude. Although they were patient with our order, we waited over 30 minutes for our food. Customers who ordered after us got their food before us. The ambiance was good and a few tables were clean. Fries were good, but the new BLT frisco is a bit soggy. read more

This is a pretty solid Hardees location, and I am glad it seems to still be going strong. We always stop there on the way to Duluth from the cities, and the experience is almost always the same. We were sad to see the raisin biscuit gone, the cinamon roll was decent but nowhere near as good as the raisin biscuit. The chicken biscuit was no good either, but as long as I stick with my bacon an cheese biscuit, I know I will get perfection. The gals that work at this location are always friendly as well. Hopefully next time we can eat inside again, because they are always a joy, and my kid loves talking to them! read more

I have always been a fan of Hardee's even during the fried chicken phase. Yes, you youngsters, they had fried chicken and it was good too. The burgers they serve are good. I have been a long time mushroom and Swiss fan but the Frisco burger is the best in my opinion. Many Hardee's have closed over the years. I know of 3 locations in Minnesota, this one in Hinckley, St Paul and Faribault. When passing through, I always stop. This location recently remodeled and looks great. The inside is completely redone. Now the outside is in need of some help. It is beautiful on the inside and ugly on the outside. We like to sit at the outdoor picnic table with our daughter and share our burger with her. They used to have garbage cans outside now they don't. They need one. The burgers are good but high calorie. Plan some activities afterwards. All in moderation. Enjoy. read more

We decided to stop at Hardee's after an overnight at the casino Memorial weekend and we wanted to beat the traffic home, stopped here after we could not get into 2 other restaurants. We were warmly greeted upon stepping into the restaurant, ordered a couple of egg and biscuit platters with bacon and coffee and soda to drink. The coffee was a bit bitter, but hey it's fast food coffee, liked that there were flavored creamers available. Food was served fast, fresh and hot. Plenty to eat for much less than we would have spent at a sit down restaurant. Store was clean and well taken care of...can surely recommend. read more

This Hardee's has the best fast food breakfast around. We've never been disappointed. The staff here are very friendly. Truthfully I don't know how you can keep your staff friendly with so many a-holes going through the drive-thru. Anyway, the food is cooked well and fresh. Not overly greasy like Ronald's place. A little tight getting in because of Holiday. Hope they move back some now that the crack palace Burger King is gone. That probably won't happen. read more

Although there is not too much competition in this city, there should be no reason to pick this restaurant. I've done it a couple of times driving between Minneapolis and Duluth when I needed something in my stomach, and they have given just that...not much more. The service is appalling by metro-area standards; pretty hickish staff and they operate on one setting: slow. I've had them remake a sandwich here before and they were not very accommodating. Never really busy when I've been, but I seem to end up waiting long for my meal (I know they cook from scratch, but even with that consideration...). I love Hardees! I was very disappointed to have this chain disappear from the Twin Cities. I remember my Dad always taking us to the Hardees just outside Taylor's Falls on the way to WI. So obviously when I was going on vacation and we had to stop, I made every effort to stop here for breakfast. I ordered my childhood usual, which was the biscuits and gravy. The recipe hasn't changed much at all. It is still delicious and I love it. I was expecting a hash brown when I ordered, I didn't know that they were hash"rounds" instead. It was still good however. I came to Hinckley to spend an overnight at the casino. Lots of food options available at the casino, but decided I wanted to try out Hardee's for at least 1 meal. It has been over 20 years since I have been to a Hardee's. Most stores in the metro area have closed. There is still one in St Paul, but that is too far away for me to travel for a burger meal. Instead, I drive 80 miles north to visit a Hardee's :-) Oh yea, I wanted to do some gambling too, so this store was right there by the freeway on my way back to home. I skipped having breakfast at the casino, because I knew I wanted one of the newer burger sandwiches from Hardee's and I would not be hungry at 1-2 PM if I had breakfast. I left the casino around 1 PM and started my journey back home. I was the only customer at the counter placing an order. I was quickly greeted and asked for my order. I ordered a Steak House Thickburger Combo. I ordered the smaller size. I was given my beverage cup and a number to place on my table so they could find me once the meal was prepared to be served. I was served my meal in 5 minutes. Quick enough for me. But I expected it to be cooked after my order was placed. I saw they had fries ready to go. I think the patty was pre-cooked also waiting for an order. Neither the fries or burger seemed to be fresh cooked. The burger was very good. I liked the thin onion rings they put on the burger, but they to were not cooked fresh. The bun was very fresh. The fries were good, just not hot enough to be freshly cooked. A few of the fries were a bit limp. Like my girlfriend says about me at times, too limp to fully enjoy. My combo meal was around $9.50. A little too much for a meal that is not freshly cooked. During a rush, I would expect them to be cooking fries and burger patties hoping to find the right balance of volume to provide quick service and be freshly cooked. I am not so sure this store can have a lunch rush. There are a lot of businesses in this area, but the trouble is, most are food related or have food available for customers and employees. I would imagine if you worked at say, Toby's or Cassidy's, but went to Hardee's on lunch break and the boss found out, he/she might tell you to get a job at Hardee's :-) Hardee's head honchos has an identity crisis issue. They need to determine who their competitors are. Wendy's, BK, McD? Or Culvers, Smash Burger, Five Guys? And adjust their game plan accordingly. There are so many burger joints around that it is impossible to be in a category of their own. I want to give this meal combo along with the service/restaurant a 4 star rating, but I just can't. If my burger/fries were hot hot, I could give it a 4. But as served to me on this day, the burger/fries were just above luke warm. If I had taken it to go and eaten it in my room at the very nearby Days Inn, it would have been warm enough to eat, but I would have been very disappointed. read more

Friendly staff when we entered and going to place our order, the food on the other hand not very good, not even close to the pictures that are on the menu board it was like a kids happy meal. My husband ordered a double cheeseburger with fries and I ordered just the cheeseburger with curly fries. Fries were cold and soggy....burgers no taste at all just like cardboard......food came out really fast so makes me think they were made ahead of time and were just sitting there same with the fries. I cannot give this place even 1 star. My husband and I like to stop at Hardees occasionally. I stopped here a couple months ago and waited in line 20 mins. 20 mins at a fast food restaurant. That's a long time. So I just shrugged it off thinking it was hot out and maybe they were all having a bad day. There were 2 people in line. And of course the drive thru. I stood watching a server make shakes for the drive thru and the rest of the employees were behind the counter laughing and enjoying their job. After 20 mins I finally got my food and left. Shaking my head as to why I allowed myself to stand there that long. Last Friday my husband and I stopped there. There was no one else in line, just the drive thru. After waiting for 10 mins for someone to notice we were there, we left. Will never return to this Hardees.
