I also had the carne asada and carnitas, which were good, but it's the pastor and barbacoa that is clearly their speciality. The tacos are pretty big too, generous portions on everything all around. I only got tacos, but I'd suspect these are great in a burrito, quesadilla, or bowl. Order with corn tortillas (maiz) for the authentic taco taste. The tortillas are hand made I suspect, as they have a bit of a pull / chew in their bite - really good. Jose (Don Chuy) was super cool and gave me a free flour tortilla taco which was also delicious. Very welcoming and friendly guy. Jose - consider offering a California burrito on the menu - throw some French fries in that carne asada burrito ;) I'll def be coming here as I make my annual MN pilgrimage and won't feel too far from home with some legit tacos. Chorizo and potato is soft and spicy and savory. Al pastor is savory and a little sweet too. They come with hot and mild sauce, cilantro crema, and radish slices to add crunch.
