So everyone hates on Hardee's. But I don't. But I'm gonna hate on this one because this is one sorry Hardee's. I had a coupon for thickburger and they were telling me I could only choose from two of the thick burgers they have like 10. And there's like eight people on staff and no one inside the restaurant. So instead of restricting the thick burgers you can get on a pretty general worded coupon. Maybe I'll hire less staff. read more

Service was quick, I think it was just one lady working at the time I showed up so good on her. Probably should have more staff. Today, I went to Hardee's to pick up breakfast, like I normally do when I may in town visiting my family. When I walked in, no one was attending to the front register. I heard someone talking, in an extremely loud voice, in a bit of a condescending way. Someone from the drive thru finally came to take my order, at which time, the person (I'm assuming this was Tilena, because that's what's printed on my receipt and she wasn't wearing a nametag) who was on the phone came back to the counter and began complaining about a customer that had just called in with an issue with a mobile order. This person, who I can only guess was the manager on duty, told the story about the phone call in an extremely loud voice (I mention that because I'm hard of hearing, so if I can hear her clearly, I can only imagine how others might be bothered by it). The other employee, a lady working the drive thru made the comment that "any person of average intelligence" would be able to understand that what the customer needed to do was in the app, not the store. What bothered me the most was the employees talking disparagingly, in front of customers, and with other folks in the dining room trying to enjoy their meal. That's not ok, and it didn't seem to occur to either of the employees that this isn't appropriate to do. That's not what ai consider good customer service or respectful. read more

Yes. Its another Hardee's. Same menu as everywhere. This store was clean, employees were efficient and professional. If you want a delicious heart attack, try the Frisco burger...quarter pound patty (or 1/3lb. Its alot), bacon, cheese on Texas toast. If you dont like buttered toast tell them. I find it difficult to rate this Hardee's location. The food is always hot and tastes great, however the store is usually filthy and staff is scarce when entering. It leads me to question what's going on in the kitchen and when the staff finally takes notice that customers enter the facility, they act as if you have interrupted whatever they were doing. The awkward greeting received makes you wonder if you should turn around and walk out. If I didn't like their burgers so much I would have to find another location to visit. Although my experience with most Hardee's often leaves my tummy satisfied but my skin crawling. This one fits that bill for sure. Please note, they have a satisfactory health department rating so as long as my food is prepared in a sanitized area, I'm happy. read more

I attempted to purchase a meal at the drive up window without success. I was the only car in line, ordered the number one combo meal, burger minus the onions. I pay and Im told to pull forward the meal will be brought to my car. About 10 minutes goes by, I watch a few cars get their food and walk in customers order and leave with food. I go in and ask for food, they have no idea who I am or where my food is. the cook says ill make you another burger and I sarcastically say, dont forget it this time and no onions. Some dude comes up to the counter, I assume the manager and says dont be rude. I said im not being rude, IM waiting for my food which was obviously not given to me, and he says again, dont be rude, I said you know what, I dont want the burger anymore, just refund my money. It took him another 5 minutes to figure out how to process the refund and I drove to Wendys 2 miles away, made the same order and was served in less than a minute. read more

This is an A-Okay Hardee's. There's only a handful of fast food joints off of Highway 17, so my mother and I couldn't afford to be picky. I've never been inside, so I can't judge the cleanliness, but the people working the drive-thru are always nice and patient. During my first visit, I ordered the 10-piece chicken tenders with a half gallon of sweet tea. Hot and delicious! This time, they were serving breakfast and lunch, but only the breakfast menu was up. The woman on the speaker explained everything that was on the lunch menu and took order for two fill-up bags. The double cheeseburgers, hot dogs, and fries were good. Our only complaint were the apple turnovers. If they were cooked maybe 30 seconds more, they would have had a crispy interior. Just a little undercooked on the inside. But the food is consistent with other Hardee's I've visited. read more

Tiny little Hardee's that appeared clean at first. Ordered food and while sitting down, realized that the a/c condenser was leaking on us. Not that big of a deal, moved over. The food was hot and good and then we decided to use the rest room on the way out. Huge mistake. The odor of raw sewage was so strong, I almost vomited. My husband said the men's room was the same. Family and I have been here a few times. Each time we've been here the food is as expected. Big burgers with fries and shakes for the kids. It is a bit cramped for a fast food restaurant though. Tried to get a chicken breast but they didnt have any. Well I asked to hold tomatos and onion on super.. and since we were the only car in line or the parking lot should have been simply enough NOPE fries were cold and hard, onion ring cold and floppy, and guess what SUPER BACON did not have SUPER bacon but did have tomatoes and onions! I actually like the breakfast at this Hardee's. When I see the older ladies working the early morning shift, I know the biscuits are going to be good. And that's what I order a jelly biscuit. Their food is OK if you go during the busy times. Other than that, stay away. They reheat their French Fries by deep frying them again. OMG they taste horrible! If you ask them to make a fresh batch, they will tell you no. If I am paying nearly $7 for a meal, I at least want fresh, not reheated fries. Their sweet tea is a hit or miss.
