Start off by either firing everyone including the manager on duty that allows the lack of respect for customers. Or corporate needs to come here and re- train everyone. Drive thru is a joke, no greeting, not listening because blasting a radio or something over the speaker. The runners get the order wrong and don't even apologize or anything. Customer service is garbage in that place. Went there because my teen wanted a frosty and a meal. I'm all for kiosks if this is how the humans act. Nice people. Great service but more than once we got tough chicken sandwiches and once we also got the pleasure of a hair.

Visited drive-thru on 8/27/21. Attendant wearing a mask! Hurray - thank you for showing concern for the well-being of your customers! The breakfast biscuit was okay; not as good as Hardee's or Bojangle's, but, that's alright - your forte is your hamburger. Stick to that and make it the best you possibly can. read more

I alwaysa liked Wendy's, but this location is the worst! Never, ever get my order correct even though I am very specific. Finally went back and complained the other day. The first manager I spoke to was very understanding but said he couldn't do anything about it, asking me to go to the second drive through window (I'm handicapped) where the general manager would address my problem. This lowlife couldn't even be bothered to look at me as I spoke to her. She gave me so much attitude it was pathetic. NEVER frequent this place -- if you can't get the manager to even answer your questions, you don't want to know how the kitchen works! read more

This used to be the best Wendy's I am here 4 of 7 days a week. But the last several times I have been treated poorly. Last time I ordered mobile, the employee named Brandon stared at me and didn't say a word. I just canceled my order and left. I don't like to leave negative reviews but after this moment of wasting 10 minutes of my time, I've decided it best to go to a different restaurant from now on past experiences, there's a woman who had her arm in a sling. That was very short with me when ordering a cheeseburger it makes it really hard to wanna come back to this business when the employees do not care about the customers, I tend to order mobile to make life easier for the employees, but they do not seem to care about their jobs at this location anymore. I hope they decide to bring back the old crew. The ones that had smiles on their faces cared about your food and cared about your business. This new round of employees. It's just trash. read more

This Wendy's is brand new. That does not forgive how long it takes to get through the drive through line. It took 15 minutes from joining the line to ordering. Then another 10 minutes to get to the window to pick up. I made the mistake of not cutting my losses and leaving before giving my order. 25 minutes is a very long time in the world of "fast" food. In this much time, I could have ordered at a sit-down restaurant and had my food at the table. During the prolonged wait, I thought about the best adjective to describe their performance. Was it lethargic, sluggish, stagnant, creeping, plodding, or slothful? The employee at the window said the reason for the delay was that they were short staffed. I looked behind her and saw many employees moving about. Maybe they were busy raising the chickens and cows and growing the potatoes. Once I had my food, I felt I needed to inform the people who had just joined the end of the line that they would be sitting there for at least 25 minutes. Thanks to me, they were freed to do something more meaningful with their time. I recommend against going here if there are any cars at all in the drive through line waiting to order. read more

Fries taste like they were from the day before, went back 2nd time around same fries dipped in the fryer. You had the chance to correct the problem but gave me the same thing!, my 2 year old granddaughter who live on fries wouldn't even eat them ! read more

Stopped here for a snack on our way home from the beach, it was a nice location and looked very clean. I waited for a sec for someone at the counter but that wasn't a problem. Initially someone inexperienced on the machine tried to help me and someone else quickly stepped in. I ordered a Kids meal with a kids and 2 chocolate 2 vanilla frostys. Cameron was the sweetest and most efficient person there. They were out of chocolate frosty and had to refill the machine and I was waiting my kids meal. Cameron basically did it all himself and was so nice in the mean time. Our took longer than it should've but he was great and softened the blow quite a bit read more

Got there at 1:30 in the morning wanting to get some food. They had at least 3 workers there. We ordered two 4 for 4s. Waited 10 minutes for the food because we were "waiting on the fries". When we got them they were cold and soggy. Also didn't put the nuggets with either of the orders. read more
