The burgers are great (as good as anything you'll find in a restaurant) and they give you an irresponsible amount of fries. Some things to note: Everything comes in a brown sack, so you don't need to specify order in or carry out. If you just want enough fries for yourself, order the MINI. The regular fry feeds TWO people, the large fry will feed YOUR ENTIRE FAMILY FOR A YEAR. This isn't as hyperbolic as you might think. It's a ton of fries.

The ambience is mid, it's kind of dirty in there. I half expected to see a roach or perhaps a rat even. The food is okay, could be better though. The fries taste like cardboard, but the Cajun style fries are great! The burger is bland--though that's probably because I just got a plain cheeseburger. However, some seasoning on it can make a very very big difference. I also like that they have a Coca Cola freestyle machine. I'd marry it if I could. Bonus; I saw this daffy x bugs drawing on the wall I thought was peak. Anyways overall it's not bad, but it's definitely not my first pick. Theres just nothing about it that stands out to me. ‍

Service is average and friendly, but they don't clear the table ever, which is frustrating when our table is always cluttered. But if you are looking for a good happy hour, it is worth stopping by! They have it every day from 3-6 and 9-close.

I am a bit shocked tonight to write this post... But this was the worst experience I have had at this Cracker Barrel or any Cracker Barrel in a long time maybe ever. The food was not on, and the service was not on. Sometimes you experience a little blip in one or the other area, but rarely both and not usually spectacularly poor in both ways. Blah and bland would be great terms to use. Just downright blah. And disappointing. To top it off, I purchased meals using my app or at least my rewards information. It appears that none of that information has been loaded onto my app, despite having purchased the meals to the tune of 800+ dollars 4+ days ago. When I inquired as a store, what could be done pretty much there were shoulder shrugs. I could've asked for a manager and maybe I should have just didn't have it in me to fiddle with it tonight. I picked up 47 take away meals and was pleased with the service and the food, etc. I am grateful they were there and open to help take care of us for dinner on Thanksgiving day. No to go silverware was provided - though I did ask.

Our party of 6 was shown to a nice table where our server, Savannah, made us feel welcomed right away. Our guests of honor, both a young 85 were well taken care of. Table ordered mozzarella sticks which we all enjoyed, followed by warm yeast rolls. My order of fried catfish was excellent, really enjoyed it along with the green beans. My wife had the sirloin steak and baked potato all done to her exacting standards!! Our guest of honor was not happy with her dinner, we informed Savannah, who immediately addressed the issue professionally. The order was recooked and manager made sure it was removed from the bill. My compliments to this server, sounds like this effort should be "normal" but other experiences say otherwise. Roadhouse is lucky they have someone of that caliber on their staff. Next visit to Ft.
