We stopped here on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. "Fast Food": There were about 10 orders ahead of us in line. From the time we stepped through the door until we left with our to-go orders it was about 30 minutes. Inventory: This was the first day of a holiday weekend but they were already out of curly fries, milkshakes, and chicken. That might be understandable except that they didn't bother to put a sign out or notify customers. Eventually the customers (i.e. our family) took it upon themselves to start notifying those behind in the line of the shortages. I observed one man who was at the back of the line scoop up his toddler and leave upon hearing there was no chicken. I assume his child is like my own children, and will not eat burgers. Quality: I would have thought after waiting in line that long, that my food would be fresh. The fries were lukewarm and the burger was cold. Unexpected Consequences: The one positive to come out of this experience was that I felt compelled to force my children to eat hamburgers. Turns out they were hungry enough to set their prejudices aside and eat them, and they decided they like burgers. Hopefully we can keep rolling on the burger train so these kids will eat more than just fried chicken. read more

So fresh... was super amazing; Had a mushroom swiss 1/3lb burger & curly fry at 2 am at the Bridgeport location. Had to wait about 5 mins but was completely worth the wait. Will def go back again. Every time I come downstate! read more

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and what I got was a smushed sponge on a bun. The tiny bit of lettuce that they put on it was so wet that the bun was soaked and mushy and the breading on the chicken patty had started turning into a gray paste. It was so disappointing to look at that I didn't even take one bite. I did eat about 5 french fries out of a large order until I was too bored with them; flavorless mush. read more

I remember when I was a kid going to Hardee's with my grandparents or other family and liking it a lot. When one opened where I live now it made me a bit excited remembering my childhood. Unfortunately the food was terrible. I guess both the food and I have changed but I eat a lot of fast food and this was the worst I've had in a long time. The beer battered onion rings had no flavor at all. No beer flavor, no onion flavor, not even a grease flavor. Just nothing. I could only eat half of the thickburger. It was dry, no sauce or even ketchup/mustard, there was a bunch of weird soggy "somethings" on it (I seriously don't know what they were supposed to be), and the meat just tasted bad. My stomach is upset thinking about it again. I won't be back. read more

The employees here are completely useless. Drove over an hour to get breakfast and literally pulled up as they were switching the sign ! but they couldn't simply drop a steak biscuit in the fryer to accommodate their customer as she even told me that the steak biscuits are made to order. Corporate needs to show the staff here how to use coupons. Every time I have one, they literally look at it like it's the first time they've ever seen it and tell me no. Just tried for first time here in Bridgeport and I thought it was good I had a no.9 and the wife had a no. 10 mine was a chicken sandwich combo with fries and drink and the wife's was grilled chicken sandwich combo with fries and a drink everything was scalding hot my chicken sandwich was good along with the fries.we like the location right along 75 exit to Bridgeport order was quick and easy customer service excellent can't wait to go back again and try something different.Loves put this place in a great location and reminds me of the Loves stores down south esp. in Oklahoma. read more

After waiting almost 25 minutes for our order, we received the wrong burger. Without being just off the I-75, this place wouldn't get any repeat business. I suggest you head the other way on Dixie Highway where there is a McDonald's and a Wendy's. read more

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! After a 15 minute wait in the drive-thru, the bread on my husband's Frisco burger was not toasted, I ordered the Original Thickburger and both of our "burgers" were bone dry and were so over cooked they were like shoe leather. The onion rings were rock hard and tasted like they were fried in old oil. I hate throwing food away but this food was not edible and a total waste of $20!! This location does not deserve the Hardee's name. This was our 2nd time here, the 1st time was almost as bad. I always give someone a 2nd chance and I am so sorry we did. Save your money and your taste buds. If I could give them a negative star I would. read more

Went to Hardee's. Very impressed with speed of team and quality of food. Store was very clean as well. Will be returning soon!

I've been to this Hardee's location about 5 times now and have had great experience each time I've been there. Burgers were juicy and fries were nice and crispy. Food was always fresh and has way better flame broiled taste than Burger King. read more
