I had my 1st precautionary colonoscopy today and via Kaiser, Dr. Singh was my guy. He was great with the brief interactions I had with him. Friendly, very well spoken, and explained everything that I needed to know. The nursing staff was great at his facility as well. Thank you! read more

I'm writing to let everyone know my experience with this office-how disorganized and unprofessional they are. Called in a week ago to schedule an appointment. Since I'm a new patient, they first verified my insurance. They said they're in network so they set up an appointment for today. They even sent me an online form to prefill to save time for my visit. That was only 5 days ago and it took me half an hour to fill out the form. Then yesterday I also received another text from them to remind me of my appointment today. I took a day off from work to keep this appointment only to be told when I was already in their office that they're not in network anymore with my insurance plan because they merged with another company and they haven't updated their system to reflect the change. And I was thinking, was the merger instantaneous that they didn't have the chance to anticipate the changes as to whether or not they'd still be for example, in my insurance network? I find that hard to believe. By what the receptionist told me, that with mergers changes are inevitable, then why did they wait for me to get into their office, and the trouble of filling out a time consuming form before telling me my insurance is no longer accepted? I left in dismay and they said they're really sorry, but I don't think they are. This happened because they're unprofessional and disorganized. In reality, they don't give a damn because you're not bringing in money to them. Your insurance is out of network. So they don't care. They're not gonna bother calling you to let you know they don't accept your insurance anymore. read more

Dr Sing is great makes me feel I'm in good hands. We used to see another Dr from this practice and when my husband had to go to the ER with stomach ulcer Dr Sing was the one we saw and we were happy with him. Our regular Dr retired so we stay with Dr Sing .He explains everything and make you feel you are in great care.it's kind of a bummer that they always make you see the NP I would prefer to see Dr Sing when I make an appointment and not the NP. Last time I requested to see the Dr and he did come in at the end after I saw Daniel. read more

I appreciate Dr. Singh's services. His office is most efficient. His manner with me as a patient was very understanding and the information he shared after the colonoscopy was very helpful. I have been his patient for 5 years and I trust him implicitly. He is a very professional doctor. read more

I've had several consultations and procedures by Dr. Singh... he's taken care of me and I highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr. Hardeep M. Singh, MD is an excellent doctor. The problem is with the office management and their robot type of patient treatment. First, the appointment was virtual. I never received any paperwork prior to the appointment so that I could inform the medical office of my pre-existing health issues. Dr. Singh, requested I have full anesthesia for the two procedures, and St. Joseph Medical Group refused to pay for full anesthesia - which due to my health conditions, was the correct way to proceed. Instead of helping me, the office person said "You can pay for it and then work with your insurance." I don't have that type of money - that's why I have insurance. Per Anthem Blue Cross said to call Dr. Singh's office and have them do a Peer to Peer meeting with St. Joseph's - Dr. Singh's office said the doctor would not do that. The only option was for me pay for it myself and then I could dispute it with my insurance. WTH. This office has lost me as a patient. I really liked Dr. Singh but their robot type of customer service is not what a sick person needs. The mismanagement and lack of action has caused me so much stress and it has adversely affected my health. They also provide their office hours, they are supposed to be open till 5pm, but at 4:12pm, no one answered my call to help. I left a message, and by the following day, no one called me back. I had to call again. Now trying to reach my primary doctor so I can be referred to someone else. Dr. Singh should know how his personnel are driving patients away. Once again, Dr. Singh is excellent - the support he's suppose to have, is horrid. read more

Great doctor. Explains things well, will try off-label solutions when needed, and was flexible in the approach to a problem when I had thoughts or suggestions. He also correctly diagnosed my friend's wife after she had been through a battery of other doctors. I feel fortunate to have found Dr. Singh! read more

Dr. Singh is a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. He takes the time to make sure you understand, and are comfortable, with the procedures. He always asks you if you have any questions regarding anything that has occurred during the office visit. I like that he is on time and that you do not have to wait long for your appointments. You never feel rushed. My wife and I are both patients of Dr. Singh and are very happy to have found a doctor who personally cares about your wellbeing. read more

Dr Singh has performed several procedures on me. He's always a very happy person. He takes his time answering my questions and explaining what is happening in my body. I have seen Daniel Chiu Nurse Practitioner in his office a couple of times and he's full of knowledge too. I know a lot of people get worried about not seeing the Doctor but Daniel knows what he's talking about. The office runs really smooth and they take their time explaining the follow up appointments. I have been to both of the doctors offices and I prefer the Orange office because it's close to my house. We have talked about moving in the future but replacing a Doctor like this is very difficult. I would highly recommend this Doctor!! read more

I went to doctor Singh with difficulty swallowing and he was very caring, non-dismissive, and prompt. I got in for an endoscopy a couple of weeks later and the entire procedure went very well. Thank you, Dr. Singh! read more

Having reached 50 years old it was time for the dreaded Colonoscopy! My Doctor recommended Dr Singh and I was very impressed both with the pre-procedure visit, where I saw Dr Chiu, and the actual procedure. I highly recommend Dr Singh and his team. read more

So back in February 2020 I was suffering from gallbladder issues and I had first seen a doctor throughUCI. That doctor had removed my gallbladder around late February right before the pandemic hit. And about six week later I was starting to suffer from a lot of burning on the right side of my body. And when I brought it up to the doctor at Uci they said that they would not see me because of the pandemic. So after a few weeks the burning kept getting worse and I found Dr Singh. And he has been one of the best doctors I've ever had he took such great care of me when none of my doctors at Uci would even talk to me. He did an endoscopic and took A biopsy of my stomach. At first we couldn't find much but after trying some medications and a diet change I am now happy to say I am no longer on any medications. Dr Singh really has has been a pure angel to me this year without him I would probably still be suffering. read more

Dr Singh was referred to me by my City of Hope hematologist. He met me on video chat to consult about my symptoms and suggested next steps, spoke at length with me in the outpatient center before my procedure, also before I was under any meds (so I was alert) and consulted with me on video chat a few weeks afterwards for a review of results. He was patient, gave relaxed and thorough answers, and I never felt rushed. I'll be returning! read more

Dr Singh and his team provide quality care and make patient care their priority. Simply the best!!

I was referred to Dr. Hardeep Singh for gastrointestinal concerns by my Dr. Stavroula Otis. Dr. Singh and his staff are highly detailed, solid, caring and compassionate. I highly recommend Dr. Singh for any aspect of your gastrointestinal needs. I just now read a few recent comments regarding difficulty in obtaining appointments. Ladies and gentlemen, breathe... allow some grace with their office staff. We are ALL going through very challenging times. read more

I visited Dr. Singh at his office in Orange after having a handful of health issues. I'm not well-versed in anything medical and came in feeling overwhelmed and bewildered by all of the conflicting information I had researched online, but Dr. Singh patiently answered all of my questions in ways I found easy to understand and in a manner that assuaged all of my fears. I look forward to my follow-up appointment. read more

I had an appointment scheduled for yesterday 5/7/18 so I paid a sitter to pick my daughter up from school and when I arrived I was told my appointment wasn't for another 2 days. As she told me rudely that I made the mistake, I checked my schedule and noticed It would have been impossible for me to schedule on that day. I already had 2 appointments for that day, scheduled a month prior to accepting this appointment. I don't like rude people telling me I'm wrong when the mistake was obviously not mine. If this is how the Dr. allows his staff to speak to patients, I don't want him treating me. read more

Both my husband and I can say without a doubt that Dr. Singh is the best of the best. He always takes his time to listen to our concerns and spends the time necessary to explain his thoughts. We never feel rushed or that he has somewhere else to be. He is punctual with his appointments and we never have to wait more than a couple minutes in both the waiting area or the exam room. read more

Dr. Singh has been my gastro doctor for approximately 10 years or so. After being diagnosed in my early 20's with UC it was important to me that I found a doctor who listened and communicated well. Dr Singh is unlike most doctors I've come across. He's patient, caring, and always responds at a reasonable time frame. His communication is clear and straight to the point and that's what I love about him!! His front office staff is always nice and pleasant whenever I call or go into the office!! He always seems more than willing to take the time to find the answer to any of my questions if he doesn't have the answer for me right at that moment. He's young , energetic, and willing to put the time in with his patients. That's why I refer him to whoever I can!!! In my opinion he's the best gastroenterologist in Orange County!!!! read more

Dr. Singh is a compassionate physician. He was easy to speak with and very attentive to my concerns. He was thorough in his responses and took his time to explain the process of my colonoscopy. The preparation kit he gave me was the easiest I have ever used. I felt no pain during the procedure and no after effects. After speaking with him about my upcoming colonoscopy I felt much more relaxed and ready to have it done. Thank you, Dr. Singh, for a stressless event. read more

Ive been his patient for years. I feel comfortable and confident having him care for my issues. I've always received quality care when dealing with him, his PA , the surgical team, and his front office staff. Dr. Singh has patience, listens to my concerns, and is knowledgable. After my colonoscopy, he explained the findings throughly to my husband, because I was out of it! I am glad that he is my GI doctor. read more

Had an appointment yesterday with Daniel for 3:15. My wife and I arrived at 3:05 we signed in and took a seat.At 3:40 when we still not called we ask the girl at the desk she had someone else put us in a room and shut and the door. When no one spoke to us or came in we had to leave unseen by anyone at 3:55 to meet with another person at 4:30. Disappointed that no one spoke to us and that I had to leave early from work to make this meeting. On top of that we had to pay $4 parking. VERY unprofessional and totally disrespectful treatment. read more

Dr. Singh is not only a wonderful doctor but also a kind and compassionate person. We have the utmost faith in him concerning our health needs and we have recommended him to several friends. Most patients are anxious to undergo the procedures he performs, but he has a way of keeping his patients calm with his gentle demeanor. Five stars are not enough to rate this great doctor. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Singh for several years now. I remember the first time I went to see him I was very uneasy and nervous about the producer I needed but after talking to him he made me feel at ease and very comfortable about it. He took time to explain exactly what was going to happen and what the game plan was going forward. He never rushes me and makes sure that all my questions are answered by the time I leave. Thanks Dr. Singh read more

Dr. Singh is an awesome doctor. He explained everything I needed to know. He took his time in explaining the procedure that I underwent. I did not feel rushed and felt comfortable enough to ask all of my questions. I noticed two plaques that were on his wall that were extremely impressive. One identified Dr. Singh as one of the ten best doctors in the northwest region. The other reflected him as one of the most compassionate doctors around. I'm sorry it took me so long to find him. I feel confident that I am in good hands and will highly recommend him to all of my family, friends and to anyone who has gastrointestinal needs. Thank you Dr. Singh!!!!!! read more

In our opinion, this doctor really doesn't have much bedside manners. He seemed like he just wanted to escape and not talk at all. It was like pulling teeth to get information out of him. He was not mean, just not forthcoming with information and seemed uncaring, almost robotic like. Neither he or the nurses at St. Joseph's hospital advised us of any possible complications from the procedure that was performed. We were not told about any post operative instructions or care. My father was discharged about 15 minutes after the procedure. Not surprisingly, he ended up in the ER a couple days later from complications that could have been avoided or mitigated had we been informed of possible post operative complications. read more

Dr. Singh is as good as it gets. He responded thoroughly to each and every question I asked about my procedure. He understood and empathized with my nervousness and cared enough to speak with my father who had a set of (often redundant) questions of his own. By the time I was ready for the procedure, I felt like I was in good hands. Everything turned out well and I feel grateful to have found such a competent and caring physician. read more

I am writing this review more to discuss his staff. I have called to talk to his N.P. Jennifer and the receptionist had no idea who that was. His checkout staff person Erica was horrible. She gave little to no information about getting the colonoscopy. She was incredible rude and uncaring. I was shocked by her rudeness and lack of empathy. I understand you need your nails done but please do your job. Another complaint I have is that when speaking to the Nurse Practitioner Jennifer she was shocked at symptoms I had. She clearly had no knowledge or experience with some g.i. conditions. I would say. I can't even talk about the dr because I never met the guy and I never will. So in closing, I hope you can make it past his not great staff to meet him. Cause I couldn't stand the staff. Plus they recommend Probiotics with soy for a person that cannot digest soy. good doctoring. lol read more
