I've been seeing Dr Abousaif for about 10 years. I have always found him to be attentive, thorough,…read moreefficient, and on top of my health concerns. I have had several colonoscopies and a few endoscopies with Dr Abousaif. I am always impressed by the thorough notes he takes (which usually accompany the procedure results that I get a copy of). I appreciate his practice of reviewing previous results with me before we move towards next steps. I never feel rushed during my appointments with him and I do feel that he listens to any concerns I raise. I feel confident that he is familiar with my situation and that he is following up appropriately. I trust my G.I. health to him and have referred a friend to him. I highly recommend Dr Abousaif.

Dr. Kalra is an exceptional holistic gastroenterologist who exemplifies what truly…read morepatient-centered, evidence-based care should look like. She skillfully integrates conventional, data-driven medicine with safe, thoughtfully selected alternative therapies, crafting highly personalized treatment plans rather than relying on one-size-fits-all solutions. What sets her apart is her ability to truly listen. She takes a comprehensive, longitudinal history--starting from birth and childhood through adulthood--which allows her to identify root causes rather than simply treating symptoms. Dr. Kalra is clinically rigorous, deeply knowledgeable, and entirely comfortable performing procedures when indicated. She also has an extensive network of trusted specialists and collaborates seamlessly to ensure comprehensive care. I have complete confidence that I am receiving the highest level of medical care. She will set your mind at ease and she was so gentle I felt nothing even after I woke up. Which usually I would wake up sore , with cramps, and full of air with a bloated stomach. Highly recommend her. She is an amazing doctor.

Very weird and frustrating experience today!…read more Already went to clinic three times everyone was friendly then scheduled a fourth visit on 5/2/2022. I confirmed both text message and email on 5/1/2022. when I came over at my appointment time, the office is closed without any notice, so I called the office line, the operator didn't explain anything, just asked me to come back one week later. On 5/9/2022, this time I didn't receive any scheduling and confirmation message so I called office ahead of time and confirmed the appointment through the phone. When I came before the procedure , I was asked to speak to their billing manager to discuss the bill. To tell the truth I think the consultation fee was way too high (It is even more expensive than one time treatment and it was less than three minutes of talking). So I only partially paid the fee and was asking to waive the rest. I would have been more amicable to the consultation fee if they informed me of the cost ahead of time. https://www.cms.gov/newsroom/fact-sheets/no-surprises-understand-your-rights-against-surprise-medical-bills Apparently this billing manager lady doesn't care about the CA medical bill law and she is focused on fighting with customers: she first blamed my insurance, which has a high deductible, then she said something like if you don't pay the full consultation fee, means you don't think our doctor would give you good service, blah blah blah. How I can continue the service with threats. I paid the full bill she asked and left the office without seeing doctor. At that moment the money is not an issue but customer rights is! The whole treatment became a failure.
