Lovely bar with very reasonably priced drinks. Cute place with not too much fluff. Bar tender was very nice.

Welp. Another brewery with some of the best food I've found. Beer was good too but holy geez, the…read morefood! BEER: I went with "The Vast Skies" which is described as a "hoppy amber ale". Coming from someone who loves a hoppy IPA and an amber, they combined my two worlds into one. So, it was a natural easy love. For my next, I went with their "Blinky's Black IPA" which was good but got more a weak porter feel than IPA. Like I said, it was good and I'd drink it again but with that expectation. FOOD: I went with an olive burger with be try fresh and real ingredients. The burger itself was full of flavor; add the rest of it and it was phenomenal. If I had to complain about something, I could have used a touch more olive sauce. Now the egg roll... I went with the "Guava the Hutt". I'll just say, I ordered two to go in hopes I can resurrect them in the air fryer later. The back half of the building is a pickleball area and the front half is the brewery and restaurant. Very cool look as they have a few shipping containers as sitting areas. Plenty of seating where I didn't feel jammed in. Also, a few arcade games. The service was friendly but know that it is minimal as you will order from the QR code at your table and order drinks at the bar. Definitely worth checking out and plan on returning.

The food was delicious, they had options for my son with food allergies and my vegetarian son. The vibes are fun, with pickleball courts in the back.

As someone with celiac disease, eating out can be stressful, but when I informed our server, he immediately reassured me that they take cross-contamination seriously and ensure a safe meal. While they do offer outdoor dining, we opted to sit inside, and the service and food were fantastic from start to finish. To drink, I started with the kiwi pineapple margarita--they offer multiple types of rims, and I went with sugar, which was delicious. The summer sangria also sounded amazing, but I stuck with the margarita since it was guaranteed gluten-free. For food, we shared the ricotta with gluten-free toast, and for my main, I had the Beyond Burger on a gluten-free bun with a side of chips that were confirmed to be safely gluten-free. Finding a place that is this accommodating, knowledgeable, and delicious is rare, and it made our trip so much better!

I recommend getting an appetizer and pizza if you go as those are very good. Great drinks too! I love their outdoor seating in the summer! Definitely make sure to check out if you're looking for a good downtown dinner spot in Holland!

I love the…read moreconcept and the ever changing and evolving drinks on tap as well as an inventive sounding menu. The staff were friendly and we appreciated "The Library" filled with games and books. I was nostalgic and read Hunter's Guide to 1996 Michigan complete with a recommendation to stop at the now obsolete Pleasure Island Water Park. That used to be my absolute favorite getaway as a kid! We ordered arancini as a starter that came out tasting crisp like a tator tot, but the shape and taste actually reminded me more of a fried tteokbokki (Korean rice noodle) known for its deliciousness through its texture highlighting the spicy sauce. This would've been amazing had they had a nice gochujang mayo combo to dip this crispy treasure in, rather than ranch and pizza sauce. Next we tried the tikka masala pizza. Fun and inventive idea... much better than the naan pizza I had in Muskegon... however the sauce didn't taste as good as my homemade tikka masala base and though the pizza was tasty with varied texture, we found it somewhat lacked seasoning especially on the protein. If I were to construct it, instead of potato I would've had chicken, red pepper, cilantro, fresh avocado and pickled onion. Yum! To drink, I enjoyed a refreshing ginger Kombucha sourced from Walker Brothers in Nashville Tennessee. The kids loved their cheese pizza and cheese smash burger with fries and drinks. Overall, great first experience and would love to come back as it seems like they are constantly reinventing themselves with tasty morsels and brews. If you come, there is free parking in the back. If you love it here there is a $150 lifetime membership (not sure what that all entails but sounds special). Thanks 7 Monks, we will be back!

There is a small parking lot in the back (it fills up quickly) but the area has a decent amount of street and metered parking. The space is large and doesn't feel overcrowded. The service is always so kind and attentive and you never feel like you need to wait long for your next order or getting your item. We like to go to happy hour for the smashburger and the chicken sandwhich, as they are both favs! The fries are extra but worth it. They also have pretty good pizza, so I would highly recommend checking them out!

Was greeted quickly by the hostess and was told there was a 30 min wait for a table, decided to sit at the bar. The bartender greeted me quickly as well and brought for menus for my friend and I when I told here there would be 2. The menu is typical bar food with the addition of dinner entrees. For drinks I had a dirty Shirley and my friend has the Long Island. I didn't care for the dirty Shirley, too syrupy, That's just my opinion. My friend liked her Long Island. For dinner I got the steak frites, great value for $22, steak, French fries, roasted brussel sprouts, and a salad. This would cost me $60 in Scottsdale AZ. There was so much food I couldn't finish it. It is downtown Grand Rapids so parking is on the street in a meter or a parking lot across the street for $12.

Unfortunately, neither of us can remember the name of the woman behind the bar that took care of us. Which is a bummer because she was great! So was the other bartender. To drink I had Founders Mortal Bloom, one of my absolute favorite IPAs and he had Founders Mahou. It was decent, but I should have tried it before my beer, his was basically flavorless after the super hoppy IPA. But he was happy! For lunch I had the Pickleback Chicken and omg was it delicious! It was so tender and moist. Everything about it was perfection. Of course I had the fries (they will always crack fries iykyk). He had the Cowboy burger - which is the same as the Rodeo Burger but without the cheese sauce covering the bun. Which I think would be good but SO MESSY. The Cowboy burger was great and he really enjoyed it. Upgraded to Killer Mac for a side and we both liked it. The mosaic wall is impressive and I like the beer labels in the bathroom. The whole place was fun and had a great vibe. And parking is easy compared to the one in downtown GR.
