For being so close to downtown Fullerton and the college I was expecting it to get loud on the weekends. It was always nice and quiet. Parking was annoying if you had two cars for the one bedroom considering you only got one parking spot. We eventually moved into a two bedroom so once we had the second spot it was worry free. Mikey the property manager was always very nice and personable. Sometimes she was forgetful over minor things but when it came to leaks, something broken, or problems it always fixed right away. The things that sold me about this complex as well is that the rent was not outrageous like the complex's right next door. We did not have to sign a lease it was just month to month so when moving out you just have to give a 30 day notice. No pet rent, and we had three cats at the time. The only cons would be there's only one wall AC Unit in the living room so it would get hot during summer in the bedrooms. And also the shared laundry. But that was not a deal breaker cause the laundry room was always well kept.

Decent size gym with 24/7 access. The pool is very long which is good for laps. They also have a spa and fire pit. The top floors are mainly lofts.

01/21/17 -updated review…read more We will be leaving this complex only due to personal certain circumstances. Michelle is the new apartment manager, if you actually give the time of day to go and talk to her. When we were transitioning into getting a new apt manager late last year, it was frustrating because Crystal left and we hadn't gotten to know Michelle as much. Buuuut I've learned, She is helpful and will work with you as a tenant which is why I am adding another star. 09/08/16 ANOTHER UPDATED REVIEW. Had to delete others due to text limit. Well, Crystal is no longer our apartment manager. Been this way for a few months, so for those of you guys who have been saying crystal is no where to be found..obv didn't know she had quit. We have a new apartment manager. Her name is Michelle. I actually have never spoken to her personally, but I'm kind of getting annoyed. One because we told her we would be late on rent this month due to our paychecks coming in AFTER the 5th. Like I get paid bi-weekly, my next paycheck won't be until 09/09 We paid half of our rent & since I don't get paid until the 9th..even AFTER telling her our situation, we are STILL getting a late charge(understandable), but we are getting a 3-DAY Notice.. that kind of upsets me because I thought apartment managers are supposed to be understanding or whatever especially if you have given them a heads up in advance. I guess this place is starting to get money-hungry. It's a beautiful place with all the renovations that were done.. I haven't had any issues with car break-ins or water/heating problems. I really love this location, it's convenient. But with how things are now with the management.. I think we will be leaving once our lease is up. Another Updated Review 3/15/16 I'm now giving this place 5 stars. If it weren't for Crystal, we would have been outta here at the end of our last lease. She is the apartment manager of PLT. If you have a complaint or issue she is the one you would have to talk to. She has even given us her number for after office hours that we can either call/text. Along with an emergency maintenance number as well. So she has played a big part in why we decided to sign another lease. TBH: If she ever decided to leave this apartment complex to work elsewhere, we would most likely leave. It pays to have a great apartment manager! She actually listens to our concerns and let's us know how she will deal with it. Anyway. A lot of remodeling has been done. -There is now a playground for children at the front of the complex. -They have completely new drought resistant landscape. Everything has slowly but surely been pieces together since my last review. I'm quite happy about it. -Pass Codes have been added to the Laundry and Gym room. (Seriously, there are people who intentionally leave the door open though which is annoying.) - They have a "dog park" located at the center of the complex. It's a small gated area where you can let your furbabies run around without their leash. They have two pet waste baskets on each end of the "park" -The parking situation has definitely been a lot better since the new stickers were issued out. -Garbage situation is handled accordingly aside from those tenants who move out and leave their big furniture by the dumpster. PSA: Come on, people. You cannot leave huge furniture by the dumpster. The garbage peeps will not throw them out. And in most cases you will probably end up getting charged for the disposal. -Now that the lake is gone, the complex is a lot nicer with its new landscape. There isn't copious amounts of duck/geese dookie. Just some dog dookie that certain tenants don't pick up. () -Overall I'm glad and happy with the new renovations. For an apartment complex built in the 70s. It has definitely come a long way and into this new modern age. I would definitely recommend this place. Especially if you work at Disneyland (we live literally like 3miles away) ****If you ever decide to move in, just tell Crystal that you've "read Chelsea's Yelp review!" ****** Also if you would like to no more about PLT or have me send pictures feel free to message me. I will usually try to get back within the next day or two. --

The photos and information made it seem like a great place to live, so I scheduled a tour to see it in person. From the moment I arrived for the tour, the experience was welcoming and informative. The leasing team took the time to walk me through the community, show me the apartment, and answer all of my questions. They were friendly, professional, and made the whole experience feel comfortable rather than rushed. After the tour, the application process was very smooth and straightforward. Everything was clearly explained and easy to complete, and the team was responsive whenever I had questions along the way. It made the process feel simple and stress free, which is something I really appreciated. The move in process was also well organized. Ive seen the buildings carpets and hallways constantly maintained. The carpets have been washed at least 4 times, walls repainted, and the cleaning team is always around cleaning something. Smells great! 2. Neighbors are all very kind and live similar lifestyles to mine. 3. Everything in the unit works great, and when they dont, its fixed quickly. Maitinance team is outstanding! The residence portal is great, and helps in all things concerning our homes. Has only broken down once for a few hours. 4. Security has increased, but the late night riff raff from the homeless and tweakers persists. They congregate more towards CVS and Vons recently. Still a problem, but i see the efforts being made to help the residents. 5. Parking is good, theres plenty of public parking, thers spaces one can rent monthly and daily. You absolutely will get ticketed if parked for too long in a 2 hour, and towed if parked on Center Street when events are going on ( Theres events weekly and their awesome ). That being said, theres warnings posted everywhere prior to the event. 6. I have never experienced any disrespect or issues with anyone on the Greystar team, my experience has been the exact opposite. 7. Pool, gym, and certain amenities are in different buildings, so that sucks, but its not a deal breaker in any way. In conclusion its not perfect, but pretty close for someone like me. Its walking distance from everything and an uber from Disneyland. The best Tiki Bar in the world is the neighborhood watering hole!!! I really enjoy living here, its perfect for my lifestyle. PS - My rent actually went down this year, first time in my life thats happened. 4.5 Stars
