Lived here for 3 years and I had a great experience with the leasing office. The entire team there always went above and beyond to take care of me- when I locked myself out of my apartment, lost packages, or had a maintenance request! I also really liked the package locker that they offered. I knocked off 1 star because it is definitely a noisy area. There's a nightclub located across the parking lot & people like to drag race by Burlington at all hours of the night. However, it's super conveniently located- there's a gym & food spots within walking distance, and grocery stores right across the street! Also super close to the freeway. read more

My review is based on a tour and response from the leasing office and not as a resident. Our leasing office was named Kevin. Kevin was very flexible and accommodating in terms of getting us scheduled for an in person tour. He was very polite and personable. He showed us a 1 bedroom model and I enjoyed the high ceilings, spacious bathrooms and closets, along with track lighting in the living room with an in unit washer and dryer. Decent size gym with 24/7 access. The pool is very long which is good for laps. They also have a spa and fire pit. The top floors are mainly lofts. read more

Just moved out of this 1 star apartment!! Win for me. However, don't expect your deposit back they automatically charge you 300 for the cleaning and 70 dollars for those cheaply china made brittle blinds, you know the ones, that come standard in with the apartment. So if you want your deposit you better clean it really well but most likely you will still get charged a cleaning fee. Aside from the constant tweakers and dog poop/pee in the hall way the only good thing about Aspect apartments is the maintenance crew, who are constantly working, and John(who doesn't work there any more). I would definitely not recommend this apartment to any one. Glad I moved out! read more

Don't let the lush pool and posh fireplace fool you. You will see attached to this review of all 27 maintenance requests I've had to suffer for about three years. At this point I'm leaving in January with the laundry washer still not fixed, nor the dishwasher, nor the garbage disposable. There are crackheads outside my window every morning and the upstairs neighbor threw a cigarette on my balcony and lit my things on fire and they did nothing about it. I've been living here with my boyfriend since 2019. I moved in when Veronica(extremely kind) was at the leasing center. She knew I was going to be living here under his name until an eviction fell off my record, which is did last year. So after my ex moved out, I applied to live here under my new credit history which was updated, to put the apartment under my name and they rejected my request. Ever since Jonathan has been hired here things seemed to fall even more apart. Anna is nice and seems like a decent leasing officer. Anyway after rejecting my application, for what I feel was an agenda because nicer and more expensive apartments are accepting me into their complex such as The George and Avalons...and other apartments that don't have curfews for the gym and the pool, which the aspect DOES. My car has been broken into but they didn't have the appropriate cameras in placement to get any footage in their garage. The only reason why I'm giving them 2 stars at all is because the maintenance team were really nice and fast. It was the appliances to this place that was keeping me stressed out throughout the years. Also the other star is for the memories I was able to have here with friends and family despite the shitty situations. There's a lot more but I'll come back after I leave and see what I get from my deposit because you know places like these will try and keep as much as they can. Terribly unsafe. Car got broken into even with a security guard somehow? Loud and homeless people are in every corner. The only positive thing is the staff. 4 star rating is for the overall complex, whereas Jonathon (leasing consultant) is a 5! Right from the start, Jonathon provided great customer service. I decided to stop by and check out the complex since my lease will be up in a couple months. I didn't realize how late I came but Jonathon still took the time to sit, chat and tour all the amenities. Thank you Jonathon for being so fun and kind! On to the review for Aspect... I gave a 4 star rating due to the lack of parking spaces this place offers. For a 2 bedroom, only one reserved parking spot is included, For an additional monthly fee of $100/ uncovered or $150/ covered, you can get more parking spaces. For me and my peoples, we would need an extra 2 spots, We're all aware of the increase in rent nowadays so to add an additional $300 for covered parking is unreasonable. Homelessness is extremely bad around the complex and area in general. I'm sure there's security who patrols the community but enough security - unsure. I've read past reviews regarding car break-ins or people taking your assigned spots. When you've arrived home from an exhausted working day, the last thing you want is for a stranger's car to be parked in your spot. Again, that's based on previous tenant posts but I highly take that in to consideration. Thanks for letting me vent if you happened to read that! Lol The amenities are awesome, everything looked clean and the dog park on-site is pretty big. I don't need to leave the complex if my pups want to play. A huge plus! :) I toured a 2 bedroom in which I love. I would've signed a lease there and then but my current one isn't up just yet. A washer and dryer is included in the unit but the utilities are not, everything is separate so keep that in mind. Would I live here? Still unsure due to the parking situation. An extra $300 for parking a month doesn't sound fair plus paying all the utilities. I'd have to really weigh out the pros and cons since rent is averaging $3000 just for a unit. I lived in this apartment complex for a one year and it was horrible experience! The area is not safety at all! So many homeless and drug addicted people around the complex! Once I saw the gay shot up right next to the pool area, I was really scared One day my car was parked on a guest parking lot and someone got into my car It sooo noisy at night time, loud cars with music next to apartment complex! It smells really awful in complex area and around complex area! The pool was always dirty and without heat. And the most frustrated thing for me was they charged 2000 $ for nothing!!! I left my apartments at the same condition as I moved in. It was so unfair! I really don't recommend this place!!! read more

Moved here earlier this year and the building has great amenities and is conveniently located to the Costco, Amazon Fresh, restaurants and is freeway accessible. The property management is friendly and responsive. Great community! read more

After speaking directly to management about my loud upstairs neighbor who happens to be the maintenance guy, things got better for about two months. As I write this updated review the stomping and other loud noises from upstairs still persist throughout the day--and if it's the weekend, the noise goes on past quiet hours. I've called courtesy services regarding the loud stomping, late-night furniture moving, hammering, and other noises upstairs coming from my upstairs neighbors unit hoping it would remind him that people live below him. Honestly I've given up at this point. Either management doesn't care enough, the neighbor doesn't care enough, or both. Other reviews from tenants have echoed a similar problem and have chalked it up to shoddy building construction, but I believe that is only part of the blame. As I mentioned in my pervious review, some of the tenants here have little regard for others. I'm one month out from ending my lease, and I'm literally counting the days to move out. If you're thinking of moving here try and get a unit on the top floors, or hope you have quiet upstairs neighbors, otherwise please take your hard earned money elsewhere. read more

It hurts to write this review. I know the front office staff are obviously friendly people willing to work within reasonable resident demands, but the reality is, there are just some fundamental design flaws the front office and their parent company, JP Morgan will never be able to really fix. And don't get me wrong. From a cosmetic standpoint, the apartment is nice. Sleek finish, contemporary drawers/cabinets in the apartment units, free ChargePoint Terminals for residents (behind a gated garage so abuse rate is lower for non-residents to come in and steal charge). There's fiber internet available through AT&T. There's a luxury pool, game room, and even a kids room alongside the gym so you can work out and watch through glass door/windows to make sure your kid is safe while getting a workout. All wins, right? But the fundamental design of the apartments is really the issue. I wrote in my previous version of this review that the apartments used to have less than 40% occupancy when I first moved in; this number has gone up significantly. As such, noise from the public double doors slamming, people talking in hallways, with the walls it all echoes. Worse, at night when sleeping you can hear roaring chopper motorcycles, high-revving crotch rockets, Mustangs, and trucks, over rev. There've been a handful of incidents in the past where a collection of cars will flood the parking lot outside both west and east buildings (this has been reported on the news -- and I contributed one of my photos for said story) -- which causes us residents to wake up. As another Yelp reviewer has pointed out, it's some sort of car/club meet. But worst? Again--back to the design of the buildings. Because of the way the buildings were built, noise travels UP very quickly. So even though someone is getting their car stolen at ground level, and I live on the fourth floor, it *sounds* like the offender is right outside my apartment. And does it hurt. Then there's security -- Don't get me wrong, I know crime exists everywhere to varying degree. But even if you take all the valuables out of your car and lock up, apparently vandalism still occurs here. I was walking through one of the garages recently and saw a Mercedes-Benz lifted up by concrete and all 4 of its tires missing. Photos have been posted of this by another Yelp user on Aspect's Yelp page -- all of this stuff is there for you to quickly/easily verify. Once my lease is up, I intend on leaving and never coming back. It's a shame, because the apartment *does* have nice feature sets, but if the fundamental design is flawed, it doesn't matter how great your features are like a luxury pool, game room, etc. If the apartment is ultimately uncomfortable, it's not a win. And frankly, what a shame. I pay $2915 a month for a 2 bedroom and loft, when a similar floorplan in Aliso Viejo ranges well under $2200 and is closer to my work and comes with an attached 1-car private garage. West building gate has been left open for the past 2 months. You think they take security more seriously after all the cases tenants brought up. Apparently, one crazy driver hit the gate as it was coming down and broke it. Now, that person is settling a dispute with Aspect for $20k+. But hey....what can you do. It is the way it is. Lets leave it open another month until they get their money back to repair the gate... read more

Aspect started as a good place for me and my wife, but it ended up being a real $h!tty apartment. We moved in when it's been only 2 years since the apartment was built. All the amenities were clean, the office staff members were very helpful, and the price was reasonable. But after living here for almost 3 years, I'll tell you what remained great and what just eventually drove us out of the place. The Good: 1. The office staff and maintenance guys were always friendly and helpful. Besides the weird apartment management corporate policies about parking violations and stuff, I almost never have had any bad experience with them. The maintenance guys were so friendly and helpful. One time, a random crow was found dead in my patio and I was in a hurry to get to an appointment. I called the local animal service and it was going to take them almost 24 hours to get to my place, but when I called the front office, they were happy to clean it up for me while I'm gone within an hour or so. It's really what added the extra star. The Bad: 1. Parking, parking, and parking. For whatever reason, the people living here like to park in someone else's spot. It happened to me multiple times and at first, I felt bad to call a towing truck for them to pay $$$ to get their cars back and just have a bad day but after someone's visitor took my spot and got my car towed, (AND the management didn't do anything about it than saying sorry and I should have just called a towing company), I lost all my compassion and patience for these people. In addition, the outside of the parking garage is mall parking so if you park overnight, you will definitely get towed. They will call the tow truck exactly at 12AM and get your car towed during the holidays so warn your guests and don't leave your car out just because you don't want to walk 5 minutes from your car to your apartment. (Why walk 5 minutes? You might ask.. it's because they have really poor organization skills with parking assignments so sometimes you don't even get the parking spot on the same floor as your unit.) 2. Convenient, BUT Not a safe neighborhood. It's in the middle of everything you will ever need to get by - Costco, Walmart, Target, Sprouts, Petsmart, dollar store, michaels, Marshall, In-n-Out, Chick-fil-a, chipotle, Panera, McDonalds, Lowe's, Starbucks, Vietnamese food, AT&T, Verizon, donut shop, etc. The list goes on forever. BUT you also get a bar/club right across the mall parking lot which draws some drunks over the weekends and a lot of homeless population around the area. And MOST IMPORTANTLY, SO MANY THEFTS INSIDE THE PARKING GARAGE. The apartment security company is a joke. Even with the cameras in and outside of the building, it really does not help when you file a police report. You can read other reviews about what kind of crazy theft stories they can tell you. 3. Annoying neighbors and lack of management involvement. When I was taking the tour, they told me that it is a structurally sound and solid building. Then tell me why I hear every single footstep my upstairs neighbors walk? I lived here for almost 3 years and I had many different neighbors. I can hear them walking, I can hear them closing the doors when they walk out of their units, I can hear their laundry machine, and when I'm "lucky," some intense love-making sounds travel through the ventilation system. (Only in a specific unit I was on though) And of course, a lot of loud music and even TV sound to parties over the weekends... The most annoying thing was when this lady upstairs would not stop pouring bleach water into my patio when she cleans her own space. I told her not to do it because my dog might drink it sometimes but did not stop it. I reported it to the management, but nothing. Speaking of dogs, I am a dog owner myself but damn... so many dogs in the apartments piss in the hallways and it smells soooooo bad all the time. Their small dog park is the worst place. I honestly took my dog twice and never went back again. Instead, I drove over to La Palma dog park, which is less than a 5-minute drive and opens late. I can share more stories but my fingers hurt from typing now. I am not making these stories up. You can see for yourself, but if you take my advice, you might save yourself a lot of money and time and energy and being stressed out. The amenities are still nice but damn.. I would not recommend this place to my friends and family. read more

We lived here for about 2 and half years. Our first contract was 16 months, which was nice to lock in the price for that long but when we renewed our lease they no longer offered 16 months leases. Our overall experience was good. We never had any major issues. It was a quite apartment but we did live on the 4th floor so others on the 3rd and below might have a different experience. When we first moved in there was an amazing security guard working that took the effort to inspect the parking lots and knew residents by name. About 6 months ago they changed security companies, per their email, however the security guard was no where to be seen. I saw him twice on the first floor watching tv through a residence balcony and clearly not doing his job. After that I never saw him I'm unsure if they let the company go or what the situation was. Regardless, the quality of security began to go down which was clearly evident by our car getting broken into and as personally witnessing a man walking through the parking lot at 6 AM on a Sunday morning checking if cars are open. I will say the staff were very responsive when we had a hit and run issue in the parking lot. They truly did everything in their power to make sure they view the video as far back as needed in order to identify the car that hit our vehicle. We were so appreciative of that. The three stars in this review do not reflect the staff's effort but reflect our experience as a whole. If I could rate the staff alone they would have four stars. When we first moved in there was not as many homeless individuals in the area as there were when we moved out but that something outside of the building's control. However the building could control security since when we moved in there was a security guard but moving out there was no security visible. read more

The management is very friendly but not helpfull in providing answers when you have concerns. the amenities are ok, but dirty, especialy the pool and the jacuzzi. RENEWED LEASE ----- MOST GRUELING PROCESS EVER!!!!! I wish I could turn back the hands of time and listened to myself and went to 770 across the street. DO NOT LEASE HERE, FRIENDS! I have 4 friends that live in different units here, and we all loved Aspect before the new staff and management came in. I have shared my story with them and can hopefully help you make the correct decision of not leasing here. After my initial review, Sarah Fernandez, the apartment manager, contacted me to talk to me about my concerns. She was extremely kind and warm and made sure to address all of the issues we had. She made us want to renew our lease here. Unfortunately, a week later, she left Aspect. As soon as Sarah left Aspect, that's when the nightmare began. After living at over 10 different apartments, I have never come across a manager and leasing agent that seem so clueless and incompetent. Not only does the whole staff individually ask us if we turned in our pay stubs (Deanna made copies the same day), but the fact that our private information was floating around limbo while they asked us, makes us wonder if our information was handled with care. We signed the lease twice due to their mistake of forgetting a parking space that we had discussed for THREE WEEKS, we told them that we wanted our lease to transfer just the way it was, but they still made changes without informing us, and to top it all off, we get yelled at by Veronica because we had a simple request to pick up the keys right before closing because our movers were coming early AM. Due to their offices opening at 9AM, we asked if we can grab them at 6pm the night before. She essentially tells us TOO BAD, figure it out yourself and tell your movers to come later. No shit Veronica, if we had that option, we would've done that before contacting you. I understand that there are policies, but I don't think yelling, giving attitude, being condescending, and giving us a dimwitted response is part of that policy. Veronica has a facade of coming off as a friendly leasing agent, but her true nature comes out when you ask her any substantial questions or requests. Not only is she severely lacking in her apartment policies and always has to ask someone else, but she is the most condescending of them all. Make sure you don't ask her any questions other than their hours of operation and their address or she might just snap at you too. Deanna Zaragoza is the new manager at Aspect and probably one of the most disorganized people I've ever witnessed in my life. First of all, if I send her an email with 5 questions, she only responds to 1 or 2 and disregards the rest. This has happened on multiple occasions and although I want to post screenshots, I feel that's not necessary. Second, she either doesn't respond to emails or responds days later at times after many followups. I tried contacting her in regards Veronica's behavior, but she simply ignored my email and doesn't want to help the situation. I have never met someone as irresponsible as her. If someone from your team disrespects a tenant, then it is your job to make sure that the situation is resolved. Yes, this is an angry post. But most important of all, it's an honest post that I wanted to share so that my friends know what they're getting themselves into. I used to recommend Aspect to all and even referred many friends to different units in this complex, but now, I wish I never did. read more

I've been living here for nearly 2 years. I have no complaints with management at all. I appreciate how helpful, responsive, and respectful they are whenever I call for a concern, a question, or make a maintenance request. I made quite a few maintenance requests and it's always resolved within the same day or the next day. The management here do care about making this place a safe and happy place to live. They do their best to come up with ways to keep the residents safe and the place clean. They take concerned calls and e-mails very seriously. read more

I've been living at Aspect for 4 years. The staff is courteous and the amenities are great. However your quality of living will differ significantly depending on who lives around you. In my current unit, there are constant barking noises from dogs that are left alone in multiple units. I have contacted the management but things have not improved. I also often find dog poop that the owner has not cleaned. I am not sure that I can blame the management for irresponsible dog owner behaviors, but beware before moving in. read more

We signed a 15 month lease, will be leaving next month and are anxiously counting down the days until we leave this place. Alexan IMO is a good idea on paper, but in terms of functionality not much thought was put into it at all. Seems like they tried to build everything ASAP to get this money machine rolling. To start off our relationship, whoever was helping us at the time (not going to say any names) blatantly lied to our faces just so they could get a measly commission (im assuming that's how it works). I used to live in DTLA where the unit was surrounded by concrete, so noise was not an issue. I specifically asked if sound would be an issue and the person flat out said no, and also added it was surrounded by concrete. Happy to hear this coupled with the beautiful exterior, we couldn't wait to move in. Fast forward a week or two after the initial move in, immediately get complaints from our downstairs neighbor who was on the first floor. Tried to be civil about the matter by talking to them but found myself in an awkward position because they would start asking us to keep it down at 3pm. Eventually realized that they were asking for too much, so I said if they had any problems, that they should talk to management. Which they never really solved the issue as to this day, our downstairs neighbor hits us with the broom at 9am. This is a dog friendly place, so we installed a doggy door and had our dog do his business on the patio. This would work out until we had to clean the patio every few weeks as he misses his pee pad often. The problem w cleaning though, is that the patio doesn't have a drainage system, even for when it would rain (one example of many, how they did NOT put much thought into every day living situations). The garage is extremely narrow and is basically an accident waiting to happen. I used to use the doggy park to play fetch which was extremely convenient, until people stopped picking up after their dogs. No enforcement of rules. I understand how can one enforce these rules but they didn't even try at all at least to my knowledge. Had a crazy situation where a dead pigeon carcass was splattered all over our car, I inquired about the security camera footage and was shown 4-5 days after the incident. At first they said they didn't have the right angle to see, which seems ridiculous as every spot in the garage is covered except our car? but then saw an angle where it was too bright to see exactly what happened. I heard once that birds could spontaneously combust so we came to the conclusion that it did. Curious, I looked it up and realized it pretty much doesn't happen. So that made me wonder, which is more likely, taking into consideration that they started off by lying to us. That they deleted footage and showed me only what they wanted me to see or that a bird spontaneously combusted on my car. We paid ~$2200 for a 1 bedroom apartment, but they have this dinky garage sensor which we constantly have to move our key card around to catch the sensor. At one point the gate wouldn't even close all the way. Lastly, I know this isn't really a big deal, but just another example of not much thought being put into the floor plan. When doing putting clothes into the dryer, the dryer door is so close to the wall that it just keeps bouncing back so have to be aware or your head will hit the door. There are many more examples but I feel like i'm being very picky/naggy at this point so I will leave it at that. There are some upsides to living here as the location is great. Close to the freeway, downtown fullerton, movie theatre, fast food, restaurants, etc. Although it has nothing to do w Alexan. They just built the complex in the right place. The game room is nice, but it doesn't have a bathroom which I can't figure out why they wouldn't except to save money. The pool is nice, unfortunately sunlight rarely touches the water or even the area for that matter. The technicians are great, very helpful but I'm assuming probably aren't being appropriately compensated based on Alexans greedy habits. These are my experiences/opinions, honestly, it was my fault for being naive and not doing enough research. If you're interested in this place, you should definitely do your homework and make sure this is the kind of place you want to live in. read more

Unsafe and lack of security, we have had our vehicles broken into on three separate occasions in the parking structure. The parking lot outside has been getting worst with homeless and drug users. When calling or talking to the lady in the office about our vehicles getting broken into her response was "try to not leave anything in the vehicle to entice someone to break in". Instead of saying they will hire more security until the break ins stop. There's always stains or a mess in the hallways. Johnathan is the only good thing about the apartment and the only one in the office who cares. I will definitely be leaving after my lease. I would also not recommend on living here if you don't like your stuff getting broken into or not feeling safe as you walk outside at night. read more

Disappointing and misleading. I first became interested in the complex because of my friends 2 bedroom loft apt they just moved into. I applied for a showing on their website, Jonathan called me and informed me that they had about 3 units available in exactly what I was looking for which was a 1 bedroom loft in around the price I was interested in. He told me it would be better to come in a few weeks so that it will be closer to my desired move in date because they will be more options available. When I came in today, he was trying to show me regular 1 bedrooms, we reminded him it's a 1 bedroom loft we wanted. He was like "oh for that we only have one" and it was a completely different price then what he told me on the phone. I was confused because he was the one that told me to wait because it will be "better." We also informed him we were interested in their 3-6 month lease I saw they had available on their website. He said what website because they only had 13-15 month leases. I was like the same website I was able to contact you in?? I still told him I was interested in viewing it in person, he then asked for IDs, my girlfriend had hers but I did not. He said he cannot show it to us if we both did not have an ID. I told him I have a picture of it, he said he needs to view the back of it. I've been to a few showings without an ID and it seems like he was making it extra difficult for us to just view it even tho my girlfriend had hers. We left. We have decided to renew our lease at The George instead of showing anymore interest at Aspect. The only reason we were considering was for the loft because the outside and surrounding areas are not worth it. They share a parking lot with the shopping center, there's a lot of homeless/drug users in the parking lot and surrounding areas, their pool area closes early at 10pm, and the price is not worth it. Don't get fool by the look of modern design Aspect building. I have lived here for over year and by far the loudest apt that I have lived in past 10 years. I am going to explain some of the things that I have to battle throughout the day and night at Aspect apt complex. 1. Club/Car meet There is a club RIGHT front of the complex. Be prepared to deal with noise at night. Every night, bunch young college kids fighting, yelling, revving their cars until 2am (Tues, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday). Every Tues/Thursday night, there is a huge car meet at Walmart where they do donuts and burnouts night. I have called police multiple times to have them come out. 2. Security Issue Past 6 months, we had two Mercedes Benz been vandalized. Stolen wheels. Even though we have gated community garage, but it is so easy to get in and out without having a gate key. Management has promised to improve on security cameras and security guard at night after the first incident but obviously didn't work. Good luck if you got a nice car with nice wheels. Soon or later your wheels will get stolen and will be sitting on $.99 bricks when you come out to see your car in the morning. 3. Thin wall issue I swear these walls are made out of thin cargo box or something. I can hear everything from my neighbors. I thought I had King Kong living above me. I hear every footstep throughout the day and night. I have punched the ceiling multiple times to let King Kong know that there is someone living below so stop stomping as he/she walks. Once my lease is up, I am getting the f out of here. IF you can deal with all the noises that come from all of the place like a BOSE surround sound system then this the perfect place for you. Whats good - fairly new apt -wood floor -new kitchen appliances -covered/ gated parking -has a gym and pool Whats Bad -rent is way too high from the start, but renewal increase even higher -Very thin walls and floor, you hear everything, especially from ppl upstairs, walking, will drive you crazy! -Ownership changed, not sure if management reduced maintenance crew, but the complex is getting dirty and trashy. At one point I found trash on our floor left for 3 weeks without anyone cleaning up -theft. Somebody keep stealing wheels from resident cars. I know at least 3 incidents where cars were found on bricks. -outside noise level is unacceptable, every night you would hear car racing, tire spinning, honking, and ppl cursing. No cops. You will end up going to bed around 3am. -bug issues. Every summer, we had bug problems, silverfish, roach, house flies, etc. read more

NEW MANAGEMENT. Garage doors broken for several months with no sign of repair. Amenities closed during covid outbreak but remain closed after the city has opened up all other amenities. No sign of when they will open as well. On site staff has and is phenomenal. Just seriously disappointed in paying full price for amenities and getting nothing. read more

We just moved into these apartments. The first week we got a letter on our door indicating that we were playing music until past 2 am or that maybe it was our television. The only thing is that we haven't installed cable or internet yet due to being too busy at the time with funeral services and so on due to a death in our family. Nor do we own speakers to play loud music. A few days later on 2 different nights I experienced the following. One night the neighbors had a party on the balcony Sunday night and I have to he at work at 5 am. I called the number for security and reached a voice mail. Eventually I walked to the pool area and had to ask the neighbors must if they could take the party inside their home. This was almost at 3 am. They said it was a holiday which I could not find on Google. But they were nice enough and agreed to go inside the only problem is that about an hour later they started back up. Another day same thing gathering on someone else's patio. Around 1 am. Called security and got no one. read more

This apartment is the worst. IF you are considering to live here, please .... DON'T. - Unless you live on the top floor, you will suffer from your upstairs neighbors who walk with their elbows and because this building is POORLY built, you literally can hear everything (have notified the leasing office multiple times, they told me they will warn the upstairs every time, turns out - never did. found out because we had to talk to the neighbor one on one and the neighbor was never told anything) - Thin wall, so you can hear your neighbor next to you playing video games all night and the noise will ring in your bedroom. - Nasty amenities and building maintenance. The cleaning crew shows up every 3 months? - Hallway carpets are filled with dogs urine and it's gross. - Dog owners never pick up after their dogs, you will walk around the building and will step on dog poop. - Remind you.. it's right by DTF. drunk bitches will come around the parking lot and you can hear dumb bitches being obnoxious midnight til morning. - Dumb people with those loud ass cars will come around and think the parking lot is theirs and practice driving like a teenager (doesn't matter what time. it can be any time of your day) - ALL these for more than a $2,000/month rent?? Hi Everyone ! I have visited a friend in this building a few times. The hallways were carpet and always covered in dog pee stains. The water is apparently unsafe and not drinkable so we had to continue to go out and buy cases of water for everything. Also the apartment below us had a balcony smoker that kept wafting into our place and the building did nothing about it. I would not recommend moving here. - Tony read more

I've been waiting for our lease to be over to post this review.... now is my time. This review is mostly for the shitty security at this apartment. If you live on the East building facing Burlington coat factory, good luck. There's a club that is in the same plaza and you will constantly hear the bass from the club, Mon. - Sunday and drunk people will constantly be screaming in the parking lot. The security doesn't even do anything. On Fourth of July, there was someone putting out fireworks literally right in front of our window. The security just stood and watched.... I also had my car broken into the first month of living here, so that's awesome!! I've had several packages get "lost"??? And they suddenly appear at my door a few days after it's delivered. The residents here also do not care about the complex. I found dog shit laying around in the hallway on the way to my apartment. Why. Someone knocked on my apartment door and asked for money... thats how unsafe it is here This apartment is just way too expensive for what you get! It's super convenient location-wise, but clearly the developers also cheaped out on EVERYTHING. The kitchen sink sucks, the blinds suck, everything in our apartment was essentially falling apart, the walls are so thin, need I say more? If you read any of the bad reviews about this complex, I can definitely say that majority of them are true. You're probably going to pay a minimum of $2000 for a 1br "luxury" apartment, but in reality, it's complete shit and is not worth $2000+ a month, not including utilities. Please, please, please! My husband and I moved in about 11 months ago and are very happy with our choice. The entire management team have been very helpful from day one specially Tracy and Toi. Alexan apartments has a modern feel with all the amenities you could ever ask for. They have a great pool/jacuzzi and fitness center that we have enjoyed to the fullest. They keep grounds clean as well as the dog park. I would recommend not facing Burlington or the main street if possible due to noise but we are actually on the side street that has less traffic and noise. Location in downtown fullerton is nice you have restaurants, bars and coffee shops a few minutes away. Access to 91/57 freeway is easy and close by. Maintenance request are handled by Mario very quickly and efficiently we really appreciate him. We have a very secure covered parking structure. I recommend this place. read more

I have lived at the Aspect for a little over 2 years. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Whenever I have needed help with anything they respond fast. Jake and Nelson can fix anything that needs repair. Veronica and Kevin are not only friendly but very helpful with packages and mail. It's been seven months since I moved into Alexan Aspect and so far I love it. This complex immediately caught my eye once I was able to see the design and amenities of the property. The gym is spacious and has enough equipment needed during your work out. There's also an olympic sized pool with a jicuzzi and grills which is great for families and get togethers. You can also find more grills in the game room, there's a ton of different game options and a lounge area to have parties. The maintenance and leasing crew are always on it, when I request a simple fix they get back to me as soon as they can. The location itself is starting to boom and has gotten a lot better. Downtown Fullerton is just a two minute drive where you can find high end bars, variety of foods (korean bbq yum), shops, boutiques, you name it. You also have target, Costco, sprouts, etc. all within walking distance (even Cold Stone which is my fav). Also, the complex coordinates top of the line food truck services once a week and i'm not lying to you when I say it's bomb.com - plus a lot of these food trucks have been featured on Food Network. Security is always on it and extremely attentive when something suspicious happens. I feel safe and love everything I have right here! read more

Make sure read your lease agreement before you sign it, 30 days notice+one month rent is not good enough for this place if you want to move out early, you will have to pay TWO MONTH rent for it. If your living room window towards north side that means you just hit the lotto, big country bar downstairs you will have all kind noises from truck/motorcycle and drunk people through Thursday-Saturday. read more
