Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. Management is not located on-site, which creates a major disconnect in communication. Information is often inconsistent, and community policies are not enforced. There is little to no oversight when it comes to amenities--people regularly use the gym and jacuzzi after hours, which leads to frequent noise disturbances for nearby units. On top of that, some members of the leasing team come across as defensive when concerns are raised instead of working toward a solution. It makes it difficult to feel heard as a resident. Overall, the lack of management presence and enforcement significantly impacts the quality of living here. I would not choose to live at another property managed by this company again.

Just recently did a unit transfer which went smoothly and fast. They were helpful along the way and answered all my questions when I would call. Gracy, Kallen, Jiovanna are the three girls I can count on to help me out with my service tickets, general questions, and pretty much everything in between! Both apartments that I have gotten here have been super clean and well maintained. This is definitely a spot to be at to be living. Family friendly, pet friendly, and has amazing amenities. These are not corporate-run apartments, they are run by humans who treat you like humans. Yuri the manager was amazing to me, my family and everyone else! She was very prompt in her responses if we needed anything and very kind, helpful, and it felt like she cared about us. Leo, the maintenance guy, was awesome as well, very hard-working and responsive! Second, the area is hard to beat. Living there, you are minutes from major grocery stores, freeway, places to eat, downtown Brea for a night out, etc. Verryyy very safe area in Brea, you never feel like you can't go out at night. What's HUGE is the amount of parking outside the apartment on the street! If you have guests, they aren't parking miles away and walking. Neither are you if you'd prefer to park on the street rather than the stalls they have on the inside. There are spots all along Date street usually right outside your apartment. Third, the apartments themselves were built some time ago but they keep the insides of them up to date. We had pretty grey-ish wood flooring with carpet in the bedrooms, all white kitchen which I loved, updated appliances, sinks, etc. It is a very happy place, the courtyard areas are beautiful and well-maintained. Very green, lots of plants and flowers, very clean and it made you want to spend time outside. Not to mention the play area for kids! They have ample amount of space for kids to run around, even a cute, clean playhouse which I'll include in pictures. Lastly, the price of these are unbeatable! I know rental prices fluctuate, but these beat ANY 2 bedroom in Orange county. They aren't trying to rob you. My husband and 2 kids (age 5 and 3) were extremely sad when we left and would've stayed for years if not for another baby on the way. You will not regret the decision to rent here!!
