Luv this place, and we go there first for all our plumbing needs. This little hardware store has great service and great people, and the prices are fair. They also have some of the best sales I've seen for a small town hardware store, my mom and my sister both shop at this store, my mom drives from Canton to shop at this store. The people working at this store are the best, friendly, helpful, and epitomize the personal service you would expect to get in a small town business. Highly recommended

False Advertising! I took a long time comparing the right keyless door entry bolt for our home…read more Took one of the ton of slips they have under the floor samples. The slip says. "To purchase, take this card to any register near the main exit." The cashier said that they didn't have in stock. When I asked why would they have a bunch of these slips indicating it's available. She said that they're just informational slips, it doesn't mean they're in stock. I told her that's not what the slip says, it says to purchase bring this slip to the cashier. She was confused and said, "Let me go look. What isle is this in?" I pointed to the isle and said, "Right there by the keys." She said she would meet us there. We waited 10 minutes then we starters looking up the product on Amazon. Turns out the same product was $66 lower on Amazon. Due to the lower price, we went ahead and purchased the handle as well. The store worker never showed up. Long lines and bad customer service. Not going back.

Dallas Bath and Glass are fantastic…read more 2 years ago, in early 2023, a cleaning service broke one of the glass doors on our shower. We called Dallas Bath and Glass out and they gave us an estimate. The estimator was extremely thorough, and I was impressed with his knowledge and methods compared to competitors. Although their prices were fair (we had 3 estimates done), we had to wait because a short time later a storm did major damage to our roof. Although I decided they were the right company for the job, we had to put our resources to bear on the storm damage; fights with insurance delayed everything. Fast forward to 2025, and even though time had passed my initial impressions brought me back to calling Dallas Bath and Glass out again. The estimator came back out in mid-April and re-did all of the measurements - the original estimate was very similar to the new one and I didn't think there was some crazy gouging of the price or unjustified increases (I did my homework). The price was actually nearly the same. The problem is the door is not standard. It requires some custom work to be done; there is no off the shelf solution. We went ahead with the work. The new glass was built and installed in early June. I could not be happier with the way it came out. The installers were courteous, clean, and provided excellent workmanship. I also want to say that the entire time, communication was fantastic. I was kept informed about timing, and the day of, they were prompt and showed up when they said they would. Thank you, Dallas Bath and Glass, for some great work. Well done!

The wall spaces were not exactly the same sizes but the results turned out great. From quote to completion everything was done in 2 weeks but probably could have been sooner without the holiday.
