It went out in December of 2025. It was out of extended protection. No issue there. The part, and FULL REPLACEMENT was covered by Samsung. I just needed to provide proof of purchase. Lowes started a program called MYLOWES around 2011, that was supposed to keep ALL purchase history. There was a key fob, or a card that you scan at time of purchase, it saved all purchase history. This was explained to me, and used at the time of purchase. About 4 years ago, they updated their systems, and it no longer goes past 4 years, so I can no longer access my proof of purchase. My bigger issue, is that I have spent countless hours, multiple calls, have been lied to about them fixing my account login credentials, and have spoken to multiple customer service representatives, and ALL. of them have a "sorry about your luck" mentality. The store manager is out, I have asked to speak with a district manager for resolution, or someone that can help, and they FLAT OUT DENY ME SPEAKING with someone. Lowes advertised a program that would track my purchases, forever. Then they changed that. I am out thousands of dollars. That is false advertisement, and it seems that unless I file a small claims suit in court, there is nothing I can do. The fact that ther organization has made it a policy to keep customers from speaking with leaders in the organization who can help and offer ways to support the situation, and they keep everything in the customer service center is lunacy. They tell you tough luck, and close your issue out, and have absolutely ZERO concern for customer service. My refrigerator has been not functional for 2 months.

They used a premium paint that seems to have very little "off-gassing"; the house doesn't smell toxic 3 days later. I feel that David and his team provided top work at fair prices. You can tell there was no primer and only one coat of paint used. I used the exact same type of paint to DIY a bench. Primer, three full coats of paint, and two months later there's no peeling or chips. The bench is in the mudroom and is used daily. Got a few quotes that were astronomical...one quote claimed it would be 5k for just the trim...yes you read that right. We called Cain Reyes Painting because he had the least fanciest business card at the Sherman Williams store by us - gotta be reasonable right? Cain a native of Oak Cliff and was doing a job nearby, so he was able to come through quickly and give us a quote. Cain was really nice and took time out to tell us everything he could do included patching holes, re-cocking, fixing trim cracks and sanding down all the prior paint jobs. We agreed on the quote and he got to work the next week! He gave us a 10-day estimate but came through in 5-days and WOW. I've never been so happy and when your dropping that kinda cash you want a wow. It looks and feels like a brand new house. They were clean and professional, taping and covering everything. His teenage son is apart of the crew too which I can appreciate. I'm still smiling writing this review right now! His team also does power washing (which we took advantage of), exterior paint, floors and more. He will be are guy for all of it. He even had a great contact for a handy man that was able to show up the next day after the one we called didn't show up. Delighted with him as well.
