I saw online that they had something called Quick Dam and went there to pick it up. As soon as I walked in, the staff helped me right away! They knew exactly what I was looking for and helped me pick out the right size flood barrier for my porch. They were a little pricey, but the price was a little less than what I saw on Amazon. Great place and great staff. Will definitely go back if I ever need anything else.

This is particularly true at the back desk, where the two women I have encountered there seemed like I was asking them a huge favor to leave their chair and help me locate something. They are surprisingly unfriendly for a local business in a small town. The cashiers are also unfriendly. They are all milling around the desk, but no one chats with you or shows any interest. I can't tell what the problem is, as it seems like a perfectly nice place to work, but everyone acts like they hate their job.

I asked ASM Vicky if she could further mark down a clearance item that was the last one available. She said no. Fine. I can absolutely accept "no." What I cannot accept is rude and dismissive customer service. When I asked to speak with the Store Manager, Vicky refused to get him and told me he was "too busy" for me and basically doesn't deal with customers. Interesting, because I've actually met the Store Manager before without knowing who he was, and he was incredibly kind and provided some of the BEST customer service I've received at Lowe's. Meanwhile, my cart during this interaction was filled with thousands of dollars in merchandise. I'm a repeat customer AND I recently opened a Lowe's credit card because of how much I shop here. Vicky's attitude completely changed how I feel about spending my money at this location. The issue was NEVER the markdown. You can tell a customer no without making them feel like they're an inconvenience. Leadership should represent the standard of customer service--not be the reason a loyal customer considers taking their business elsewhere.

I had a return and quickly found customer service because of its proximity to the entrance. The return process was swift and seamless thanks to Jaylen. After my return, I asked if I would be allowed to make an online purchase at the customer service desk, to which the response was an immediate yes. I was elated to have this process done with an excellent associate! Knowing I was making a purchase in-store, I was initially worried that the price would be different from the one online; however, their online sale was matched, and I was granted the discounts I had saved for this purchase! Associate Jaylen also noted that I could have my items delivered to the store I was visiting. This will further ensure proper delivery and personally alleviate my worries with shipping large furniture to my home. I was treated very kindly, and the customer service clerk had the patience of a saint during the entire interaction. I will always choose Home Depot over any competitors.
