Great prices and lots of tools. It can be hard at times to find help however. But once you find someone they are very helpful.

Man, why is everyone so down on this Home Depot location?…read more Yes, reading some of the other reviews It is annoying that they only have self checkout stands. But I feel like that's the trend of the world now. Anyway, I've always had a good experience at this Home Depot. It's not too busy, easy to find an associate who can help, and they usually are actually helpful. There's one person who works there, William, he's super helpful and I truly appreciate him every time I go into the store. They have a good selection of things in store, and the reason that you go to the store is because you need it right now. So it is a little annoying how more and more they are directing you to homedepot.com. and there are a bunch of things that are only available online. The main thing that brings this location from a five star to a four-star? Is the parking lot. I know I sound like a broke record for all the complaining I do about parking lots, but this location is oddly located, it's weird to get to, the main entrance is off of a side street. The best way to get to it is to take government and then you're coming at it from the back of the store, and if you don't realize what you're doing you're going to miss the turn. But overall I like this Home Depot location a lot. And will absolutely continue to shop here.

This visit was a disappointment from the moment I walked in…read more I'm new to the area, and as a long-time John Deere equipment owner, I came in hoping to make Ragan my new dealer. I expected the staff to be professional and knowledgeable. Today I was ready to buy an Ariens Pro snowblower and had one simple technical question. Instead of allowing me to speak with the mechanic or service manager, the service desk brushed me off and told me to "go talk to sales." The service desk rep was rude and snarky the entire time, even tossing sarcastic comments as I walked away, saying, "If we answered everyone's questions, we wouldn't get any work done," despite everyone in the shop sitting around doing nothing. The experience was unnecessarily unpleasant, and I'll be taking my business to a dealer that values good service.

We took it in once for general maintenance. Last month, we heard a loud noise and the snow blower quit working. We called Ragan in the morning and they drive out that afternoon to pick it up (around 45 miles one way). The gentleman stated he had an idea what was wrong with it. Within 48 hours, there was a diagnosis ( this was the week right before Christmas). Ragan was able to get it fixed and delivered it back to us within two weeks. Considering it was the holiday season and sometimes getting parts can be cumbersome, they did a great job. And the fees for transporting but we're more than reasonable considering gas prices right now. Awesome customer service

The team was responsive, professional, and easy to work with throughout the process. The craftsmanship was exceptional -- from perfectly aligned seams to a flawless waterfall edge and apron sink detail. The quality, precision, and overall care put into the installation truly exceeded our expectations. We're thrilled with the results and highly recommend this company for anyone looking for beautiful, well-executed stonework.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Northwest Granite has been extremely…read moredisappointing from start to finish. Communication was awful at every level. Any time I raised concerns with the project managers, they were quick to blame me for delays and became defensive and aggressive instead of listening. At no point did anyone take ownership of the issues I was experiencing--I felt constantly questioned, doubted, and talked down to. The demolition crew that removed my old countertops was careless and unprofessional. They never put down any protection on my brand-new floors, and while breaking apart the old stone they crushed pieces of countertop into the flooring, damaging several areas. They also punched a hole in a wall I had just repaired and said nothing--no acknowledgment, no apology, just left it for me to find later. On top of that, they left sharp broken pieces of stone inside the cabinets, on the floors, in adjoining rooms, and even in the driveway. It felt like a rushed job with zero regard for housekeeping, safety, or respect for my home. When it came time to measure for the new countertop, they incorrectly measured the area next to the refrigerator. The new top was cut too wide and is now pushing the cabinet panel out, leaving about a 1/4" gap. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, they tried to blame me--saying it was already like that or that the cabinet panel was warped--and spoke to me as if I couldn't see the obvious issue. I waited weeks to hear what the next steps would be, but no one followed up. I always had to call or show up in person to get any kind of response from project managers or sales. The finished product is also poor quality. The seam is bad enough that I can catch a fingernail on it, and the edge looks rough and under-polished. Overall, this feels like a "fast and cheap" operation geared toward large apartment jobs or quick flips--not homeowners who care about quality and detail. If you value craftsmanship, clear communication, and simply getting what you paid for without having to fight for it, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere. I regret giving them my business, and by the end I was just willing to accept whatever got me out of dealing with them any longer. I would not recommend Northwest Granite to anyone.
