The selection is poorer than Frattalone and the prices are higher. We won't support this store and their poor attitudes, we will plan to go to Home Depot or Lowe's for our hardware needs. I was killing time while my kids were working out at the nearby Planet Fitness. I love walking around hardware stores and Internet support them rather than big box home improvement stores. Even if I don't need anything, I will often pick up an extra 10mm socket or wrench (IYKYK). I noticed they sell the Snow Dominator (which is the best scoop snow shovel of all time, in my opinion). I thought I'd pick one up for my sister, whom we're visiting for the holidays. After the interaction with the store employee, however, I've decided that I won't shop here. I will buy my shovel at Settergren's on Penn Ave in Minneapolis instead.

I brought it back to Settergren they took one look at it and said I need to bring it to an approved EGO repair shop. There was no concern or empathy just an attitude of it's now my problem. I asked if I could return it. He just said, "No there's nothing wrong with the mower it was assembled incorrectly". The staff has always been friendly and approachable and willing to help even with unusual requests - sometimes those pesky product description aren't as helpful as one might hope! Bringing in an old part or a photo often gets quicker results. Easy access from Highway 169 and plenty of convenient parking too. Once your finished at the hardware, stroll on down to Jerry's grocery on the other end of the mall for convenient one stop shopping.
