It's now called the 360 Fried House and it was delicious. The Fish and Chips were not only tasty and crunchy, but huge pieces of fish. The place has recently opened, but a very comfortable and family friendly place. Service was friendly and quick with the food.

New ownership. Prices went up, but I think the food actually tastes a little better. Less items on menu but they seem to be in the process of changing a bunch of things. New employees were nice and trying to be helpful. The atmosphere is mostly the same. Would go back when craving fishing and chips.

This is a fast-food-like, place in an old strip mall. We came in between meal times and has the place to ourselves. The menu is small. Most items are fried and battered, with Fish & Chips being their specialty. You order at the counter and pick up your food when it's ready. The couple behind the counter seemed nice. I'm sorry to say the place did not seem clean: the ipad I used to pay the bill on looked filthy, and the table we sat on was not particularly clean either. My husband had the Fish & Chips. I ordered the fried shrimp. Sides are extra. I ordered large sides of coleslaw & clam chowder. For me, the clam chowder was the best. My husband enjoyed his fish & chips. Unfortunately, they placed my fried shrimp directly on my fries so that the fries sitting on top got greasy & soggy. The coleslaw was okay, but lacked flavor. Likewise, the shrimp was meh.

I stumbled upon this place looking for a quick bite to eat before a show at SAP. My wife was craving fish and chips, and this place came up. It was early evening on a Saturday (a little after 5:00 PM) and pulled into one of the many parking spots in the lot. When we walked in, there were a few folks dining in, but still plenty of booths open. We both ended up ordering a combo meal, which includes one fish, 3 shrimp, chips and onion rings. The food was fried fresh, so it took a few minutes for our order to be ready. It was piping hot, so we had to take our time to eat. The cook also offered a selection of sauces, some that are kept in a cooler behind the counter. I asked for everything: ketchup, cocktail sauce, tartar sauce and malt vinegar. The fish was good, though I enjoyed it more than my wife. She liked the shrimp more than the fish. But the real winners were the onion rings, which were perfectly battered and crispy. The fries were just meh; I had to put cocktail sauce on them to make them interesting. Overall, the value we paid for the food was great. The next time we come, we'll order more shrimp, and I'm tempted to get the scallops.

If you're looking for some fish and chips to satisfy your craving at a reasonable price, Harbor Fish & Chips is where it's at! They offer a variety of fried seafood and chips, or you can order a la carte (without chips). Options include fish, shrimp, clam, scallop, oyster, and calamari. The outer batter of the fish is nice and crispy, and the fish itself is quite a sizeable piece. A fan favorite is definitely their "Combo." It includes 1 fish, 3 shrimp, chips, and 3 onion rings--a good variety of items! Chips are crinkle cut fries...no frills about these, but who doesn't love fries?! They keep all the condiments behind the counter, so when you get your food, you can ask for tartar sauce, cocktail sauce, ketchup, malt vinegar, lemons, etc. Support this small, Asian-owned business! Plenty of parking available in the shopping center they are located in. Came on a Friday night, and I didn't have any problem finding a table to sit at.

So Disappointed. I have been coming to Harbor Fish and Chips for more years than I can count. They always served an almost perfectly cooked, good size fish and a lot of zucchini. I was 7 minutes away when I ordered over the phone 2 pieces of Fish and 2 Zucchini's instead of chips. I had to repeated my order 8 times because I didn't think she understood what I was ordering. She could not get it. When I drove up what a big surprise . At first I thought Harbor Fish & Chips moved. There's a new HUGE sign with a new business name - "360 Fried House Chicken & Fish". There was a new cook and a new cashier-order taker who said it was the same owners but these 2 were half the age of the owners who have been serving me for over 10 years. Prices went up 2 Fish & Chips is now $14.95, expected I guess. The fish served were much smaller pieces, 1/4 of which was overcooked, very crunchy batter with no fish, Both pieces were like this. I did not get 2 Zucchini's I ordered, I only received one. Of course, not as many sliced zucchini , Only 5 pieces. The Zucchini was cold, the fish was a little warm, grease, probably reheated. I guess my second choice is now my first choice now. Will not be back.

Stopped by one of my favorite fish & chips spots. This place seems to always be consistently good.

Affordable, crispy, and close to home! Absolutely delicious new spot for me and my partner to grab fish and chips! Similar to what others have said, the touch screen on their iPad was rather sticky and covered in fingerprints, which made the establishment questionable in terms of COVID safety and cleanliness... However, in terms of their food, it's super affordable and their portion sizes (at least for the combo) are quite huge! The gentleman, which may be the owner as well, who assisted us was quick to ring up our order and fry our seafood combo, which consisted of 3 shrimps, 3-4 onion rings, 1 large fried fish, and a basket of tasty, crispy fries! We decided to dine in since everything was hot and fresh and we wanted to enjoy it in case it got soggy on the way home. Everything for the most part had a nice crunch and was fresh and hot, yum! However, we forgot to ask the gentleman to salt our platter, so the flavors were rather bland. Both my partner and I agreed that their shrimps were plump, large, juicy, and very worth it! Despite not getting any salt, we were given the entire tube for tartar and ketchup, which was nice since most places are usually stingy with the sauces, and we were able to impart some extra flavor. The tartar and ketchup was exactly what we needed for our food!

    Fry fish and shrimp!

I am very picky about my fish and chips! I grew up in New York and fish & chips have done right. Look no further, this is the place to come enjoy your fry seafood. A small restaurant at the corner of Union Ave, but clean and organized. I even enjoyed the music while I waited. Have the classic if you like fish. Oysters are delicious too.

It was weird, them telling us that, but not a big deal. Once we were seated, service was excellent. We were checked on multiple times, and didn't feel rushed as we made our selections on the menu. To drink, we got the mojito verde and herbalist, and both were delightful even though they didn't taste very different from each other. Our dishes were enjoyable as well. The new england lobster roll with browned butter was a good size and stuffed with lobster meat, though a bit tough. I enjoyed the sandwich nonetheless, especially the nicely grilled and buttery bread. I didn't love the price though (almost $40), especially when the lobster seemed to be slightly overcooked. My bf got the blackened wild pacific yellowfin tuna with mac n cheese and brussel sprouts, and we shared some of the sides for our dishes. Nothing special about the fries or mac n cheese, but the brussel sprouts with bacon were delicious and satisfying. It was also a first trying the blue pool oysters, and these had a unique and appealing flavor. The restaurant had plenty of indoor and outdoor tables, as well as bar with even more seating. It was a nice setting for celebrating a special occasion and sharing a decent meal. And the walk from the mall self-parking garage wasn't bad (and free for the first hour). Overall, we had a positive experience.

Ordered fish tacos with salsa on the side but actual order came with fish on top of the salsa and slaw. Disappointed but didn't comment about that since I didn't notice until I'd already taken a bite of each taco. Wished it had been served on the side as it made the tacos soggy and a little spicier than I would have liked. Fried Baja fish tacos had batter similar to fish and chips batter. Wished it was a lighter batter to make it easier on the stomach. It was hard to eat the corn tortilla on both tacos because the salsa was on the bottom of the fish versus being on top of the fish. Accompanying salad was dressed just right with the vinaigrette I requested. Black beans were nicely seasoned. Ordered a nojito which was not very flavorful. Thought it would be mintier, citrusy mocktail but honestly it just tasted like ginger ale with two quartered limes and sprigs of mint. Not worth the $6 I paid for it. Very disappointing.. Would have been better off saving that money spent to buy a pint of ice cream from a local retailer. Don't think I'll go out of my way to return unless I'm sure that my order will be more aligned to my order and if I'm in the neighborhood..

The restaurant is located in downtown Campbell and there's plenty of street and garage parking. The restaurant itself had very simple, clean, and modern feel and was very intimate. Since the menu wasn't super extensive, we decided to give family style a try so we didn't have to think about what to order and how much to order. The family sharing style came with 4 raw dishes, 4 starter/appetizer dishes, 3 main dishes, and 1 dessert. For our raw dishes round, I really enjoyed the salmon (with some type of chili oil), and the scallops with Chinese sausage. For the appetizer round, I really enjoyed the clam (although a bit small) and the potato chip with caviar (very creamy and flavorful). As for the main, I really enjoyed the cornbread although would say the ikura gets a bit covered up by the creamy sauce (although still incredibly delicious). We also got a short rib but I found it to be a bit heavy in the sauce and on the saltier side. The dessert was a chocolate peanut bar that felt like a very elevated snickers bar. Overall, food is pretty good even though on the pricier side and the service is excellent. This is definitely more of a special occasion kind of restaurant!
