I stopped in for fish and chips. I was surprised to see a new grand opening sign with a new name, Fried House 360. I was glad to see many of my favorite items on the menu like the combination, fish and chips which comes with fish, shrimp, zucchini, and fries. Prices are reasonable. I was happy to see the food is still excellent. The fish is lightly battered and crispy, not overly seasoned and very fresh. After ordering the fish, I realized they have fried chicken, which is a bonus. So I ordered the two chicken wing meal, which came with the full wing. They're not little wings at all. The batter is light and crispy, with a hint of five spice. Service was fast and friendly and everything is cooked to order. They offer a wide variety of dishes, in addition to fish and chips, which is nice for those who might not want something quite so deliciously unhealthy. read more

Delicious! Came here today to see there are new owners to this landmark restaurant. First off they really decorated the place nicely. Very comfortable colors now adorn the walls with nicely down artwork. The service is super friendly! Making sure the food was delicious and if we needed anything else. The new owners have expanded on the menu and have given the restaurant florets of a Colombian flair to it. I should have taken a picture of the new menu since it is pretty large now. Before it was just pretty much fish and chips. Now there are a bunch of new items on the menu. You can now get burgers and sandwiches if you like. They even have a fried whole fish too! I'll try to take more pictures the next time I am in there. The food is as delicious as ever! I ordered a 3 piece fish, plus arepas, salad and other things came on the plate. It was super delicious! May 18, 2025 and we stopped in for lunch. What a disappointment. The Harbor Fish & Chips name needs to be changed!! A gal was sitting behind the counter eating and looking at her phone. There was no greeting. The business has changed ownership and fish and chips are listed in a small area on the back of the menu. As if the main attraction is now an afterthought (and it turned out to be). The fried fish was over breaded, oily, and tasteless. I hate to give them three stars because the guy who I am guessing may be the owner was super nice. But, there was a second guy there that was clearly sick or having a really bad allergy attack. And he ended up being the guy cooking the food. The entire time I could hear him in the back cooking he was sneezing and coughing like crazy. And then I heard him blow his nose twice. I watched two people pick up their orders blissfully unaware of what I had been listening to the entire time and I actually envied them. I had been looking forward to trying the food since I had heard they changed owners. The store was a lot cleaner under new ownership though, so that was a huge plus. I did try the food once I got it home and gave everyone a heads up about what I listened to while the cooking was being handled. I was only able to eat a couple bites just to try it, but I couldn't get the sounds of the coughing and nose blowing out of my head. I did really like the breading on the fish. It was lighter and crispier than before. The fish was mild and seemed fresh. The fried shrimp was pretty good too. The fries were just ok. I noticed they seemed to do the fries first and then let them sit under a heat lamp/station while they finished up everything else. It made for lukewarm, mushy fries. I would like to go back and give them a second chance. I really hope they read this and think about not allowing someone who is coughing, sneezing, and blowing their nose like crazy to do the cooking in the future. I'm sure he turned his head away from the food and washed his hands after blowing his nose, but it's still really unappetizing to listen to that and know they are handling your food. This is a fast-food-like, place in an old strip mall. We came in between meal times and has the place to ourselves. The menu is small. Most items are fried and battered, with Fish & Chips being their specialty. You order at the counter and pick up your food when it's ready. The couple behind the counter seemed nice. When we walked in, there were a few folks dining in, but still plenty of booths open. We both ended up ordering a combo meal, which includes one fish, 3 shrimp, chips and onion rings. The food was fried fresh, so it took a few minutes for our order to be ready. It was piping hot, so we had to take our time to eat. The cook also offered a selection of sauces, some that are kept in a cooler behind the counter. I asked for everything: ketchup, cocktail sauce, tartar sauce and malt vinegar. The fish was good, though I enjoyed it more than my wife. She liked the shrimp more than the fish. But the real winners were the onion rings, which were perfectly battered and crispy. The fries were just meh; I had to put cocktail sauce on them to make them interesting. Overall, the value we paid for the food was great. So Disappointed. I have been coming to Harbor Fish and Chips for more years than I can count. They always served an almost perfectly cooked, good size fish and a lot of zucchini. I was 7 minutes away when I ordered over the phone 2 pieces of Fish and 2 Zucchini's instead of chips. I had to repeated my order 8 times because I didn't think she understood what I was ordering. She could not get it. When I drove up what a big surprise . At first I thought Harbor Fish & Chips moved. There's a new HUGE sign with a new business name - "360 Fried House Chicken & Fish". There was a new cook and a new cashier-order taker who said it was the same owners but these 2 were half the age of the owners who have been serving me for over 10 years. Prices went up 2 Fish & Chips is now $14.95, expected I guess. The fish served were much smaller pieces, 1/4 of which was overcooked, very crunchy batter with no fish, Both pieces were like this. I did not get 2 Zucchini's I ordered, I only received one. Of course, not as many sliced zucchini , Only 5 pieces. The Zucchini was cold, the fish was a little warm, grease, probably reheated. We decided to dine in since everything was hot and fresh and we wanted to enjoy it in case it got soggy on the way home. Everything for the most part had a nice crunch and was fresh and hot, yum! However, we forgot to ask the gentleman to salt our platter, so the flavors were rather bland. Both my partner and I agreed that their shrimps were plump, large, juicy, and very worth it! NOW THIS is fish and chips! The quality of the fish is fresh and delicious. The batter is amazing and definitely has been thought through. This isn't some bland processed batter, its crispy and cooked perfectly. The size of the fish is bigger than what you usually get at other places so its definitely worth the price. The customer service is quick and super friendly. I read the very minimal poor reviews below which are just from some disgruntled salty people who can be completely ignored. Also when I bit into on of the calamari I was met with something that was creamy which weirded me out. I'm not sure what it was. The fish was nice and crispy. This is not the same fish and chips place. It's all Colombian food now and they only have a small portion on the menu that still has fish and chips. I honestly don't know why they keep the name, so they can trick regular customers into going in? They shouldn't.
