You can't go wrong with hiring him as your legal counselor. Years later I received a final check in the mail from Craig. Coming down to the wire Alexander Hamilton Ayers stepped in and offered his help. Although I ended up losing my home, Alexander Ayers handled my appeal and receive the best terms I ever could have expected from the judge in the case. He also was instrumental in helping me receive my access funds from the auction. If you need a good trial attorney I would highly recommend Ayers and Stolte. At a very reasonable cost I would add.

I told Paige and Christopher Toepp he was ruining the reputation of attorneys…read more I see the question what went well. The answer is everything .The quality of service Mr. Toepp and everyone I worked with at Allen and Allen set the bar very high for all attorneys. The value of what he did for me is priceless.. He munderstood the pressure I was under and my situation and went to work to close my case and get me some desperately needed cash, including willing to cut his fee and bring the check to my home.. I trust them with any legal situation and will always turn to them first and last for any legal situation and needs. If there's a way they will find it If not, they will tell you. He saved me in more ways than I can put in this review.. I had no idea how I was going make it through the next day and then he shows up with a check. Talking about turning lemons into lemonade. I did not give him a lot to work with and in the beginning I expected nothing All I can say is I know everything he did was from his heart he is all heart and I am forever, grateful Sincerely, Lynn Lamb.

It has been going on a year and I have to constantly call 5 times a day to get answers on my case…read more The support staff has HORRIBLE communication skills. No follow up calls or emails and Mr. Booberg himself is ALWAYS too busy and unavailable, which is understandable as he is the lawyer, but no follow up for months is ridiculous. When I finally do get anyone on the phone, of course they are nice and so apologetic, but no one ever has answers as to what we are waiting on to move to the next level. My accident happened a year ago and in my opinion feet have been being dragged. Not sure what is going on internally with the staff but the lack of communication is unacceptable!!!!!!!!And God forbid it gets escalated to court, that'll take another 2 years to process. This process understandably takes time but in one year the only thing that is currently done with my case is a drafted demand letter that still has not been sent to the insurance company. I am so unsatisfied and will not be a returning client! Update: In all the time I have been waiting for an update or call or email I havent received one but 3 minutes after my review was posted Mr. Booberg himself calls me and said he seen my review and he withdrew as my lawyer. Ha! What a waist of time! Instead of asking how he can rectify the situation, he tells me I can go find another lawyer! Horrible customer service!!!!! I would give -1 stars if I could.
