First of all, when…read moreyou go in to sign your paperwork make sure that you understand all of the fine print (such as if you go to trial your lawyer no longer is allotted 20%...the court awards them as much as they want which was in my case almost 50% of my award). There were multiple issues with patching together work notes that my lawyer did not catch and because of that I got a few thousand less than what I should have. I was on video falling out of an attic while working and breaking my tailbone at work and got less than 2 weeks workers comp after 9 months of being out of work in some capacity. This law office did NOT do my case justice in any way.
