He appears misogynistic, and accused me of all the things my ex was doing TO myself and my son. We were both abused and gaslighted by a sociopath and Mr. Samuels only listened to the sociopath, thus treated us very poorly. Thankfully my son turned 18 and never saw his abuser again. Mr. Samuels did not want to hear our side, or look at any real evidence. He ignored all my faxes and efforts to contact him, which made a fool of him in court because I was able to provide those to the judge after he gave inaccurate testimony and then left early. Thanks Mr. Samuels, for the extended abuse, lies, and defamation brought about by the sociopath. Take a psychology course or make a real effort listen to the child you're supposed to represent next time.

No follow up calls or emails and Mr. Booberg himself is ALWAYS too busy and unavailable, which is understandable as he is the lawyer, but no follow up for months is ridiculous. When I finally do get anyone on the phone, of course they are nice and so apologetic, but no one ever has answers as to what we are waiting on to move to the next level. My accident happened a year ago and in my opinion feet have been being dragged. Not sure what is going on internally with the staff but the lack of communication is unacceptable!!!!!!!!And God forbid it gets escalated to court, that'll take another 2 years to process. This process understandably takes time but in one year the only thing that is currently done with my case is a drafted demand letter that still has not been sent to the insurance company. I am so unsatisfied and will not be a returning client!
