They charged me $5000 for absolutely doing nothing. The day we went and signed our paperwork they opened the door and walked out,we asked them, " hey is this the last time we come to the office? They treated us like we were pieces of crap. Their bedside manner is awful and I'm trying to get a hold of the Virginia commission to inform of them of their piss, poor behavior I've never in my life heard of lawyers doing this.

After the first month their Accounts Payable Clerk told me she had been given my invoice just recently. On August 22, 2013 I contacted them again and they started questioning my invoice. My invoice stated if they had any questions to contact me. Now almost most two months later they want to question my invoice. To top it off they were rude and unprofessional. I guess that is just the way some people are. I definitely would recommend doing business with without collecting your money up front.

I would not at all recommend this law group for a worker's compensation case. First of all, when…read moreyou go in to sign your paperwork make sure that you understand all of the fine print (such as if you go to trial your lawyer no longer is allotted 20%...the court awards them as much as they want which was in my case almost 50% of my award). There were multiple issues with patching together work notes that my lawyer did not catch and because of that I got a few thousand less than what I should have. I was on video falling out of an attic while working and breaking my tailbone at work and got less than 2 weeks workers comp after 9 months of being out of work in some capacity. This law office did NOT do my case justice in any way.
