He has never called me back and tried to blame me for misunderstandings about Case Status. when my got changed, they did not I still had to do a deposition so I was never prepared for my deposition. They charged me $5000 for absolutely doing nothing. The day we went and signed our paperwork they opened the door and walked out,we asked them, " hey is this the last time we come to the office? They treated us like we were pieces of crap. Their bedside manner is awful and I'm trying to get a hold of the Virginia commission to inform of them of their piss, poor behavior I've never in my life heard of lawyers doing this.

Unfortunately, the VA doctors are getting away with malpractice when most of these attorneys on the internet will not help the veteran unless they are dead or missing limbs, and the VA knows this. Even with a veteran having hip replacement and multiple procedures after the surgery due to substandard staples/closure, wound opening the next day due to being thrown into bed by a hospital worker, and then infection doesn't constitute this law firms help. The law firms are looking for a BIG PAYOUT FOR THEM. They are not looking to help a veteran in need. I am sorry to have to write this, because we are only looking for help for a disabled veteran.

He never could remember when I was available to talk. He expected me to talk at his convenience. He repeatedly scheduled events such as depositions when it was difficult and awkward for me to get time off either by not consulting me on scheduling or not remembering what I told him. I walked a shaky line with my government job. Really only seemed interested in an easy pay day. He had no human empathy for the chronic pain the accident left me in. He seemed to assume that it was an act. It always surprised him when I mentioned it. Finally despite settling before he had to do much work on the case (he specifically stated such at the settlement hearing), he took 40% including off the money I had to pay back to my health insurance and the money he took for costs so he ended up with more money than I did.
