No follow up calls or emails and Mr. Booberg himself is ALWAYS too busy and unavailable, which is understandable as he is the lawyer, but no follow up for months is ridiculous. When I finally do get anyone on the phone, of course they are nice and so apologetic, but no one ever has answers as to what we are waiting on to move to the next level. My accident happened a year ago and in my opinion feet have been being dragged. Not sure what is going on internally with the staff but the lack of communication is unacceptable!!!!!!!!And God forbid it gets escalated to court, that'll take another 2 years to process. This process understandably takes time but in one year the only thing that is currently done with my case is a drafted demand letter that still has not been sent to the insurance company. They treated us like we were pieces of crap. First of all, when…read moreyou go in to sign your paperwork make sure that you understand all of the fine print (such as if you go to trial your lawyer no longer is allotted 20%...the court awards them as much as they want which was in my case almost 50% of my award). There were multiple issues with patching together work notes that my lawyer did not catch and because of that I got a few thousand less than what I should have. I was on video falling out of an attic while working and breaking my tailbone at work and got less than 2 weeks workers comp after 9 months of being out of work in some capacity. This law office did NOT do my case justice in any way.

There was great communication in the beginning to get the information of my accident, but after that, radio silence. To the point where I was leaving class whenever I saw their name pop up because I don't remember the last time they called me. I shouldn't be calling every single week to receive updates on my case, i felt pushed to the side and not cared for at all. The settlement money was way less than I had hoped for, and was decided without my knowledge, which I specifically told them not to do. Overall, would say that my experience was less than great and it felt like I was pulling teeth for a year straight and when I communicated it to them several times, there was never a change. Didn't like this firm at all.
