The answer is everything .The quality of service Mr. Toepp and everyone I worked with at Allen and Allen set the bar very high for all attorneys. The value of what he did for me is priceless.. He munderstood the pressure I was under and my situation and went to work to close my case and get me some desperately needed cash, including willing to cut his fee and bring the check to my home.. I trust them with any legal situation and will always turn to them first and last for any legal situation and needs. If there's a way they will find it If not, they will tell you. He saved me in more ways than I can put in this review.. I had no idea how I was going make it through the next day and then he shows up with a check. Talking about turning lemons into lemonade. I did not give him a lot to work with and in the beginning I expected nothing All I can say is I know everything he did was from his heart he is all heart and I am forever, grateful Sincerely, Lynn Lamb.

I walked a shaky line with my government job. Really only seemed interested in an easy pay day. He had no human empathy for the chronic pain the accident left me in. I needed someone who was experienced in law and able to get thru the false accusations and lies coming from my child's father. I was fighting to keep custody of my child, and this was the most important case I had ever had. To keep it short, we not only won that case but since won multiple cases for show causes issued against me, domestic violence and child support. I also have had in the past 2 years a few run in's with Chesterfield & Henrico County. Majority of those were dismissed, the rest reduced. The most important one being my 3rd DUI. John had it reduced to a 1st DUI and instead of a year in jail, I was given 4 days of weekends /work release thru the jail. To summarize, John Schilling is an AMAZING lawyer! Due to my experience, I recommend him for any cases involving custody, divorce or criminal. I owe him a year or two of my life as there have been times I was facing such amount of jail time. I will always use him whenever I can (next step is to expunge a portion of my record). He can be reached at 804.782.1111. Thank you John!
