Judge O' Connell & Linda Moore also refused to hear the case & cost me dearly as they kept setting the hearing times for 1 hours so as O'Connell wouldn't have to hear the case. Then Scott G. Crowley forgot to show up for the hearing and cost me the judgement of $25 K therefore letting O'Connell off the hook and did not appeal the case because of his ignorance of not having a secretary to remind him of the court case. The VA. State Bar did nothing to him as they all know each other. Something stinks about this whole misjustice & situation that is crooked & corrupt in my opinion !
