The restaurant is below a club, so it was quite loud at times. That did not bother us, but I can imagine that would be frustrating for others. I did not intend to post as the service was kind and timely but the sauce had something in it that was not good. And I have had Kung Pao 100's of time, it's my fav. Request to chef - plz do not use the oil/sauce and try some another brand. They did give us a complimentary cheesecake (TYSM). We paid for lamb and dumplings. To make it worse, a huge group of Caucasians sat down (5 adults and 5 kids) 25 minutes after we sat down and they got food right away. It is weird that they get a special treatment here. I have to believe that they called ahead to make a reservation and ordered then, but I don't think that is the case. They also have to scan the qr code to order, so how exactly did they order in advance?? Another Asian couple left after 10 minutes of sitting down. I'm guessing they already told them that they need to leave by certain time. They actually didn't pay for their tea either. I think they were probably also somewhat upset seeing the big group getting food right away. They also told the server that they can order ahead, but he just told them to check the menu first *sweat*. So once again, how did the big group order in advance.....? They had 3 people serving, when most of the time they just stand around. One of the servers went to the kitchen to help cooking after I complained. My water wasn't even filled once during the time we wait. They also had tons of takeout orders that they need to deprioritize. Or they shouldn't allow takeout orders between noon and 1 pm.
