My judgment of a business is not how they act when things go smoothly, but rather the service when things don't! When the wheels arrived, it was found out the manufacturer had accidentally only shipped the front two! We were so bummed out about having to wait for the back two, ams even though this was at no fault of the shop,, Chris made things right by discounting the total price a bit, and making us a priority. As soon as the back two came, they were on it, and installation was super fast. Overall this is a great place for customizing work, and we will be back for suspension work soon!

Sooooooo how do you bang a parked car with two empty stalls?!?! The topper to all of this is my car needed a safety check this month and I was in a rush to get it done. Anyways, worked it out with the other driver and was referred to Aiea Collision Center. They are located on Kahai st in Kalihi. They're open Monday through Friday and closed on the weekends. They were able to replace the tail light & paint the damaged area in 24 hours! I did have to wait two weeks before getting my car in (they were BUSY) but they were so good! I worked with Craig to get a quote. He's a super nice guy and very knowledgeable. All of their staff were very friendly. I'm really appreciative because I don't frequent these types of shops, so I was glad they took the time to walk me through the plan of what they were going to do to the car. They also explained the work they did when I went to pick up my vehicle as well. So, so very grateful! I was backing into a tight spot in my parking lot and crunched the rear passenger panel - not too…read morebad, but enough to cause pretty significant damage. Initially, I thought going to a local shop would be easiest since I live in Kaka'ako and there are tons of shops around me. I stopped by several places within a block of my house, but they all said they don't work on Teslas. I was kind of in a bind. That's when I found Unibody Tech Collision. They're one of only three body shops in the area that work on Teslas specifically. The guy at their location was super nice, though his shop is more of a holding facility - the actual work gets done at another location about 15-20 minutes away toward the airport. I thought dealing with Enterprise for a rental car was going to be a hassle and a pain, but I was wrong. They called me a couple weeks after our initial contact, and the whole repair process took about 5-6 days (the total timeline was about a month and a half from start to finish). Insurance covered everything except my $500 deductible. Throughout the process, they texted me status updates, which was really convenient. The best part? I was supposed to pick up my car at 4 PM, which would have charged me an extra day on the rental. Instead, they had it ready for me on Christmas Eve at 9 AM - talk about going above and beyond! The pickup process with Enterprise was smooth as hell, and they were awesome too. The job Unibody did was phenomenal. My car looks beautiful - you can't even tell there was damage. I would highly recommend these guys if you need Tesla body work. They're great at what they do.

I'm surprised that there are no reviews for this place. He is a one-man shop run by the owner, Ray. I have no idea of his age, but Ray is one honest guy who is probably still doing alignments to keep himself busy. Forget trying to call because he will most likely not answer the phone. No appointments are needed. Simply stop by in the morning and your car will be done by 11:30am. I get the feeling that he only works half days. Five stars for service , honestly, and driving straight with no hands!
