This is a locally owned company which is a huge plus for me because I love to support local business. Scott did the installation and my parents and I were mesmerized by how clean it was. We immediately noticed the change in the water and are very happy. It doesn't stop there. We are getting epoxy installed in the garage and Scott told me not to worry, they would come disconnect everything, put it to the side for the installation and then connect it back after. When I logged on here, I saw that there were some poor reviews which peaked my curiosity. I looked at them and I can honestly tell you that these people don't know the kind of system they have. They obviously did not listen because everything was explained meticulously. They are comparing this system to systems that are subpar. Also complaints about spending a few extra dollars for service and filters. If your health and well being is not important for you to spend a little extra money and you would rather spend that money on a 10 dollar Starbuck coffee filled with diabetes then you are a lost cause.
