What a pleasure to reliably get someone helpful on the phone (Shannon), which seems unheard of these days. Also, Josh came out for the install, and he's a can-do kind of guy who is straightforward, knowledgeable and understanding at the same time. He presented us with options to pipe the water to the kitchen but we opted to install our bulk water tank in the garage, and to fill our water from there. Since installation, which has been less than a month ago, it has been a treat. No more having to purchase water bottles. No more worrying about the environmental and health impact of plastic water bottles. They provide a delivery schedule. I found out two other people in our small condominium community also get BluBulk and love their service. I am back to trusting our water source again.
