Tony, Josh, Romeo and their team of dedicated professionals take their water seriously and are customer-service oriented. Their clients matter, and as Tony recently said to me, "Without you, our customer, we don't exist." He and his team get it. We've referred several friends over the years, and now we're writing a review to let others know about this special water and service. No more lifting heavy 5 gallon bottles. A tank is stationed outside your home. The water is piped in fresh from Palomar Mountain from a driver who uses a sterile hose and fills your tank directly from his truck. You can rent their water dispenser or purchase your own brand new from a manufacturer named Clover, which is easily available online. Instantly, hot water and cold water are available 24/7. Your usage is measured using weights and measures and a receipt with those figures is left for your records along with the price for that water usage. It couldn't be easier or better. I scheduled two separate appointments to establish service; however, on both occasions, no technician arrived. I did not receive any phone call, email, or text message with updates or explanations. After the first missed appointment, I contacted the representative I had been working with (Gio). He apologized and assured me that a technician would arrive today between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Unfortunately, this appointment was also missed without any communication. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. They have demonstrated a lack of reliability and failed to provide even basic communication regarding their inability to keep scheduled appointments. read more

Day 2 without water service. Drivers need help. They are so busy. You should have put more trucks out here with the amount of people. 8 trucks to service thousands of campers ? Do you have a manager out here that can manage the process ? People who arrived after us yesterday, at midnight last night have been serviced already. Again, we see the drivers working hard, just not enough of them. Maybe a pay in advance reservation system is more practical. We can then schedule our time for service instead of watching trucks get stopped every 20-40 feet and not coming to our row. read more

We were regular customers of Palomar Springs Water, and when they were sold, we were bereft. After months of trying to figure out what water solution would be best, I asked a friend what water source she used and that led us to BluBulk. What a pleasure to reliably get someone helpful on the phone (Shannon), which seems unheard of these days. Also, Josh came out for the install, and he's a can-do kind of guy who is straightforward, knowledgeable and understanding at the same time. He presented us with options to pipe the water to the kitchen but we opted to install our bulk water tank in the garage, and to fill our water from there. Since installation, which has been less than a month ago, it has been a treat. No more having to purchase water bottles. No more worrying about the environmental and health impact of plastic water bottles. They provide a delivery schedule. I found out two other people in our small condominium community also get BluBulk and love their service. I am back to trusting our water source again. Blu Bulk has been a pleasure to work with. I haven't experienced any noticeable differences since the transition from Palomar to Blu Bulk, except that it's all been for the positive. I worked with Heather who was very responsive, and extremely helpful. The water was delicious, and we really benefited from their options for event production. We ordered their 60-gallon water tank and dispenser for our staffing needs, and for the day of, rented their water towers and tank. All were delivered and picked up in a timely fashion. I was very relieved to find blu bulk on the web after the sale of Palomar Mountain (the company, not the mountain ) to Ready Refresh. Blu bulk is continuing on the long tradition of bringing great tasting local mountain spring water to San Diego homes with a CV personal touch. Perfect spring water, They did tell me that water would be there at one time and it was not, I guess there was some fires in the area, was not informed of that until after the fact. I grew up drinking Palomar Mtn water. I would stop and fill bottles at the wall on motorcycle rides when I was younger and I was lifting Palomar Mtn bottles at my parents house before that. Water has flavor (or it should) and I associate Palomar water with home and goodness. I recently set up with Blu Bulk. It was easy. Josh came out and set us up. He was on time, respectful, fun to talk with and everything was smooth as butter. Our whole family is amazed at the quality and flavor. Straight up delicious. There is nothing like it. Nothing. Friendly and knowledgeable people at all levels and nothing but excellent interactions through the whole process. I find that rare these days. It's weird to crave water, lol. We have been a regular customer of Palomar Water since 2013 and were sad when we received the news that Palomar Water had been bought out by Nestle Ready Refresh. We tried Ready Refresh's Arrowhead Water for a few months but were disappointed with the quality of the water. This spring water is the best! I like knowing which source water is coming from, unlike the other more commercial brand that "blends" water from a variety of sources. Having lived in Europe where water sources have their own natural mineral composition, I like knowing what's in my water and they have no problem getting me updated information whenever I ask for it. The delivery crew is professional, courteous and knowledgeable, and so is the main office staff.
