A red flag for me is when someone fails to give me an update or shows up much later than the estimated time. The way I see if, if someone doesn't respect your time, then it's a "no" to having them come out. Dan completed the work within an hour and charged us 1/3 of what this other company was going to charge. Amazing! Dan works alone, which I like because what I've found is that the large companies with many employees, the quality of work isn't really a guarantee. Because Dan works alone, he makes sure he does a great work and that his customers are happy. After the work was completed, he cleaned up the area and showed us the hairline crack causing the leak. He even recommended someone to repair the stucco. It was such a pleasure having Dan coming out.
