He also determined the house used to have a system and told me it would be a reletvely easy install as the regeneration waste drain was right on the other side of the wall of the garage where the soft water and chlorine filter tanks will sit. I also got a Reverse Osmosis system under the kitchen sink. A tech came out to install that. That took 30 minutes. Another tech was scheduled to install the garage tanks, but could not make it. Oscar kept the schedule promise and came out himself for the scheduled time and happily installed the system. What a fantastic team to keep the scheduled install and have the Sales Person, Oscar, come out to do the install, even though he has "retired" from installs and moved into sales. Everything was installed with professionalism and cleanly done. I had a lot of question for Oscar during the install, and he took the time to answer them.

I tested the new drinking water against the the faucet water and the filtered refrigerator water. I can't believe the difference! Faucet water tested "Above EPA Limit" (in the red 500+), filtered refrigerator registered "Check Your Water" (in the red 301-499) and the new drinking water registered "Very Pure" (in the blue in the 0-50 range at 17!) We'd heard how bad Murrieta water is so we've been buying bottled drinking water. So glad we've finally made the change and know it's the best decision for our family. Even though the A/C was still covered by a manufacturer warranty, We Care gave me a quote for $3,500 of repairs. They also offered to 'fix' my fully working second air conditioner for $1,500. I then called a friend who owns an HVAC company. He showed me small part where the o-ring was missing. He fixed it for less than $500 and told me nothing was needed for the other unit. Without my honest alternative, I would have likely paid the higher amount and been completely ripped off. Buyer Beware.
