Highly recommend Javier from R&R!…read more Our bathroom had 2 issues. The shower had 2 points of discharge and water came out from both ends when we turn on the water. The control switch was not working properly and it appears to have something broken inside the switch. The second was the bathtub was dripping for months. Our property manager gave us some recommendation on handyman, and we reached out to a few others. Everyone of the handyman looked at the issues and said they couldn't do it. Javier from R&R was professional and friendly. He came, looked at the problems and gave us multiple options. We were told that our bathroom fixtures were on the older end, and replacement parts would be pretty slim. Javier said he would try his best to find ways to fix our problems, and if it can't be fix, then he would have to go with the full remove and replace option. Needless to say, the cheaper option would be less than half the price of the worst case scenario. We were presented with the cheaper options to be less than $1000, while the worst case scenario would be in the mid $2000 with our drywall cut open in order to do the fixture replacement. We would also had to then deal with redoing the drywall since that is not part of the company's scope of work. Javier came back after we accepted the estimate and was able to fix everything faster than I thought. To my surprised, he was able to find the replacement parts and fix everything. My experience with Javier and R&R has been exceptional. I highly recommend R&R to anyone with plumbing issue like i had.

I also added 7 options I wanted done after they repaired my leak. William was hundreds of dollars less than the average price of 3 other contractors! And when I asked him most of the same questions I asked the other plumbing contractors, he sounded more knowledgeable and experienced repairing slab leaks. Before he started, he said he was going to only bring one person to help him. But he brought two. And one of them was also a plumbing contractor! So I'm sure it reduced their time to repair it. I also asked him to do a couple of their minor things that I told him I would pay him extra for when he got here. But he did them for free! So I gave him $100 cash tip after I paid him for doing everything else on my flat rate quote. I will only use them for all of my future plumbing service. When I asked if paying cash would change the price, he then said $2,100 is the cash price, and paying by credit card adds 4%. This was not mentioned initially, which felt misleading. When I questioned this, he said: "I'm not rejecting you. Anyone who insults me with dishonesty doesn't deserve my services. I pride myself on honesty and transparency. I treat all my customers with respect and kindness. I am one of the kindest contractors you will come across. But for you to question my honesty is an insult." Transparency and clear communication are essential in good business practice. Any professional contractor should state upfront: "$2,100 cash, +4% if paying by card." Because the full picture wasn't communicated when it mattered, it's understandable that I felt the situation was not handled honestly.

Major Plumbing Issues: First load of laundry after vacation left us with a flooded bathroom and a leak that ran from our bathroom into our garage. Our first quote from another company was extremely high, and I just didn't get a good feeling. Accurate Leak was recommended by our Home Owners Insurance, and let me tell you, what a Great Recommendation! Any plumbing issue is not good news, especially with a house over 50 years old. Tony and his crew arrived and used every means to find the back-up. They then proceeded to explain all the options. Needless to say, I had to have almost my entire house re-plumbed. This involved jack-hammering and digging deep trenches--a lot of stress, and a lot of work. Tony, Mike, and all the crew members were all Outstanding each and every time they came out. After each time out, Tony called to inform me of the work that was done, and then explained what the plan was for the next day. Every time Accurate Leak came to my home, there were smiles on the faces of EACH worker. They truly looked like they enjoyed their job. Even at the end of the day, when I returned home, I was greeted with a smiling, happy crew!! Workers even had to come on Sunday, and after a grueling 7 plus hours of under the house, up in the attic, hot, humid, muggy day, the workers left with a smile on their face!! Impressive. Never once did I hear a complaint. Never once did I experience a worker who was upset, tired, complaining, or looking for the easiest way out. Tony and his son Mike Falco are straight shooters. Upfront, personable, knowledgeable, and not only care about the work they are doing, but they cared about me, and that was very instrumental as I had to deal with a very stressful situation. We ended up having a leak in our slab and needed to have it repaired. It was very stressful and we were very unsure of the extent of the repair and restoration that would be needed. Our insurance company sent out a restoration company to locate the leak and let us know how to proceed. I then reached out to Accurate Leak Detection for a second opinion. Mike Falco came over to our house right away and assessed the area. He opened up our island and was able to locate the leak very quickly. He also provided us with his expert opinion/advice as to how to proceed with our insurance. Once we were given the green light from our insurance to proceed with repairs, Mike came back and was able to finish the job in one day. Accurate Leak Detection was very professional and accommodating. The office staff was polite and helpful with scheduling and payments. Mike was very professional and worked carefully in our home. When he was done, you could not even tell that he had been there aside from the patch of concrete where they needed to jack hammer out tile floor to access the leak. Since this incident, we have had Accurate Leak Detection to our home to do two more repairs. Each time, they have been efficient, affordable and professional. A True Hero in Our Time of Need - Thank You, Tony Falco! We cannot express enough gratitude to Tony Falco, the owner of Accurate Leak Locators, for coming to our rescue during a very challenging time. While on his vacation, and despite having titanium in his knees, Tony went above and beyond to help us when we were in desperate need. Our family was unable to use our shower and kitchen because of a severely clogged pipe, and other plumbers told us the only solution was to cut into the wall, which would have been both costly and invasive. But not Tony. He showed up with determination, spending 1.5 hours working tirelessly to clear the pipe that everyone else had given up on. After the re-piping of our house several years ago my wife and I started to hear water dripping noise in the wall after shower. I googled the internet and was told that the noise could be from expansion of the drainage pipe caused by hot water. In order to be 100% sure that there is no leak in the house, I contacted Accurate Leak Locators and Plumbing for leak investigation. The inspectors arrived as scheduled and they started to work right away upon arrival. They conducted multiple tests including sound test, running drain test, wax ring test, pressure drop test, and pressure test on the house and all came back negative. The company informed us that there are no leaks in our system and the noise we heard is due to pipe expansion caused by hot and cold water according to the inspectors. During the process of leak investigation, the company answered our questions in detail with patience and shared the photos taken by the inspector to explain how they conducted their work. I was very pleased with the work Gabe and Adam performed on detecting the location and source of my leak. Being not the normal type of installation as it had a recirculating pump and pipe to preheat outlets 70 feet on the other side of the house. The crew worked very well as a team and did not distract their attention from the job till it was finished. They completed the job in a reasonable time. They saved me over $2000 from another companies bid which was completely wrong and would have still had more work to do to correct the problem. They are both excellent craftsmen and their skill level was very much appreciated. They were very patient with my sticking my nose in often and answered my many questions without hesitation. I usually do my own work and hate to turn it over to someone else but my age is now limiting my ability and this required more skill than I have to complete this job. They left the site cleaned of demo debris. Accurate Leak Locators saved me big bucks! Before calling them I tried to find help with a leak coming from our upstairs bathroom into our den/kitchen area on the first floor from another company. They wanted to charge me a lot of money ($1000s)and take several days to complete the process. Then I got smart! I called my insurance company and they sent Accurate Leak Locators. Byron and Matt (cool, knowledgeable guys) found the source of the leak quickly with a Star Trek tricorder looking device(joke) . The cause of the leak was a gasket on the tub overflow. Byron and Mike only had to cut a small opening in the ceiling to get to the gasket and had it fixed in less than two hours. They saved me from being taken advantage of by the first company I called. We decided to repipe the whole house due to the age of our pipes, which was extremely stressful and threw our house into chaos! Mike Falco and his crew came and repiped it all! I had a company come out to our home only to have them waste my time and money, a friend of mine recommended this company but due to the let done from the previous plumbing company I was a bit skeptical. This company came to my house after a pipe bursted leaving my whole bottom level of my house soaked, I ran a business out of my house so this had to get fixed and quick I found them on here (Yelp) made an appointment and that fast they were at my residence drying my carpets and fixed the broken pipe, I'm only sorry the my AC was out and the team had to suffer in this heat... Had to have the whole house worked on, and something that would of taken about 4 or more days Gabriel and his team finished in 2. With all the cutting in to our walls and the dust flying everywhere when everything was said and done they left with their work area clean most of all they worked great with my insurance to insure that everything ran smoothly. Our water heater went out this morning. Of course I already knew who i would be calling This company was courteous and professional both times. They kept in contact with me and called me 30 min before they arrived today. They had a 2 hour window between 12-2 and he arrived right on time. Both Technicians who came out were very helpful and great. The new Water heater was installed and removed the old one. They also walked me through the updated features of our new water heater. I had the pleasure of dealing with accurate leak locators last friday when my hot water heater went out. Ron and Johnny were here first thing friday morning to replace it. They did an excellent job and were very professional. The next day the piolet went out (which was a weekend) to no fault of the technician Anthony and Mike came out and fixed a broken screw taking time away from there familys. Andrew and Angel did a great job fixing a leak in our garage wall at the ceiling where a pipe in the wall was leaking. They replaced the old 1998 pipes and they did an amazing job. They also replaced the older main shut off valve in the garage with a ball valve. This allows us to shut off water to the house, if need be, and still have the sprinklers running. They completed the work within a few hours and we were up and back to normal quickly. They explained things very well. I would highly recommend Accurate Leak Locators. read more

First off I would like to say I called this company at 3pm and they had 2 technicians at my house by 5pm... (This was last Friday) That was impressive. Next I explained to them what was going on and they immediately knew how to fix the issue. Issue: So I had a sewage back up, they came out put a camera down the line and and found roots up the drain line. They were able to repair it right away. Adam and Adrian just left our home, its 8:30 pm. They arrived at 4:15. This morning we detected a odor in our house and thought it could be a leak. I was very pleased with the service. Gabriel and his co-worker (sorry don't re-call his name) were great friendly efficient workers. I was concerned about allowing anyone in the house because of Covid. They wore masks, and get tested on a regular basis. I chose to have them install a second toilet in my house and Anthony was absolutely correct, roots were definitely growing .
