During my dogs stay I received daily updates, pictures, and videos. What transpired during this time I can truly call miraculous. My overly playful, rambunctious dogs transformed. I was never able to walk them because of their pulling and my fear of tripping. I am now able to walk both dogs at once! Incredible... The sit, stay, and come when called. A.J and Hayden, the trainers, never raised their voices and focus on complementing good behavior. I never heard the word "no"! They were also very patient with me as I learned the new skills it would take to carry on this training at home. My dogs had a blast! Pack walks, hikes and pup cups. I can never fully express my amazement and gratitude for the transformation. The level of professionalism while still making this fun for the dogs was beyond anything that I could have imagined. My dogs are my world and the trainers understood that completely. I cannot recommend Bark Collective enough. It was the best thing for my dogs and for me!!!

Big thank you to the Hydrant staff for always providing above and beyond care!…read more For the last few years, this pet hotel has been my go-to boarding facility for whenever I travel. They have always gone above and beyond in taking care of my kitty, Freddie. He's lovingly known as Mr. Orange Personality at home and it's always great to hear that his outgoing nature is just as well-loved by the staff at Hydrant. Recently, I adopted a second kitty, Eddie, who's a little more skittish to strangers. I was worried that he might not adjust well to overnight boarding but we couldn't be happier with the experience! The staff, as always, is incredibly kind and attentive - they took the time to learn Eddie's personality and make sure both my kitties felt comfortable and cared for. The boys came home happy and took a cuddly cat nap!

EveryDog has the single most important part of our puppy's development, and we could not be happier…read morethat we chose the EveryPup program for our furbaby! We brought him in at 13 weeks to the EveryPup Program, where he is in a clean and disinfected facility with other safe and healthy pups and he gets training every day by Dave. Almost from day 1 we started noticing huge changes, and he matured so rapidly it's like we have a different dog! He is very calm, polite and attentive, and has been able to self-regulate so well. Dave is always available for our questions and follow ups, and he sends over progress notes and photos every day from training sessions. We also would ask him about problem behavior such as counter surfing or jumping up on people to greet, and Dave would target those specific behaviors as well. We also appreciated how fast and quickly they acted on our puppy swallowing something he shouldn't have, and immediately gave him some hydrogen peroxide to get him to throw it up, which saved us from extremely expensive and likely traumatic vet visits and possible surgery. Very grateful! Every day we pick up our puppy he is so happy from a day of playing and getting love from all the staff, and is tired and ready for some cuddles and naps when he gets home. The staff here are so caring and really love each dog, I trust them to take care of our puppy. Highly recommend!

We've been bringing our pups to the Jamboree location for quite a while, and up until the beginning…read moreof this year, we had nothing but positive experiences. Last year, we brought them frequently and always felt confident leaving them there. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the facility felt clean, and our dogs always seemed happy to be there. That's why it's so disappointing to see how much things have changed since the ownership transition. Since the change in ownership, we've noticed a significant decline in the overall experience. The staff no longer feels as friendly or approachable. While there are still a few kind employees, several team members come across as cold and unhelpful, making drop-off feel uncomfortable and even a bit intimidating. It no longer feels like the warm, welcoming environment it once was. We've also noticed the facility doesn't seem nearly as clean as it used to be. Our dogs consistently come home smelling strongly of urine after daycare. We occasionally check the live cameras throughout the day and frequently see urine sitting on the playroom floors for extended periods before being cleaned up. If messes in the common play areas are left unattended, it raises concerns about how often the kennels are being cleaned when the dogs are resting. Combined with the odor our dogs come home with, it has made us question the overall cleanliness of the facility. Another noticeable change is how little time our dogs now seem to spend in the play areas. We'll pay for a half-day of daycare, and by the time we pick them up, we're lucky if they've spent more than 30 minutes interacting with other dogs. The majority of their visit appears to be spent kenneled. We choose daycare because we want our dogs to have a safe, clean environment where they can socialize and play. If they're spending most of their visit in a kennel, it's difficult to justify paying for daycare when they could be comfortably resting at home in a cleaner environment for free. Customer service has also become frustrating. Recently, one of our dogs came home without his collar. We didn't realize it until we got home, so we called the facility and were told someone would call us back because they were too busy at the moment. We never received a callback. After calling several more times over the next few days without getting an answer, we ultimately had to drive to the facility ourselves just to ask about and retrieve the collar. Pickup has also become much slower than it used to be, often requiring a long wait before our dogs are brought out. We're genuinely disappointed because we loved this location for a long time and trusted the team with our pets. Unfortunately, since the ownership change, we've experienced a noticeable decline in cleanliness, customer service, and the overall level of care. We hope these concerns are taken seriously because we'd love to see this location return to the high standard that made us loyal customers in the first place.

Unfortunately, my experience afterward was disappointing. The website specifically advertises a "Current Client Intro to Swim - 30 Min / $10" option, with no limitations or eligibility restrictions listed. However, when I called to schedule that session, I was told it could not be booked. When I asked why the website still lists the Intro to Swim session as an option for current clients, the associate stated that they were unsure why the website reflects that information and instead suggested that I enroll my dog in either a group swim or a private swim. The group class typically includes 10+ dogs, which is very different from the one-on-one guidance offered in an intro class. As a customer, it's frustrating to see a service advertised on the website only to be told it isn't actually available, especially when no restrictions are disclosed. I hope the business either honors the advertised offering or updates the website to accurately reflect its current services.
