Now I'm worried about my dog might had the same experience like that in the past. Because at one point, I remember that my dog all of the sudden started shaking badly as we arrived the salon for the service. They always take at least 4 hours even my request was only a shampoo. My dog holds pee entire time and guzzling water after he came back to me with his harness and leash covered by so much other dogs' hair. It seems like they never clean the place. I later discovered that they occasionally leave the salon for running their own errands in middle of a session. That's why it takes so long. Today, my dog came back bleeding from one of his feet and back of ears. Also, he is limping when he tries to walk! I immediately took my dog to a nearby ER. At the same time, I asked RuffHaus if they know what happened to my dog while he was there so I can explain the doctor better about the injuries. What I got in response from the owners was that he MIGHT scratched my dog's skin-tags while he was brushing. Then the owners, he and his wife discussed and agreed to refuse their services for us from now on because my dog is "too risky". My vet determined those skin-tags were not cancerous. Just like us humans, dogs would get those aging signs as well. I only recommend this place to those who is booking an appointment TODAY for TOMORROW, don't mind the dusty environment, 4 hours long for your dog and you might not get cut how you requested (I wrote down my requests and handed to them everytime but often ignored. ex. "please leave eyelashes uncut" I got my dog back with only one eyelash was left untouched and the other was gone multiple times. ). And of course, not to mention as other reviews read, THE ATTITUDE.
