The ladies that came to my home were nice and pleasant, however, their cleaning job left much to be desired. I am disappointed that I paid for deep cleaning and the amount that I paid did not match the service I received. I even gave both ladies, Lucille and Lisa, a tip prior to realizing the mediocre job that they did.
My hardwood floors were cloudy and hazy looking and I had to remop them after the cleaners left my home. Lucille used a swiffer to clean my floors instead of using a mop; a deep cleaning should've certainly included the use of a mop. My mirrors throughout my home were not cleaned. I ended up cleaning them myself. The glass in my shower was left streaky and didn't appear clean. When I asked Lucille about this she said she did the best she could and she did not offer to re-clean it. I ended up re-cleaning the glass in my shower myself. I'm also not certain that the baseboards, closets, or vents were cleaned as they don't appear any cleaner than they were previously.
I reached out to the company and someone followed up with me right away. They offered to send new cleaners to do a cleaning redo at no charge. I agreed to give them a chance to rectify the situation. On the day of my scheduled appointment, I received a message that the cleaners would be 30 minutes late. 30 minutes then turned into over an hour and the cleaners still hadn't showed up. This was highly unprofessional especially given that the point was to rectify my previous experience. I ended up cancelling the appointment altogether because they still had not shown up over an hour after my appointment time.
