Pretty unhappy with going for the luxury upgrade pedicure. I wanted to get rid of the dead skin and this is what it looked like next day. The color was also painted on crooked and left space close to the cuticle on one side, making the toe look lopsided. Honest opinion... my pedicure was soo bad I'm sitting here right now just upset that I even went there for a pedi. My nails came out alright nothing like I usually get...but ok enough. The owner did them but my pedicure never ever again. The girl who did my pedi, I don't know if she is that experienced bc everything about it was horrible unfortunately. I don't really complain and they already have a sign up that says no refunds meaning they know their quality of work isnt up to par. U get what u get and u don't throw a fit nor get a refund. They always do good manicures and pedicures. Very meticulous with reasonable pricing. They also do intricate painting--saw the cutest Halloween nails being done. Hard to communicate though hubby is always there to translate. Across from Wells Fargo south main st entrance. Look for their large sign. I quit going to my regular salon due to deep gouging. worst nail salon i've ever been to . literally . went there and some guy did my nails and they're SO thick and chunky . I asked for coffin shape as well and the shaping is horrible . thought maybe they'd get better after some filing but they're still so bulky. I live in Watsonville and haven't been very satisfied with the nail salons in my area and near Santa Cruz. When I went to Rose Salon today the girls were so nice. They told me they are new owners and just took over 3 days ago. They even brought me a water bottle while Sarah worked on my nails. I showed her a photo of what I kind of wanted and then asked her to make it her own and she did amazing!! Going to Rose is worth the 35 minute drive for me. I paid $55 which is the normal price I would pay elsewhere, I honestly thought it would be more. All around I was super happy. They also do stamp cards, get 10 stamps and then a free pedi! 10/10 recommend. read more

I Normally go to Mai here to get my nails done, she always finds a way to surprise me with her nail techniques. She's the only person I trust with my nails, very patient and always full of ideas. Went in yesterday for a pedicure got them done by Rose whom is the owner and she is the most sweetest and nicest person as well, she did the deluxe pedicure and it felt amazing. Had a great time a week before my due date, talk about relaxation! Best way to get in ASAP with Mai is calling or texting her for an appointment. Best place for nails they will not disappoint you. Very relaxing as well! I also come here for my eyebrows and get them done by Stephanie she is absolutely the best never disappoints you and she knows how to micro blades as well ! 5 stars all the way, especially when you need some "me time." read more

I was looking for a place to get my nails done for prom. My coworker had a beautiful set and recommended me to this place and I was not disappointed! I got my nails done by Mai. She took very good care of me! I asked for square because previous nail techs make coffin shape too thin for my fingers. She informed me she would be able to make a coffin shape not too thin and perfect for my hands. I love them! I'm very happy with my new set, I will be coming back to her! read more

Got there at 11 for a pedicure and out at 1:45! They had my feet soaking for about 45 min then a lady got there and started working on my toes I had gel which could have been soaking before hand but no one bothered to check on me so I ended up waiting an additional 20 min soaking gel off. I paid $45 for a gel pedicure she didn't scrub my feet with the pumice bar just massaged my feet put a "sugar scrub" and paraffin wax. Paint job is sloppy. I wanted to try this place since I live a block away and was recommended by a friend. I usually go to la Bella and pay the same amount for better work. I know better now. The lady was nice but they are totally understaffed and overwhelmed! read more

Terrible service here. I booked an appointment for my friend and i and requested that we do a design, they agreed and said they could do it and went on with the set. As they completed the acrylic they then said that they could not do the design.... and walked off to check again (same people servicing us) and never came back and started someone else's nails. Their nails are pretty off of first glance but if you look closer the shaping is terrible and the people working are very rude and inconsiderate to their paying customers time. read more

When I got there they were very nice and told me where to sit and gave me the palette of colors to choose, once I chose the color she started to take off the gel but my nails started to hurt a lot.
