Not only was it painful, but they didn't care! The worst part was that the salon didn't seem to take responsibility for the mistake. The pictures below show the cut on my toe, and as you can see, it was quite deep. I'm still experiencing some pain and discomfort, and I'm not happy about the lack of care and attention I received from the salon.

When I first walked in, I was rushed to sit down pick a color. The whole service was rushed I came at 9:30 right when it opened. I am not pleased with my nails. They are bubbly. My toes were fine. He cut my cuticle a little short and my toes were tender in the hot water for a second, but I thought little of it. Then he goes to do my finger nails, does them slow as all get out, and sloppily does my polish. My thumb, he put way too much polish on and in turn this took much much longer to cure, and when it did it was bubbly and flooding my cuticle, as pictured. I normally try to tip anyways even when i don't love my nails to try and be nice. This was one of the only times I have not left a tip at all. Everyone else I have had a good experience with.

My feet were left completely smooth, with all the dead skin removed, and I felt like they really took their time. The technician even pointed out how much dead skin had built up since I hadn't been in a while, and she made sure to get it all. They have a large selection of polish types, and my pedicure still looks perfect over a week later. I don't have a particular person I see--I usually end up with whoever is available--and they're always sweet, gentle, and great at what they do.
